本发明特指一种软连接管的制作工艺,属于水暖配件技术领域,本发明中PVC管先行加热后将管子与带铜芯子的连接螺帽锁紧,PVC加热锁紧变形,在管壁上形成明显的铜芯子防滑凸起形状,与铜芯子贴合紧密,且形状不回弹,因加热锁紧变形不回弹,其密封性能明显加强,不会有漏水现象发生,加热后因PVC软化,所以铜芯子在锁紧时受力小,铜芯子变形尺寸缩小到0.05-0.10mm,不会损伤铜芯子,加热锁紧变形后贴近性好,热爆破在82±3℃,压力1724±34kPa条件下,时间持续30分钟不滑脱、不破裂。

技术领域
本发明属于水暖配件技术领域,涉及一种连接管的制作工艺,特指一种软连接管的制作工艺。
背景技术
传统软连接管的制作工艺是,PVC管不加热,靠挤压变形锁紧管子与连接螺帽,虽然加工方便,但缺点是:1)、PVC内管容易损伤、破裂,锁紧完成后管壁容易回弹,2)、铜芯子冷挤压后变形0.5-0.8mm,管子回弹后会与铜芯子间产生间隙,3)、遇到热源与压力、拔力后,锁紧的带铜芯子的连接螺帽与管体易滑脱,以上缺陷会造成PVC管与连接螺帽连接处漏水,降低使用寿命,影响使用效果,情节严重还可能造成水灾,给生命和财产造成损失。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种不回弹、不滑脱、不破裂和密封性能显著增强的软连接管的制作工艺。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:软连接管的制作工艺,其中,包括以下步骤:a、将PVC软管按长度要求进行剪切;
b、对剪切好的PVC软管人工套上锁扣,并在PVC软管两端插入带铜芯子的连接螺帽;
c、将PVC软管一端放在热水中浸泡,其中,热水的温度控制在75℃-85℃之间,浸泡时间控制在3s-5s之间,使PVC软管浸泡端软化;
d、使用锁紧机或冲压机将锁扣与插入铜芯子的PVC软管一同压紧,其中锁紧压力为8-10吨;
e、进行压力和热爆破测试,压力为1724±34kPa,温度为82±3℃,持续30min;
f、将经过测试后,不滑脱、不破裂的软连接管包装入库,将不合格的集中另行储放。
进一步优化,所述步骤c中采用恒温箱给水加热,当水温达到75℃-85℃之间时,并保持水温不变。
进一步优化,所述步骤c中水温为78℃-82℃之间。
进一步优化,所述步骤c中浸泡时间为5s。
进一步优化,所述铜芯子的外圆侧上设置有至少一个防滑凸起。
进一步优化,所述防滑凸起的两顶角都进行倒角处理,防止PVC软管加热锁紧变形后与铜芯子紧密贴合,造成管的内壁被割伤。
本发明相比现有技术突出且有益的技术效果是:1)、PVC管先行加热后将管子与带铜芯子的连接螺帽锁紧,PVC加热锁紧变形,在管壁上形成明显的铜芯子防滑凸起形状,与铜芯子贴合紧密,且形状不回弹,2)、因加热锁紧变形不回弹,其密封性能明显加强,不会有漏水现象发生,3)、加热后因PVC软化,所以铜芯子在锁紧时受力小,铜芯子变形尺寸缩小到0.05-0.10mm,不会损伤铜芯子,4)、加热锁紧变形后贴近性好,热爆破在82±3℃,压力1724±34kPa条件下,时间持续30分钟不滑脱、不破裂。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图以具体实施例对本发明作进一步描述,参见图1:包括以下步骤:a、将PVC软管按长度要求进行剪切;
b、对剪切好的PVC软管人工套上锁扣,并在PVC软管两端插入带铜芯子10的连接螺帽;
c、将PVC软管一端放在热水中浸泡,采用恒温箱给水加热,当水温达到75℃-85℃之间时,并保持水温不变,最佳浸泡水温在78℃-82℃之间,浸泡时间为5s,PVC软管浸泡端达到最佳软化程度;
d、使用锁紧机或冲压机将锁扣与插入铜芯子10的PVC软管一同压紧,连接螺帽通过铜芯子10与PVC软管紧密连接,其中锁紧压力为8-10吨,铜芯子10变形尺寸缩小到0.05-0.10mm,不会损伤铜芯子;
e、进行压力和热爆破测试,压力为1724±34kPa,温度为82±3℃,持续30min;
f、将经过测试后,不滑脱、不破裂的软连接管包装入库,将不合格的集中另行储放。
进一步优化,所述铜芯子10的外圆侧上设置有至少一个防滑凸起11,防止脱落。
进一步优化,所述防滑凸起11的两顶角都进行倒角处理,防止PVC软管加热锁紧变形后与铜芯子10紧密贴合,造成管的内壁被割伤。

Claims (6)

1.软连接管的制作工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:a、将PVC软管按长度要求进行剪切;
b、对剪切好的PVC软管人工套上锁扣,并在PVC软管两端插入带铜芯子的连接螺帽;
c、将PVC软管一端放在热水中浸泡,其中,热水的温度控制在75℃-85℃之间,浸泡时间控制在3s-5s之间,使PVC软管浸泡端软化;
d、使用锁紧机或冲压机将锁扣与插入铜芯子的PVC软管一同压紧,其中锁紧压力为8-10吨;
e、进行压力和热爆破测试,压力为1724±34kPa,温度为82±3℃,持续30min;
f、将经过测试后,不滑脱、不破裂的软连接管包装入库,将不合格的集中另行储放。
2.根据权利要求1所述的软连接管的制作工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤c中采用恒温箱给水加热,当水温达到75℃-85℃之间时,并保持水温不变。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的软连接管的制作工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤c中水温为78℃-82℃之间。
4.根据权利要求1所述的软连接管的制作工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤c中浸泡时间为5s。
5.根据权利要求1所述的软连接管的制作工艺,其特征在于:所述铜芯子的外圆侧上设置有至少一个防滑凸起。
