本发明涉及一种钻孔夹具。
背景技术
对横截面为n形的工件的两侧钻孔作业比较困难,不仅难于保证两侧钻孔的同心度,而且工作效率低。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种钻孔夹具,便于对横截面为n形的工件的钻孔作业。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:钻孔夹具,包括钻模体,所述钻模体上设有一个n形孔和一个圆通孔,所述n形孔包括一个顶侧孔和两个边侧孔,所述圆通孔垂直穿过所述两个边侧孔。
作为优选,所述钻模体的顶部设有紧定螺栓孔,所述紧定螺栓孔与所述顶侧孔连通。
作为优选,所述边侧孔的侧面设有排屑槽。
本发明由于采用了上述技术方案,通过该夹具对横截面为n形的工件固定进行钻孔,其结构简单,使用方便,成本低。

下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步描述。
图1和图2所示为本发明钻孔夹具,包括钻模体1,所述钻模体1上设有一个n形孔11和一个圆通孔12,所述n形孔11包括一个顶侧孔111和两个边侧孔112,所述圆通孔12垂直穿过所述两个边侧孔112。所述钻模体1的顶部设有紧定螺栓孔13,所述紧定螺栓孔13与所述顶侧孔111连通。所述边侧孔112的侧面设有排屑槽14。
使用时,将工件穿入本发明钻孔夹具的n形孔11内,钻头通过圆通孔12即可进行钻孔作业。

1.钻孔夹具,其特征在于:包括钻模体(1),所述钻模体(1)上设有一个n形孔(11)和一个圆通孔(12),所述n形孔(11)包括一个顶侧孔(111)和两个边侧孔(112),所述圆通孔(12)垂直穿过所述两个边侧孔(112)。
2.根据权利要求1所述钻孔夹具,其特征在于:所述钻模体(1)的顶部设有紧定螺栓孔(13),所述紧定螺栓孔(13)与所述顶侧孔(111)连通。
3.根据权利要求1所述钻孔夹具,其特征在于:所述边侧孔(112)的侧面设有排屑槽(14)。
