本发明涉及电容器加工领域,具体是绕丝装置。
背景技术
电容器是电路中常用的电气设备,电容器的连接导线不需要很粗,为了保证导线与电容器连接处比较牢靠,电容器的连接导线两端通过多次折弯叠加然后再缠绕的方式增加导线与电容器连接处的直径,使得连接导线与电容器的连接更加牢固。
现在一般都是工人手工将导线的两端折弯多次后叠加后缠绕,这样工人没拧几根手就痛了,因此工人工作积极性不高,而且效率很低。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术不足,设计了绕丝装置,这种绕丝机能够使得导线卷绕变得更加方便,卷绕效率提高。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明通过下述技术方案得以解决:绕丝装置,包括支架,所述支架上设置有两根立柱,所述立柱两侧设置有卷绕轴,所述卷绕轴上设置有用于固定导线的拉杆,所述拉杆端部在所述卷绕轴端部转动连接,所述拉杆与所述卷绕轴弹性连接,所述卷绕轴连接有驱动结构。
上述技术方案中,所述卷绕轴上设置有安装槽,所述安装槽内设置有弹簧,所述弹簧两端分别连接所述拉杆和所述卷绕轴。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有如下有益效果:本发明通过将导线拉直在拉杆和立柱之间卷绕几圈后,开启转动电机,电机转动使得导线进行卷绕,卷绕之后导线两端就制成多股导线卷绕在一起适合与电容器接线端连接的粗导线,在卷绕之后将导线取出就完成了导线的卷绕操作,操作更简单,效率更高。

下面结合附图与具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细描述:参见图1至图2,绕丝装置,包括支架1,所述支架1上设置有两根立柱2,所述立柱2两侧横向设置有同轴的卷绕轴3,所述卷绕轴3上设置有用于固定导线的拉杆31,所述拉杆端部在所述卷绕轴3端部转动连接,所述拉杆31与所述卷绕轴3弹性连接,本实施例中,所述卷绕轴3上设置有安装槽32,所述安装槽32内设置有弹簧33,所述弹簧33两端分别连接所述拉杆31和所述卷绕轴3,所述卷绕轴3连接有驱动结构4,本实施例中,所述驱动结构4为转动电机。在制作导线时,工人将导线拉直在拉杆31和立柱2之间卷绕几圈后,开启转动电机,电机转动使得导线进行卷绕,卷绕之后导线两端就制成多股导线卷绕在一起适合与电容器接线端连接的粗导线,在卷绕之后将导线取出就完成了导线的卷绕操作。
由于导线卷绕会将立柱2与拉杆31之间的导线拉紧,在拉杆31和卷绕轴3之间设置弹簧33之后使得在卷绕之后立柱2和拉杆31之间那段导线仍然容易取下,所述支架1上还设置有刻度5,通过立柱2的移动能够调节加粗导线的长度,通过刻度尺5对照能够准确定位。

1.绕丝装置,其特征在于:包括支架(1),所述支架(1)上设置有两根立柱(2),所述立柱(2)两侧设置有卷绕轴(3),所述卷绕轴(3)上设置有用于固定导线的拉杆(31),所述拉杆端部在所述卷绕轴(3)端部转动连接,所述拉杆(31)与所述卷绕轴(3)弹性连接,所述卷绕轴(3)连接有驱动结构(4),所述卷绕轴(3)上设置有安装槽(32),所述安装槽(32)内设置有弹簧(33),所述弹簧(33)两端分别连接所述拉杆(31)和所述卷绕轴(3)。
