Description

本申请为1986.8.8。递交的US    Serial    NO.894,529题目为“含引火元素磷的物质的处理”的共同未决申请的部分继续申请。
上述的共同未决申请叙述一种将含引火P4的物质转变成基本上不引火形式的方法,该方法是将其与一含氧气体(如空气、纯氧或其混合物)置于适合的不燃流体(如水或惰性气体)覆盖之下。在不燃流体覆盖下,氧对含P4物质发生作用,减低了含P4物质的引火性质,使含P4物质基本上不引火。关于如何将引火的P4物质转变成不引火的形式,其详情可参考共同未决申请所述的发明实施,并在此作为参考。
本发明涉及上述共同未决申请中描述的普通方法导致的含引火P4污染地区的去污染方法,此方法特别针对那些P4污染地区,在那里被污染的物质不便运送到适合的反应器以实施前述互相参照的申请中所用的方法。因此,本发明的方法包括将一轻便载运工具送至含P4污染地区,该载运工具包括至少一个实施上述方法所必须的构件。载运工具上的构件包括涤气器、氧源、泵、在P4污染物在不燃流体的保护性覆盖下将氧输至P4污染物质的装置、在不燃流体覆盖下将经氧处理P4污染物质后的流出物输送至适合的处理或回收装置的装置。

如果含引火P4的物质是在适合的贮罐或已有水覆盖的池中,则不需提供水源。在P4-污染物质深埋于地下的情况,在用含氧气体处理前须将该面积用水淹没,以避免空气与含P4物质接触,发生自发性火灾。
图1和图2所示装置只代表可使用的一种类型的装置。必须明白,主要是根据含P4物质所处的环境决定轻便载运工具上所需要的特殊构件,各种各样的轻便载运工具都可以用于本发明的方法,包括有轮载运工具如卡车和有轨车(这些载运工具可由公路、铁路或航空运至工地)或将这些运输方法结合使用。
图1说明用于本发明的轻便载运工具上的各种构件可能的构造。例如,可提供适用的挺捍起重机11以提升和移动周围的各种构件,可提供一涤气器12以有效地处理过程中产生的废气,以及提供一氧气罐13作为过程中的氧源。此方法所用的含氧气体最好是基本上纯的氧气。如果需要,轻便载运工具上也可提供一成形机构和物质贮存区14,其它还可有循环泵15、第二贮存区16、锅炉17、发电机18。

Claims (4)

1、含引火P4一污染地区的去污染方法,该方法包括:(1)将轻便载运工具送到该地区,其上至少有一种下述的装置:涤气器、含氧气源、泵、在不燃流体的保护性覆盖下将含氧气体输送到P4一污染物质的装置、在不燃流体覆盖下将用含氧气体处理P4一污染物质所得到的流出物送至适合的处理或回收装置的装置;(2)在不燃流体保护性覆盖下,使含氧气体与P4一污染物质接触,蛊涫ヒ鹦浴?
2、权利要求1所述的方法,其中载运工具是有轮的载运工具。
3、权利要求1所述的方法,其中含氧气体是基本上纯的氧气。
4、权利要求1所述的方法,其中不燃液体是水、含氧气体是基本上纯的氧气。
