目前,公知的万用表表笔只有一个金属探头,使用时要用手握住表笔进行测量,不能把探头夹在电路导体中,使用不方便。
发明内容
为了使万用表表笔在使用中可以不需要用手握住,本发明提供一种带有夹板的万用表表笔。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种万用表表笔,包括绝缘套(1),金属探头(2),弹簧(3),活动夹板(4),固定夹板(5),其特征是固定夹板(5)、绝缘套(1)通过金属探头(2)连接,活动夹板(4)、绝缘套(1)通过弹簧(3)连接;活动夹板(4)设置有活动孔(41),活动夹板(4)通过活动孔(41)与金属探头(2)连接;金属探头(2)穿过弹簧(3),弹簧(3)处于压缩状态;固定夹板(5)与金属探头(2)固定连接,固定夹板(5)和金属探头(2)为导体;固定夹板(5)和金属探头(2)为导体。
本发明的有益效果是:在使用万用表表笔时,手可以不用握住表笔,让表笔夹在电路导体中即可,让使用更方便。

参见附图1-2,一种万用表表笔,包括绝缘套(1),金属探头(2),弹簧(3),活动夹板(4),固定夹板(5),其特征是固定夹板(5)、绝缘套(1)通过金属探头(2)连接,活动夹板(4)、绝缘套(1)通过弹簧(3)连接;活动夹板(4)设置有活动孔(41),活动夹板(4)通过活动孔(41)与金属探头(2)连接;金属探头(2)穿过弹簧(3),弹簧(3)处于压缩状态;固定夹板(5)与金属探头(2)固定连接,固定夹板(5)和金属探头(2)为导体;固定夹板(5)和金属探头(2)为导体。
使用万用表进行测量时,可以握住表笔用金属探头(2)接触电路中的导体进行测量;也可以不用手握住表笔,此时用夹板夹在电路中的导体即可,具体为:拉住活动夹板(4)往绝缘套(1)方向压缩弹簧(3),使活动夹板(4)与固定夹板(5)拉开一定距离,此时把电路中的被测导体夹在中间,放开活动夹板(4)即可,这样,表笔便夹在电路的被测导体中了。
例如在测量电路中各个点的电位时,把黑色表笔夹板夹在电路的接地端,用红色表笔的金属探头接触电路中的各个被测点即可,这样就不需要同时用到两只手。

1.一种万用表表笔,具有绝缘套(1),所述绝缘套(1)的一端伸出有金属探头(2),所述金属探头(2)的中段固定有固定夹板(5),所述固定夹板(5)与所述绝缘套(1)之间设有活动夹板(4),所述活动夹板(4)通过活动孔(41)活动套设在所述金属探头(2)上,并通过一根弹簧(3)与所述绝缘套(1)连接。
2.根据权利要求 1 所述的一种万用表表笔,其特征在于:所述固定夹板(5)由导体材料制成。
