Abstract

本发明涉及一种插孔式端子排试验线专用接线夹,它由夹体和接线装置组成,接线装置的一端为插针,另一端为与插针连接的试验线接线头,其用插针插入端子插孔的方式,实现了试验线与插孔式端子排的固定连接,且连接过程简单快捷,解决了目前插孔式端子排与试验线连接存在的问题。

技术领域
 本发明涉及一种接线部件,特别是一种插孔式端子排试验线专用接线夹。
背景技术
插孔式端子排是电气工程中常用的接线固定装置,此种端子排在进行接线试验时,需要将试验线与端子进行连接,由于插孔式端子排的特殊结构,使得其在连接试验线时无法将试验线固定,因此必须从端子上引出一根导线,再用接线夹将试验线与其连接,操作十分麻烦。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决上述现有技术存在的问题,提供一种插孔式端子排试验线专用接线夹。
本发明的技术解决方案是:一种插孔式端子排试验线专用接线夹,其特征在于它由夹体和接线装置组成,接线装置的一端为插针,另一端为与插针连接的试验线接线头,接线装置的插针穿过夹体中间的弹簧片,插针上设有弹簧,弹簧抵在夹体弹簧片与插针弹簧座之间。
所述的接线装置,其一端的试验线接线头上设有试验线连接孔。
本发明利用其夹体和接线装置相结合的独特结构,用插针插入端子插孔的方式,实现了试验线与插孔式端子排的固定连接,且连接过程简单快捷,解决了目前插孔式端子排与试验线连接存在的问题。

具体实施方式    
下面结合附图作进一步详述:
如图1所示,本发明的夹体是由夹臂1、2、弹簧片3构成;接线装置是由插针4和试验线接线头5组成,插针上设有一个弹簧座6,试验线接线头上设有试验线连接孔7。在夹体的弹簧片上设有通孔,接线装置的插针穿过该通孔,在插针上套有弹簧8,弹簧的上端抵在夹体弹簧片的下部,弹簧的下端抵在插针上的弹簧座上。
如图2所示,在进行试验线连接时,先将试验线固定连接在接线装置试验线接线头上的试验线连接孔中,然后在将接线装置的插针对准端子排上端子孔9的同时,将夹体夹在端子排上10,插针在弹簧的作用下插进端子孔并抵在端子上,从而实现连接导通。

1.一种插孔式端子排试验线专用接线夹,其特征在于它由夹体和接线装置组成,接线装置的一端为插针,另一端为与插针连接的试验线接线头,接线装置的插针穿过夹体中间的弹簧片,插针上设有弹簧,弹簧抵在夹体弹簧片与插针弹簧座之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的插孔式端子排试验线专用接线夹,其特征在于所述的接线装置,其一端的试验线接线头上设有试验线连接孔。
