本发明一种太阳能真空管,包括内管,套设在所述内管外的外管,设置在所述内管和外管之间的空腔内的真空层,其中,所述内管的横截面和纵截面均为正弦曲线,所述正弦曲线在所述内管的侧壁上形成若干矩形阵列的球状突起和凹陷,所述外管的形状与所述内管吻合,且所述内管与所述外管之间设置有多个回字型连接板,所述内管和所述外管的内外表面均密集粘附有直径0.1~0.2mm的陶瓷颗粒,所述内管的长度大于所述外管的长度,且所述内管与所述外管的端头连接处采用环氧树脂密封,并设置有多个迷宫式密封条。本发明太阳能真空管的表面有若干阵列的球状突起和凹陷,且密集粘有陶瓷颗粒,吸热面积大,热能利用率高。

背景技术
目前,太阳能热水器的应用极为广泛,而太阳能真空管作为太阳能热水器的加热部件也极为重要,太阳能真空管的吸热面积越大,热能利用率就越高。
发明内容
为提供一种热能利用率高的太阳能真空管,本发明的提供一种太阳能真空管,包括内管,套设在所述内管外的外管,设置在所述内管和外管之间的空腔内的真空层,其中,
所述内管的横截面和纵截面均为正弦曲线,所述正弦曲线在所述内管的侧壁上形成若干矩形阵列的球状突起和凹陷,
所述外管的形状与所述内管吻合,且所述内管与所述外管之间设置有多个回字型连接板,
所述内管和所述外管的内外表面均密集粘附有直径0.1~0.2mm的陶瓷颗粒,
所述内管的长度大于所述外管的长度,且所述内管与所述外管的端头连接处采用环氧树脂密封,并设置有多个迷宫式密封条。
优选的是,所述的太阳能真空管,所述内管和所述外管均由玻璃钢材料制成。
优选的是,所述的太阳能真空管,所述玻璃钢材料的基体为环氧树脂,增强体为二维编织套管。
优选的是,所述的太阳能真空管,所述太阳能真空管上还纵向设置有多个通孔与相邻的所述太阳能真空管连通,以形成平行排列的太阳能真空管阵列。

所述外管的形状与所述内管吻合,且所述内管与所述外管之间设置有多个回字型连接板,
所述内管和所述外管的内外表面均密集粘附有直径0.1~0.2mm的陶瓷颗粒,
所述内管的长度大于所述外管的长度,且所述内管与所述外管的端头连接处采用环氧树脂密封,并设置有多个迷宫式密封条。
