一种无机保温复合浆料
技术领域
本发明涉及建筑浆料领域,具体涉及一种无机保温复合浆料及其制备方法。 
背景技术
   保温砂浆保温的过程,实质上是传热过程,传热是热量从高温区向低温区自发的流动,是一种由温度差引起的能量转移现象。自然界中,无论在任何一种介质内部,还是在两种介质之间,只有温度差存在,就会出现传热过程。因此,为了实现保温隔热,就必须将材料的传热降低到最低。 
   目前,发达国家在整体保温材料研发方面,是以轻质多功能复合浆体保温材料为主。此类浆体保温材料的各项性能较传统浆体保温材料明显提高,如具有较低的导热系数和良好的使用安全性及耐久性等。在我国,虽然保温砂浆研究方面的起步较晚,但已经取得了可喜的进步。 
有机类保温材料的弊端被越来越多的人所认识到,除了耐火性差的问题,还具有耐气候性差的性质,使得其与建筑物无法同寿命,考虑到长期的经济效益和防火问题,无机保温材料良好的防火能力及能与建筑物同寿命的优势使其将会在建筑市场上得到越来越多的青睐。 
发明内容
本发明的第一个目的在于提供一种无机保温复合浆料,包括以下重量份的原料:矿渣棉 15~35 份,蛭石粉 10~25 份,灰钙粉 10~20 份, 漂珠 5~10 份, 白棉 10~15 份, 镁粉 6~15 份, 熟胶粉

1~5 份,粘结剂 5~15 份,起泡剂 3~8 份,防水剂 2~5 份,粉煤灰 10~25 份。 
上述灰钙粉为300~500 目的灰钙粉。 
上述粘结剂为氟硅酸钠、氟硅酸镁、磷酸铵或硅酸钙。 
上述起泡剂为十八烷基三甲基氯化铵、十八烷基三甲基溴化铵或铝粉。 
上述防水剂为硬脂酸钙、硬脂酸铝或甲基硅酸钠。 
本发明的第二个目的在于提供一种无机保温复合浆料的制备方法:按重量配比分别称重矿渣棉、蛭石粉、灰钙粉、漂珠、白棉、镁粉、熟胶粉

 、粘结剂、起泡剂、防水剂和粉煤灰,将它们做完干燥预处理后放入搅拌机中搅拌 15~25 min,搅拌均匀后,包装入库。 
本发明的第三个目的在于提供一种无机保温复合浆料的是用方法:在水中加入无机保温复合浆料,搅拌 10~25 min,混合好的浆料在 6小时内使用完。 
上述保温浆料和水的质量比为保温浆料:水=1:1.2~2.0。 
熟胶粉是羟甲基淀粉的一种,由天然淀粉经羟甲基化、交联、熟胶化制成, 其中,熟胶粉

适用于各种干混砂浆的添加剂。 
本发明产品原材料易购得,制备方法简单,保温节能效果积极。

上述配比的原料做完干燥预处理后放入搅拌机中搅拌 15~25 min,搅拌均匀后,包装入库。 
实施例2: 
矿渣棉 25 kg,蛭石粉 25 kg,灰钙粉 18 kg, 漂珠 10 kg, 白棉 15 kg, 镁粉 12 kg, 熟胶粉

上述配比的原料做完干燥预处理后放入搅拌机中搅拌 15~25 min,搅拌均匀后,包装入库。

1.一种无机保温复合浆料,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料:矿渣棉 15~35 份,蛭石粉 10~25 份,灰钙粉 10~20 份, 漂珠 5~10 份, 白棉 10~15 份, 镁粉 6~15 份, 熟胶粉

1~5 份,粘结剂 5~15 份,起泡剂 3~8 份,防水剂 2~5 份,粉煤灰 10~25 份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的无机保温复合浆料,其特征在于,所述的灰钙粉为300~500 目的灰钙粉。
3.根据权利要求2所述的无机保温复合浆料,其特征在于,所述的粘结剂为氟硅酸钠、氟硅酸镁、磷酸铵或硅酸钙。
4.根据权利要求3所述的无机保温复合浆料,其特征在于,所述的起泡剂为十八烷基三甲基氯化铵、十八烷基三甲基溴化铵或铝粉。
5.根据权利要求4所述的无机保温复合浆料,其特征在于,所述的防水剂为硬脂酸钙、硬脂酸铝或甲基硅酸钠。
6.一种制备如权利要求5所述的无机保温复合浆料的方法, 其特征在于,按重量配比分别称重矿渣棉、蛭石粉、灰钙粉、漂珠、白棉、镁粉、熟胶粉
