Abstract
本发明提供制造一种自剥离型金属除锈剂的方
法。本发明产品是以马来酸酐和丙烯酸为单体聚合
而成的水溶性高聚物。
在锈蚀的金属表面施涂本发明产品后,除锈剂将
与金属锈生成固态磷片状物质自行剥离,因此施工时
不需浸槽,可以喷涂也可以刷涂,特别适于需对特大
工件除锈的造船等行业。
本发明产品适用于钢、铁、铜、克罗米等多种金属
表面。
Description
本发明所提供的是制造一种新型-自剥离型-金属除锈剂的方法。
据统计,全世界每年由于腐蚀而报废的金属设备和材料的重量约为金属年产量的20~30%,高达一亿吨以上,因此金属的防腐是人类的一项极其重要的工作。在人们对各种金属制品采用各种防腐措施前,几乎总缺不了除锈这一工艺步骤。目前的除锈方法主要有机械除锈和化学除锈两种,但以后者为主。在化学除锈中,现在国内都采用浸渍式除锈法,当采用这种方法时,首先需要建造巨大的浸槽,建设投资很大;其次,除锈过程中释放的氢气很易造成金属表面的氢脆,影响机械性能;此外,还有更为严重的问题是在更换槽液时的废液处理。巨大的废液处理场的建设费用及废液处理设施运行时的高额日常耗费都是这种除锈方法的致命弱点。
本发明旨在制造一种不仅可用于浸渍法,而且可用涂施法施工的水溶性金属除锈剂。在金属的锈蚀表面涂施本发明产品后,除锈剂将与金属锈生成固态鳞片状物质自行剥离。施工时不需浸槽,可以喷涂也可以刷涂,特别适于需对特大工件除锈的造船等行业。
本发明的除锈剂可适用于钢、铁、铜、克罗米等多种金属表面,它只与金属锈作用,而对金属本身不腐蚀。
施用本发明产品除锈后,若不直接接触水及腐蚀性物质。在通常情况下可暂时保护金属表面不再生锈长达十天以上,给采用各种防锈措施的下道工序留有充裕的时间。
自剥离型金属除锈剂是国外近年来刚发展起来的一种新型除锈剂,它的主体是含有众多羧基的水溶性高聚物。除锈主要依赖羧基的作用并借助于络合剂和表面活性剂的配合。生成鳞片主要是由于高分子量之故。因此,提高高聚物中的羧基含量、选择有效的络合剂和表面活性剂,控制适宜的分子量乃是制造高效能的这类除锈剂的关键。
本发明产品以马来酸酐和丙烯酸作单体,其摩尔数之比为1~0;以偶氮二异丁腈、过氧化苯甲酰、过硫酸钾作引发剂,其含量为0.1%~2%;反应温度,70~150℃;反应时间3小时;本发明所选择的络合剂为EDTA(乙二胺四乙酸二钠)或HEDP(羟基乙叉二膦酸),表面活性剂为新洁而灭等阳离子型或醚类等非离子型的表面活性剂,其含量为0.01%~5%;本发明产品以去离子水为溶剂。
Claims (5)
1、本发明所提供的是制造一种自剥离型金属除锈剂的方法,其特征是以马来酸酐和丙烯酸作单体,以偶氮二异丁腈、过氧化苯甲酰或过硫酸钾作引发剂,以EDTA、HEDP作络合剂,以新洁而灭等阳离子型或醚类等非离子型表面活性剂作表面活性剂,以去离子水作溶剂和稀释剂。
2、根据权利要求1所述的工艺方法,其特征是以马来酸酐和丙烯酸作单体,摩尔数比为1~0;以偶氮二异丁腈,过氧化苯甲酰或过硫酸钾作引发剂,含量为0.1%~2%;反应温度70~150℃;反应时间3小时。
3、根据权利要求1所述的工艺方法,其特征是以EDTA、HEDP作络合剂,含量为0.01%~5%。
4、根据权利要求1所述的工艺方法,其特征是以新洁而灭等阳离子型、醚类等非离子型作表面活性剂,含量为0.01~5%。
5、根据权利要求1所述的工艺方法,其特征是以去离子水作溶剂和稀释剂。
