Abstract
本发明为一种端面密封蝶阀,其关键在于:包括阀体、阀板和阀座,所述阀板上侧连接有上转动轴,该上转动轴穿出所述阀体和安装在阀体上部的上转动座活动连接,所述阀板的下侧连接有下转动轴,该下转动轴穿过所述阀体和安装在该阀体下部的下转动座活动连接;所述阀座由半圆弧形的阀座a和半圆弧形的阀座b组成,该阀座a和阀座b分别焊接在阀体左右两边的内壁上,且所述阀座a和阀座b分别位于所述阀板的两侧。本发明阀座和阀体间采用焊接方式连接,而不必铸造一体成形,工艺更加简单,成本更加低廉;阀座采用圆形截面,使其和阀板配合更加紧密,延长使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种阀门,具体涉及一种端面密封蝶阀。
背景技术
端面密封蝶阀作为简单可靠的调节阀,大量的使用在液体、气体等场合,由于端面密封蝶阀中依靠阀板和阀座间的密封接触起到关闭的功能,为保证其密封性,传统的阀座和阀体为一体结构,采用铸造一体成型,工艺复杂,成本较高,同时由于端面密封蝶阀动作频繁,阀板和阀座间长期摩擦容易磨损变形,最终导致密闭失效。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种阀座和阀体间采用焊接方式连接,使生产工艺更加简单,密封效果更好,生产成本更低的端面封闭蝶阀。具体技术方案如下:
一种端面密封蝶阀,其关键在于:包括阀体、阀板和阀座,所述阀板上侧连接有上转动轴,该上转动轴穿出所述阀体和安装在阀体上部的上转动座活动连接,所述阀板的下侧连接有下转动轴,该下转动轴穿过所述阀体和安装在该阀体下部的下转动座活动连接;
所述阀座由半圆弧形的阀座a和半圆弧形的阀座b组成,该阀座a和阀座b分别焊接在阀体左右两边的内壁上,且所述阀座a和阀座b分别位于所述阀板的两侧。
本发明是这样实现的:将上转动轴可控制机构,如手柄,电机、气动机构等相连,通过控制上转动轴转动,使阀板和阀座接触或者分开,实现开启或者关闭本发明的目的。阀体可用钢板采用卷板工艺生产,让后将阀座焊接在阀板,阀体不用采用传统的铸造一体成型工艺,结构简单,成本也更低。
为更好的实现本发明,可进一步为:
所述阀座截面为圆形,可和阀板配合得更加紧密,同时圆形加工简单,和阀板也更容易进行密封配合。
所述阀板上侧通过抱箍和上转动轴相连,所述阀板的下侧通过抱箍和下转动轴相连。所述阀板采用抱箍与上转动轴和下转动轴连接,使其结构简单,连接牢固,同时也方便拆卸和更换上转动轴和下转动轴。
所述阀体为圆形。采用圆形结构结构简单,简化了加工工艺,同时能更好的其他设备配合使用。
所述上转动轴和上转动座通过轴承活动连接,该下转动轴和下转动座通过轴承活动连接。
本发明的有益效果为:阀座和阀体间采用焊接方式连接,而不必铸造一体成形,工艺更加简单,成本更加低廉;阀座采用圆形截面,使其和阀板配合更加紧密,延长使用寿命。

如图1和图2所示:一种端面密封蝶阀,其关键在于:包括圆形阀体1、阀板2和阀座3,所述阀板2上侧通过抱箍连接有上转动轴,该上转动轴穿出所述阀体1和安装在阀体1上部的上转动座4通过轴承活动连接,所述阀板2的下侧通过抱箍连接有下转动轴,该下转动轴穿过所述阀体1和安装在该阀体1下部的下转动座5通过轴承活动连接;
所述阀座3由半圆弧形的阀座a和半圆弧形的阀座b组成,该阀座3截面为圆形,该阀座a和阀座b分别焊接在阀体1左右两边的内壁上,且所述阀座a和阀座b不在同一水平面上,该阀座a和阀座b分别位于所述阀板2的两侧。
本发明是这样实现的:将上转动轴和手柄、气动控制机构、电动控制机构等控制机构相连,转动上转动轴,在阀板2和阀座3相分开时,开启端面密封蝶阀;在阀板2和阀座3相接触,处于密封状态时,关闭端面密封蝶阀。在阀板2转动过程中,下转动轴跟随着在下转动座5中转动,同时固定阀板2,使其平稳转动。

1.一种端面密封蝶阀,其特征在于:包括阀体(1)、阀板(2)和阀座(3),所述阀板(2)上侧连接有上转动轴,该上转动轴穿出所述阀体(1)和安装在阀体(1)上部的上转动座(4)活动连接,所述阀板(2)的下侧连接有下转动轴,该下转动轴穿过所述阀体(1)和安装在该阀体(1)下部的下转动座(5)活动连接;
所述阀座(3)由半圆弧形的阀座a和半圆弧形的阀座b组成,该阀座a和阀座b分别焊接在阀体(1)左右两边的内壁上,且所述阀座a和阀座b分别位于所述阀板(2)的两侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述端面密封蝶阀,其特征在于:所述阀座(3)截面为圆形。
3.根据权利要求1所述端面密封蝶阀,其特征在于:所述阀板(2)上侧通过抱箍和上转动轴相连,所述阀板(2)的下侧通过抱箍和下转动轴相连。
4.根据权利要求1所述端面密封蝶阀,其特征在于:所述阀体(1)为圆形。
5.根据权利要求1所述端面密封蝶阀,其特征在于:所述上转动轴和上转动座(4)通过轴承活动连接,该下转动轴和下转动座(5)通过轴承活动连接。
