Abstract

本发明是一种生化药品的干燥方法,特别涉及1,6-二磷酸果糖的干燥方法。本文明突破了国内外同行普遍认为FDP-遇高温就会分解而变成废物的偏见,采用喷雾装置将FDP水溶液雾化,再输入高温空气,在极短时间内使水分迅速蒸发而不使FDP分解,然后得到FDP干粉。解决了目前普遍采用的冷冻干燥法提取率低、设备价格昂贵、耗电多、水分含量仍高,不能大批量工业化生产的缺陷,也解决了FDP不需冷冻而作为FDP水溶液制品所存在的易变质、保存期且运输困难、运费高的毛病。

Description

1,6-二磷酸果糖的干燥方法
本发明是一种对生化药品浓缩液的干燥方法,特别涉及一种对1,6-二磷酸果糖(FDP)浓缩液的干燥方法。
在制药行业中,对FDP浓缩液的干燥,大多采用冷冻干燥方法,即将FDP浓缩液放入冷冻干燥机内,经零下20℃左右的低温冷冻、结冰,抽真空后水份被吸掉,得到FDP干燥品。但缺点是冷冻干燥机价格昂贵(大多数是进口设备)、体积小,大工业化生产受到限制,又耗电多,并且时间长,而最致命的是FDP干燥品中水份含量仍偏高,极易变质。近年来,出现了一种不须冷冻干燥的FDP水溶液,虽生产成本低,但FDP水溶液难以长期保存,一般保存期只有180天左右,体积庞大造成运输困难且运费也高。而国内外同行一致认为FDP浓缩液中的FDP不耐高温,不能进行高温干燥,否则一旦遇到高温,则FDP就会分解而变成废物,使生产、提纯的成品前功尽弃。
本发明的目的就是要解决上述干燥方法的缺陷,并突破国内外同行对FDP不耐高温,不能采用高温方法进行干燥的偏见,使得本发明的干燥方法简便易行,周期短,效果佳,不仅其设备、运行过程价格低廉,而且不受量的限制,易于大工业化生产,减少成品中的水份含量。
本发明的其它目的和优点将在下面的说明中得到进一步阐述。
本发明的基本设想就是虽然FDP极怕高温,一遇高温就会分解,但在极短时间内,FDP遇高温并不会立即分解。所以,若要采用高温干燥,必须在数秒钟内达到干燥目的。本发明正是在这个基本设想上,通过下面的实施例完成了对FDP浓缩液进行高温干燥得到含量极高的FDP干粉。
实施例:
取8升FDP三钠盐浓缩液,该浓缩液中含FDP三钠盐279克。将该浓缩液注入喷雾干燥机中,喷雾干燥机中的高速圆盘以数万转/分的高速将FDP浓缩液击打成雾状,再将160℃的高温无菌干燥空气吹入,同时启动旋风分离器,高温无菌干燥空气与FDP雾状液滴相遇,接触在8秒内,其中的水份被迅速蒸发,去除了水份的FDP干粉自然落下,经旋风分离器分离进入FDP储槽,收集得到FDP干燥成品288克,其中含水量只占2%,大大低于冷冻干燥法。

Claims (1)

1. 1,6-二磷酸果糖(FDP)的干燥方法,其特征在于:
(1)将FDP的浓缩液缓缓注入到喷雾装置中,喷雾装置中的高速圆盘将FDP浓缩液击打成雾状;
(2)将加热至160℃的无菌干燥空气连续吹入至喷雾装置中;
(3)根据原液中FDP的浓度不同,料液在喷雾干燥装置中的时间应在8秒内;
(4)经旋风分离器分离水份,收集到FDP干粉。
