本发明公开了一种工棚,包括棚底、棚壁和棚顶,其特征在于:所述棚底、棚壁和棚顶均为三层复合结构,从外到内依次为PVC板层、岩棉层和植绒布层,棚顶顶面设置有薄膜太阳能电池,棚壁上设置有LED灯,蓄电池,所述薄膜太阳能电池与蓄电池连接,所述LED灯与蓄电池连接。本发明通过在棚顶设置薄膜太阳能电池将太阳能转换为电能储存到蓄电池中,为LED和排气扇提供电能,节能环保,整体为三层复合结构,中间为岩棉层,具有隔热隔音防火的作用,可以防止由于太阳暴晒导致棚内温度过高。植绒布层不仅能起到装饰作用还能起到一定的吸音作用。

本发明属于建材领域,具体涉及一种工棚。
背景技术
工棚是工地上临时搭起来供工作或住宿用的简便房屋,现有的工棚大多都是采用PVC板来搭建,其隔热效果非常差,夏天工棚内就像火炉一样,闷热难耐。而且PVC板的工棚不隔音,由于工地非常嘈杂,影响工人休息。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种工棚,解决现有的工棚太热和不隔音的问题。
本发明的技术方案为:工棚,包括棚底、棚壁和棚顶,其特征在于:所述棚底、棚壁和棚顶均为三层复合结构,从外到内依次为PVC板层、岩棉层和植绒布层,棚顶顶面设置有薄膜太阳能电池,棚壁上设置有LED灯,蓄电池,所述薄膜太阳能电池与蓄电池连接,所述LED灯与蓄电池连接。
进一步地,所述棚壁上开有排气口,所述排气口上安装有排气扇,所述排气扇与蓄电池连接。

本发明通过在棚顶设置薄膜太阳能电池将太阳能转换为电能储存到蓄电池中,为LED和排气扇提供电能,节能环保,整体为三层复合结构,中间为岩棉层,具有隔热隔音防火的作用,可以防止由于太阳暴晒导致棚内温度过高。植绒布层不仅能起到装饰作用还能起到一定的吸音作用。

如图1所示,工棚,包括棚底1、棚壁2和棚顶3。所述棚底1、棚壁2和棚顶3均为三层复合结构,从外到内依次为PVC板层、岩棉层和植绒布层,棚顶3顶面设置有薄膜太阳能电池,棚壁2上设置有LED灯4,蓄电池,所述薄膜太阳能电池与蓄电池连接,所述LED灯与蓄电池连接。
所述棚壁2上开有排气口,所述排气口上安装有排气扇5,所述排气扇5与蓄电池连接。
