本发明公开一种纤维切断机的喂料装置，所述的纤维切断机的喂料装置包含一圆盘状的喂料罩壳，所述的喂料罩壳的中心设有一轴孔，所述的喂料罩壳的侧壁上设有由固定凸缘组成的固定凸缘阵列，所述的固定凸缘上分别设有一固定通孔，所述的喂料罩壳的侧壁上设有一长条状的辊座，所述的辊座上设有一贯穿的调节辊槽。本发明的纤维切断机的喂料装置利用喂料罩壳侧壁上的辊座和辊座上的贯穿的调节辊槽，使用者可以根据物料的厚度来调节调节辊槽内的压辊的高度和位置。由于喂料罩壳和辊座为尼龙一体成型，使用者可以在三个方向上进行安装，大大提高了喂料装置的易用性。该纤维切断机的喂料装置结构简单，改造方便，实用性强。

本发明涉及一种纺织设备，更确切地说，是一种纤维切断机的喂料装置。
背景技术
纤维切断机，又名玻璃纤维切断机、芳纶纤维切断机、化纤纤维切断机等等，是一种应用范围非常广泛的通用切断设备，它可以将多种不同类别的原料按照不同的要求进行剪断处理，达到人们对于物料的需求。这种切断机的喂入系统采用平行匀速的输送皮带，进入刀口的前端有两对相对转动的压辊来夹紧物料。这种压辊的高度无法调节，操作颇为不便。
发明内容
本发明主要是解决现有技术所存在的技术问题，从而提供一种纤维切断机的喂料装置。
本发明的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的：
一种纤维切断机的喂料装置，所述的纤维切断机的喂料装置包含一圆盘状的喂料罩壳，所述的喂料罩壳的中心设有一轴孔，所述的喂料罩壳的侧壁上设有由固定凸缘组成的固定凸缘阵列，所述的固定凸缘上分别设有一固定通孔，所述的喂料罩壳的侧壁上设有一长条状的辊座，所述的辊座上设有一贯穿的调节辊槽。
作为本发明较佳的实施例，所述的辊座设置在所述的喂料罩壳的侧壁的切线方向上。
作为本发明较佳的实施例，所述的喂料罩壳和辊座为尼龙一体成型。
本发明的纤维切断机的喂料装置利用喂料罩壳侧壁上的辊座和辊座上的贯穿的调节辊槽，使用者可以根据物料的厚度来调节调节辊槽内的压辊的高度和位置。由于喂料罩壳和辊座为尼龙一体成型，使用者可以在三个方向上进行安装，大大提高了喂料装置的易用性。该纤维切断机的喂料装置结构简单，改造方便，实用性强。

如图1至图2示，本发明的纤维切断机的喂料装置1包含一圆盘状的喂料罩壳2，该喂料罩壳2的中心设有一轴孔21，该喂料罩壳2的侧壁上设有由固定凸缘3组成的固定凸缘阵列，固定凸缘3上分别设有一固定通孔31，该喂料罩壳2的侧壁上设有一长条状的辊座4，该辊座4上设有一贯穿的调节辊槽5。
该辊座4设置在该喂料罩壳2的侧壁的切线方向上。
该喂料罩壳2和辊座4为尼龙一体成型。
不局限于此，任何不经过创造性劳动想到的变化或替换，都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此，本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求书所限定的保护范围为准。

2.根据权利要求1所述的纤维切断机的喂料装置，其特征在于，所述的辊座（4）设置在所述的喂料罩壳（2）的侧壁的切线方向上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的纤维切断机的喂料装置，其特征在于，所述的喂料罩壳（2）和辊座（4）为尼龙一体成型。
