背景技术
银合金材料外观呈银白色并且具有美丽的光泽,主要用于银币、银纪念章、银器及银首饰。但是银合金与氯化物和硫化物反应而晦暗变色,影响美观与使用。近年来,世界范围内都进行了抗变色银合金方面的研究工作,在低成本的条件下提高银合金变色的性能,但收效甚微,至今未见卓有成效的抗变色银合金制品上市。
发明内容
为了解决上述的问题,本发明提供了一种抗变色银合金,成分按下列重量比例组成:
银:8.1~9.5份,钴:0.15~0.65份,镍:0.05~0.15份,铜:0.05~0.15份,铝:0.01~0.20份,碳:0.01~0.10份,稀土:0.01~0.08,镁:0.01~0.05份,铟:0.03~0.10份,锌:0.12~0.35份。
优选方案是:成分按下列重量比例组成:银:8.1份,钴:0.65份,镍:0.05份,铜:0.15份,铝:0.01份,碳:0.10,稀土:0.01,镁:0.05份,铟:0.03份,锌:0.35份。
优选方案是:成分按下列重量比例组成:银:9.5份,钴:0.15份,镍:0.15份,铜:0.05份,铝:0.20份,碳:0.01,稀土:0.08,镁:0.01份,铟:0.10份,锌:0.12份。
本发明的抗变色银合金材料生产成本低,安全无毒性,机械加工及焊接性能良好,暴露在大气条件下长期使用不变色。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种抗变色银合金,成分按下列重量比例组成:银:8.1份,钴:0.65份,镍:0.05份,铜:0.15份,铝:0.01份,碳:0.10,稀土:0.01,镁:0.05份,铟:0.03份,锌:0.35份。
将制备出的银合金材料放进浓度为8%的硫化钠浸泡48小时,银合金没有发生变色;抗氧化测试:24小时中性盐雾试验,银合金材料没有发生变色;24小时醋酸盐雾试验,银合金材料没有发生变色反应;24小时铜盐加速醋酸盐雾试验银合金材料氧化面积占总面积的16%;24小时交变盐雾试验,银合金材料氧化面积占总面积的13%。
实施例2
一种抗变色银合金,成分按下列重量比例组成:银:9.5份,钴:0.15份,镍:0.15份,铜:0.05份,铝:0.20份,碳:0.01,稀土:0.08,镁:0.01份,铟:0.10份,锌:0.12份。
将制备出的银合金材料放进浓度为10%的硫化钠浸泡48小时,银合金没有发生变色;抗氧化测试:24小时中性盐雾试验,银合金材料没有发生变色;24小时醋酸盐雾试验,银合金材料没有发生变色反应;24小时铜盐加速醋酸盐雾试验银合金材料氧化面积占总面积的10%;24小时交变盐雾试验,银合金材料氧化面积占总面积的9%。

1.一种抗变色银合金,其特征在于,成分按下列重量比例组成:
银:8.1~9.5份,钴:0.15~0.65份,镍:0.05~0.15份,铜:0.05~0.15份,铝:0.01~0.20份,碳:0.01~0.10份,稀土:0.01~0.08,镁:0.01~0.05份,铟:0.03~0.10份,锌:0.12~0.35份。

银:8.1份,钴:0.65份,镍:0.05份,铜:0.15份,铝:0.01份,碳:0.10稀土:0.01,镁:0.05份,铟:0.03份,锌:0.35份。
