Abstract

永久性大型沼气池无法密封封顶和出渣难是现阶段制约城市沼气池工程建设的两大技术难题,本发明的技术特征是:在大型沼气池内建内墙(附图:2),内、外墙(附图:1)体用横闩连成一个整体,内墙既能隔离沼渣液,使其后进后出,在池内有一个需要充分沤制产气的时间,又能使大型沼气池顶部空间由大变小,便于钢筋混凝土密封封顶并承载顶部重压。出渣难的解决办法是利用螺旋体等出渣设备由机器带动出渣,并做到流水作业。

Description

城市沼气工程
技术领域:
城市沼气工程是解决处理城市生活垃圾、人畜粪便,动植物残渣,并使之变废为宝这一世界性难题。 
背景技术:
现在所有沼气工程技术都无法建成永久性、大型、特大型沼气池,以满足处理城市庞大数量生活垃圾,人畜粪便及动植物残渣等的需要,其技术难点是:1、永久性大型特大型沼气池的建设无法密封封顶;2、出渣难,不能做到流水作业。 
发明内容:
本发明由:1、沼气池2、出渣设备3、原料输送设备4、沼气稳压储气罐5、沼渣沉淀池6、沼渣烘干厂7、沼气发电厂等组成,重点是1.2项。 
1、沼气池:有蚊香型(图1)、内外圆型(图2)、方型(图3)(含椭圆型、梯型)等。 
沼气池的结构由外墙(图1至图4中的1)、内墙(图1至图4中的2)、横闩(图4中的6)、底槽(图4中的8)、顶部(图4中的9)、沉渣出口(图1至图4中的4)、浮渣出口(图1至图4中的5)、通道口(图2至图3中的6)、进料口(图1至图4中的3)、沼气出口(图4中的7)、检修门(图4中的10)等组成。 
外墙:钢筋混凝土浇灌,须能起抗压,防震作用。 
内墙:其作用是能隔离沼渣沼液,使其后进后出,在池内有一个需要充分沤制产气的时间,能使顶部空间由大变小,便于钢筋混凝土密封封顶并承载顶部重压。内墙可以砖砌,墙体间隔距离3-4m或以 上(宽则顶部加樑) 
横闩,以钢筋预制件为横闩,将外墙和所有内墙连接成为一个整体,同时便于砌工施工作业。 
底槽:墙体之间的底槽适宜建成半圆,椭圆或梯形 
顶部:以钢筋混凝土密封于内外墙体之上,外墙适当高出顶部,作挡水挡土墙,可还原土地作种植或水产养殖。 
沼渣出口:蚊香型,内外圆型等在中央底部,方型等在进口的另一端下部。 
浮渣出口:沉浮渣出口为一处但互相隔离,浮渣出口自下至上约2/3处为出口。 
通道口:蚊香型进口至出口一线全为通道,内外圆型:每一内墙自下至上有一通道口,紧挨通道口两墙体之间自下至上建有隔离墙,沼渣沼液经通道口由外圆圈流向内圆圈。方型:相邻内墙彼此端自下至上建有一通道口。 
进料口:建在沼气池外墙上端,使用输送泵可建在外墙下端。 
沼气出口:可建在沼气池外墙上端或顶部。 
检修门:大型沼气池周围须留有多道检修门,检修前,内墙检修门可用预制板封堵,外墙检修门须特制门密封。 
沼气池的数量与大小根据需要和地理条件建设,可设计成任意大小和形状,如直径400m,高30m的沼气池可容纳每天产生1万吨生活垃圾的城市一年的数量,约360万吨。 
2、出渣设备有:螺旋体型(图5)水车叶体型(图6)风车叶体型(图7)等,周围由多部电机或沼气内燃机经齿轮,连杆带动出渣。沼气原料在池内经一定长时间沤制后,开动出渣机械设备,机器不停、进料出渣不止,形成流水作业。 
蚊香型沼气池适用螺旋体型出渣设备,从进口至出口连成一线整体。内外圆型沼气池适用螺旋体型,水车叶体型出渣设备,每一圆圈自成一线整体,沉渣经通道口由风车叶体或螺旋体出渣设备带动自外一圆圈内移送至下一圆圈内,最后至出口,方型沼气池适用螺旋体型出渣设备,每一方框自成一体,每一通道口处由螺旋体或风车叶体出渣设备移送沉渣,最后至出口。

具体实施方式:
本发明是属设计发明,具体实施属于国家大型建设项目,所需财力、物力巨大,须取得国家专家组、权威机构进行慎重的可行性研究、审查,由具有资质的单位设计、勘察、施工。出渣设备由具有资质的单位、工厂具体设计、生产,经反复实验,性能质量可靠,经久耐用,经有关部门检验合格后,方可投入使用。 
城市沼气工程能提供巨大清洁能源、大量有机肥料,大大改善城市卫生和环境保护,有效解决堆放城市垃圾的场地困难。 
本说明有未尽表述之处。 

Claims (5)

1.沼气池有:蚊香型、内外圆型、方型等(含椭圆型、梯型) 
沼气池的结构由外墙、内墙、横闩、底槽、顶部、出渣口、浮渣出口、通道口、进料口、沼气出口、检修门等组成。 
2.出渣设备有:螺旋体型,水车叶体型、风车叶体型等。 
3.根据权利要求1所述沼气池的特征是:沼气池内建内墙,并用横闩连接外墙和全部内墙成为一个整体,内墙能隔离沼渣沼液,使其后进后出,在池内有一个充分沤制产气的时间,能使顶部空间由大变小,便于钢筋混凝土密封封顶并承载顶部重压。 
4.根据权利要求1所述,浮渣出口其特征是:在出渣口另建浮渣出口通道,浮渣出口通道下端与沉渣、沼液隔离,上端自下至上约2/3处为出口,浮渣由出口处自动溢出或由风车叶体等出渣设备带动出渣。 
5.根据权利要求2所述:其特征是:利用螺旋体型、水车叶体型、风车叶体型等出渣设备,由多部电机或沼气内燃机经齿轮,连杆带动出渣,机器不停,进料、出渣不止,从而做到流水作业。
