Abstract

本发明公开了一种机械加工辅助装置,主要用于移动和定位需要加工的滑台,具有结构紧凑,节约空间的特点。本发明的滑台包括基座,在基座中设置磁性气缸,在磁性气缸活塞上方设置与磁性气缸滑动连接的磁性板。在工作时,通过缸筒上的磁性开关控制安装有磁环的活塞做往复运动,并带动活塞上方的磁性板和磁性板上方搭载的构件平台移动。本发明的滑台结构更加合理紧凑,除基座外不再占用多余空间,同时更加便于操作,适用于各类机械加工。

本发明涉及一种机械加工辅助装置,尤其是一种用于移动和定位构件的滑台。
背景技术
目前,在使用滑台作为移动和定位构件的装置时,一般采用带杆气缸推动的方式带动滑台上的构件移动。为了适应各种工作环境,滑台一般较大较长,由此导致其气缸和活塞杆也必须具有较长的长度才能满足需求。然而,当气缸和活塞杆较长时,整个滑台占用的长度和面积都较大,这样既不利于滑台的放置,也不利于实际操作。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种节省体积,结构紧凑的滑台。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:滑台,包括基座,在基座中设置磁性气缸,在磁性气缸活塞上方设置与磁性气缸滑动连接的磁性板。
进一步的,在所述基座上设置两条与磁性气缸平行的导轨,每条导轨上都设有两个与导轨滑动连接的滑块。
进一步的,在所述磁性气缸两端的两侧均设有挡块,所述挡块与基座固定连接。
本发明的有益效果是:缩短了滑台的长度,避免了滑台占用多余空间,使滑台的结构更加紧凑,更便于操作。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步说明。
如图1所示,本发明的滑台,包括基座1,在基座中设置磁性气缸2,在磁性气缸2活塞上方设置与磁性气缸2滑动连接的磁性板3。由于磁性气缸2无需使用外部的推杆,其安装有磁环的活塞也可以带动磁性板3移动,因此在工作时,可以通过缸筒上的磁性开关控制活塞做往复运动,带动活塞上方的磁性板3和磁性板3上方搭载的构件平台移动。
为了提高移动构件的效率,在所述基座1上设置两条与磁性气缸2平行的导轨4,每条导轨4上都设有两个与导轨4滑动连接的滑块5。此时构件平台同时搭载在磁性板3和滑块5上。由于滑块5与导轨4间的摩擦力较低,因此磁性板3和构件平台的移动速度都会相应变高,提升了滑台的工作效率。
为了使滑台对构件的定位更加精确,在所述磁性气缸2两端的两侧均设有挡块6,所述挡块6与基座1固定连接。滑台将构件平台上的构件移动至加工位时,通过将挡块6设置在基座1的固定位置上,能够阻挡构件平台移动过量、矫正构件平台在移动过程中出现的偏差,使构件的定位更加精确。

1.滑台,包括基座(1),其特征在于:在基座中设置磁性气缸(2),在磁性气缸(2)活塞上方设置与磁性气缸(2)滑动连接的磁性板(3)。
2.如权利要求1所述的滑台,其特征在于:在所述基座(1)上设置两条与磁性气缸(2)平行的导轨(4),每条导轨(4)上都设有两个与导轨(4)滑动连接的滑块(5)。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的滑台,其特征在于:在所述磁性气缸(2)两端的两侧均设有挡块(6),所述挡块(6)与基座(1)固定连接。
