一种主要以形成无机膜为主的高温防火保温涂 料,含有松香水、氧化铁红、硅酸钠溶剂、石墨、酚醛 漆、石色颜料,由A组分、B组分和C组分所构成。 分配刷涂漆膜底层、中层和表层,按防火温度的高低 和散热表面的温度,重复刷涂底层、中层和表层的次 数,防火温度可达到2000℃以上,散热表面温度可降 低到90%。用于墙体、木质家具、门窗、车船、金属的 防火、防锈、防潮,炉体、管道的绝热保温。具有成本 低、性能优异、组制施工简便、用途广的特点。

Description

一种涉及到主要以形成无机膜为主的高温防火保温涂料。
防火涂料有木质防火涂料、发泡型防火涂料、透明防火涂料多种都只能达到或接近一级防火性能,在更高的温度下,就不能起防火作用。
本发明的任务是提供一种主要以形成无机膜为主的耐高温、耐腐防锈、抗水、绝热、无污染,多用途的高温防火保温涂料。
该涂料由A组分、B组分和C组分所构成。A组分刷涂漆膜底层、B组分刷涂漆膜中层、C组分刷涂漆膜表层,其组成是:
A组分:松香水70~80%、氧化铁红20~30%。
B组分:硅酸钠溶剂70~80%、炭黑20~30%,或硅酸钠溶剂40~60%、石墨(或太白粉、或立德粉、或双飞粉)60~40%。
C组分:酚醛漆(或钢化玻璃漆)配石色颜料,石色颜料的用量和品种依所需颜色和颜色深浅而定。
本发明常温固化,刷涂或喷涂方法是取A组分、B组分和C组分分配调制均匀,按施工要求。分配刷涂漆膜底层、中层和表层、刷涂完中层后,通交流电1至2分钟,完工表层用石腊抛光。根据防火温度的高低和散热表面的温度,重复刷涂漆膜底层、中层和表层次数。防火温度要求在500~1000℃,重复刷涂2至3次,防火温度要求1000~2500℃,重复刷涂4至6次。绝热保温,一般重复刷涂漆膜1至3次。
本发明的光泽度(即拆射率)亮光可达95%,击穿强度:公斤·厘米60次,附着力(划圈法)小于或等于2厘米。
实施例如下:
刷涂漆膜底层:取氧化铁红35克调入40毫升松香水中,充分调匀后,按施工要求,刷涂漆膜的底层,待干燥不沾手时,进行漆膜中层刷涂。
刷涂漆膜中层:取石墨50克,加硅酸钠溶剂50毫升,调匀,刷涂漆膜中层,刷涂完后,通交流电1至2分钟,进行漆膜表层刷涂。
刷涂漆膜表层:酚醛漆配石色颜料,调匀刷涂漆膜表层。干燥后若不再重复刷涂,用石腊抛光。
本发明是一种高温防火保温组合涂料,用于墙体、木质家具、门窗,车船、金属的防火、防锈、防潮,炉体、管道的绝热保温。具有成本低、组制施工简便,各种性能优异,用途广的特点。

Claims (6)

1、一种主要以形成无机膜为主的高温防火保温涂料,含有松香水、氧化铁红、硅酸钠溶剂、石墨、酚醛漆、石色颜料。其特征是A组分由松香水和氧化铁红组成;B组分由硅酸钠溶剂和石墨组成,C组分由酚醛漆和石色颜料组成。
2、按权项1所述的高温防火保温涂料,其特征是A组分由松香水70~80%、氧水铁红20~40%;B组分由硅酸钠溶剂70~80%、炭黑20~30%;C组分由酚醛漆配石色颜料所构成。
3、按权项2所述的高温防火保温涂料,其特征是B组分可由硅酸钠溶剂40~60%、石墨(或钛白粉、或立德粉、或双飞粉)60~40%所组成。
4、按权项2所述的高温防火保温涂料,其特征是C组分可由钢化玻璃漆配石色颜料所组成。
5、按权项1和2所述的高温防火保温涂料,其特征是漆膜分底层、中层和表层,分配用A组分、B组分和C组分刷涂。
6、按权项1、3、5所述的高温防火保温涂料,其特征是漆膜中层刷涂完工后,需通交流电1至2分钟。
