Abstract

一种强排式预热的燃气热水器,包括风机总成、热交换器总成、燃烧器总成、水流传感器、比例阀总成和控制装置,还包括一电磁阀水开关、三通开关阀、热水导流管、回水管、水泵和温度传感器,所述热水导流管一端与热水出水管连接接通、另一端与三通开关阀的直管的一端连通,所述回水管一端与电磁阀水开关连接接通、回水管的另一端与三通开关开阀的直管的另一端连接通;三通开关阀的支管出水口与花洒连接;所述温度传感器设置在热水出水管上;所述电磁阀水开关的出水端和水流传感器出水端并联后与水泵的进水端连通,水泵的出水端与冷水进水管连通。可以对水进行预热,防止热水器前端的水浪费。

一种强排式预热的燃气热水器
技术领域
本发明涉及燃气热水器。 
背景技术
目前现有技术,一种强排式预热的燃气热水器,包括风机总成、热交换器总成、燃烧器总成、水流传感器、比例阀总成和控制装置,风机总成设置在热交换器总成的上部,燃烧器总成设置在热交换器总成的下部,比例阀总成与燃烧器总成的燃烧器和气源连通;所述热交换器总成包括冷水进水管和热水出水管,水流传感器设置在冷水进水管上。存在问题是:使用时,会用部分冷水排出不能直接用于洗浴,浪费水源。 
发明内容
本发明的目的是:提供一种强排式预热的燃气热水器,它能对洗浴水进行预热,打开花洒便有热水流出,使用方便。 
本发明是这样实现的:一种强排式预热的燃气热水器,包括风机总成、热交换器总成、燃烧器总成、水流传感器、比例阀总成和控制装置,风机总成设置在热交换器总成的上部,燃烧器总成设置在热交换器总成的下部,比例阀总成与燃烧器总成的燃烧器和气源连通;所述热交换器总成包括冷水进水管和热水出水管,水流传感器设置在冷水进水管上; 
其特殊之处在于:还包括一电磁阀水开关、三通开关阀、热水导流管、回水管、水泵和温度传感器,
所述热水导流管一端与热水出水管连接接通、另一端与三通开关阀的直管的一端连通,所述回水管一端与电磁阀水开关连接接通、回水管的另一端与三通开关开阀的直管的另一端连接通;三通开关阀的支管出水口与花洒连接;
所述温度传感器设置在热水出水管上;
所述电磁阀水开关的出水端和水流传感器出水端并联后与水泵的进水端连通,水泵的出水端与冷水进水管连通。
所述的一种强排式预热的燃气热水器,其特殊之处在于:所述水泵为无刷直流水泵。
本发明一种强排式预热的燃气热水器,由于采用这样的结构,操作控制装置的开关,水流经水流传感器进入冷水进水管,水流传感器将水流信号传递到控制装置,燃烧器总成的点火针点火,燃烧器燃烧,换热器总成开始工作,与此同时,水泵工作,电磁阀水开关打关,热水出水管的热水经三通开关阀进入回水管,热水经回水管、电磁阀水开关和冷水进水管回到热交换器总成,当设置在热交器总成的热水出水管上温度传感器将温度信号传递到控制装置,达到设定的预热温度时,燃烧器停止燃烧,水泵停止转动;当低于设定的温度时,燃烧器再度燃烧;热水再次循环加热。洗浴时,操作三通开关阀的手柄花洒出水,冷水进水管中有水源的水流动,电磁阀水开关关闭,燃烧器燃烧,三通开关不断流出热水;防止了洗浴时,前端的水浪费,使用方便。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步描述。 
如图1所示,一种强排式预热的燃气热水器,包括风机总成1、热交换器总成2、燃烧器总成3、水流传感器4、比例阀总成5和控制装置6,风机总成1设置在热交换器总成2的上部,燃烧器总成3设置在热交换器总成2的下部,比例阀总成5与燃烧器总成3的燃烧器和气源连通;所述热交换器总成3包括燃烧室、设置在燃烧室顶部的换热器、缠绕在燃烧室外表面上的导水管、冷水进水管31和热水出水管32,水流传感器4设置在冷水进水管31上; 
还包括一电磁阀水开关7、三通开关阀8、热水导流管9、回水管10、水泵11和温度传感器12,
所述热水导流管9一端与热水出水管32连接接通、另一端与三通开关阀8的直管的一端连通,所述回水管10一端与电磁阀水开关7连接接通、回水管10的另一端与三通开关开阀8的直管的另一端连接通;三通开关阀8的支管出水口与花洒13连接;
所述电磁阀水开关7的出水端与水流传感器4出水端并联后与水泵11的进水端连接接通,水泵11的出水端与冷水进水管31连通。
也可以说是:水泵11设置在水流传感器4出水端的冷水进水管31上,电磁阀水开关7的出水端接在水流传感器4和水泵11之间的冷水进水管31上。 
所述水泵11为无刷直流水泵。水泵11具有增压功能----能识别进水的压力和流量而进行转速转换,最大扬程能达到11米,持续恒压,恒流,恒温,充分体验大流量沐浴。可以实现无级变速。 
电磁阀水开关7  上海侨亨生产  型号QXD-27。

Claims (2)

1.一种强排式预热的燃气热水器,包括风机总成、热交换器总成、燃烧器总成、水流传感器、比例阀总成和控制装置,风机总成设置在热交换器总成的上部,燃烧器总成设置在热交换器总成的下部,比例阀总成与燃烧器总成的燃烧器和气源连通;所述热交换器总成包括冷水进水管和热水出水管,水流传感器设置在冷水进水管上;
其特征在于:还包括一电磁阀水开关、三通开关阀、热水导流管、回水管、水泵和温度传感器,
所述热水导流管一端与热水出水管连接接通、另一端与三通开关阀的直管的一端连通,所述回水管一端与电磁阀水开关连接接通、回水管的另一端与三通开关开阀的直管的另一端连接通;三通开关阀的支管出水口与花洒连接;
所述温度传感器设置在热水出水管上;
所述电磁阀水开关的出水端和水流传感器出水端并联后与水泵的进水端连通,水泵的出水端与冷水进水管连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种强排式预热的燃气热水器,其特征在于:所述水泵为无刷直流水泵。
