Abstract

本发明公开了流延膜回收装置,包括箱体,在所述箱体上侧连通旧料输送管道,所述旧料出料管道设置于所述箱体内部,在所述旧料出料管道内设置有用于输送粉料的输送螺杆,所述旧料出料管道具有扩大的开口,在所述旧料出料管道外设置有护罩,所述护罩设置开口,所述箱体下方设置底座,在所述底座上设置腔体,所述腔体和一压缩气源连接,在所述护罩内位于所述旧料出料管道一侧设置有与所述腔体连通的气嘴。本发明通过喷嘴把箱体中的旧料喷射到具有扩大开口的出料管道中,由于小颗粒的旧料更加容易漂浮到上层,因此保证了进入出料管道中的旧料基本为均匀的小颗粒旧料,保证了输送螺杆中旧料的均匀,保证了挤出旧料的稳定。

Description

一种流延膜回收装置
技术领域
本发明涉及流延膜边料回收装置。
背景技术
该流延膜设备在生产过程中,边料会被在线切掉粉碎后,通过风机输送到挤出机料斗和新料混合后再进入挤出机。这个料斗为双层结构,外层为新料,内层为粉料,风机输送的粉料通过旋风分离器进入内层料斗,由于粉料比较轻,因此内层料斗中间有一个压实螺杆将粉料挤到挤出机进料口和新料混合。如图1所示:1为挤出机,2为粉料压实螺杆,3为破碎后的粉料输送管,4为旋风分离器,5为旋风分离器的出风管,6为料斗的内层,储存粉料,7为料斗外层。
此装置存在的缺陷是当边料宽窄变化时,输送到料斗的粉料也会发生变化,压实螺杆挤到挤出机进料口的粉料的堆积密度也会发生变化,导致薄膜的厚度不稳定,而且当粉料过多时,粉料也会在挤出机进料口搭桥导致下料不畅。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的不足,本发明提供了一种流延膜边料回收装置,实现了粉料的定量输送,实现了挤出量的稳定。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的:流延膜回收装置,包括与挤出机连通的旧料出料管道和与所述旧料出料管道相邻的新料出料管道,还包括箱体,在所述箱体上侧连通旧料输送管道,所述旧料出料管道设置于所述箱体内部,在所述旧料出料管道内设置有用于输送粉料的输送螺杆,所述输送螺杆包括依次连接的螺纹间距逐渐缩小的第一部、螺纹间距逐渐扩大的第二部和螺纹间距逐渐缩小的第三部,所述旧料出料管道具有扩大的开口,在所述旧料出料管道外设置有护罩,所述护罩设置开口,所述箱体下方设置底座,在所述底座上设置腔体,所述腔体和一压缩气源连接,在所述护罩内位于所述旧料出料管道一侧设置有与所述腔体连通的气嘴,在所述腔体内设置一制冷装置,所述旧料出料管道通过所述腔体。
上述技术方案中,所述旧料输送管道通过一旋风分离器与所述箱体相连。
上述技术方案中,所述第三部和所述第二部的螺纹方向相反。
本发明具有如下有益效果:本发明通过喷嘴把箱体中的旧料喷射到具有扩大开口的出料管道中,由于小颗粒的旧料更加容易漂浮到上层,因此保证了进入出料管道中的旧料基本为均匀的小颗粒旧料,保证了输送螺杆中旧料的均匀,保证了挤出旧料的稳定。

具体实施方式
下面对本发明作进一步详细描述,参见图2至图4,一种流延膜回收装置,包括与挤出机连通的旧料出料管道2和与所述旧料出料管道2相邻的新料出料管道4,还包括箱体1,在所述箱体1上侧连通旧料输送管道7,所述旧料出料管道2设置于所述箱体1内部,在所述旧料出料管道2内设置有用于输送粉料的输送螺杆8,所述输送螺杆8包括依次连接的螺纹间距逐渐缩小的第一部80、螺纹间距逐渐扩大的第二部81和螺纹间距逐渐缩小的第三部82,第一部螺纹进料处螺纹间距最大,旧料容易进入螺纹槽,承载能力大;旧料在由第一部进入后再逐渐缩小的螺纹槽中充分混合后再进入第二部81中分散,在第二部81中分散后再逐渐在第三部82中再次混合,经过分散混合的工序,保证旧料能够充分混合均匀。优选的,第三部82中的螺纹方向和第二部81中的螺纹方向相反,进一步保证混合效果。
所述旧料出料管道2具有扩大的开口,在所述旧料出料管道2外设置有护罩3,所述护罩3设置开口30,所述箱体1下方设置底座5,在所述底座5上设置腔体51,所述腔体51和一压缩气源连接,在所述护罩3内位于所述旧料出料管道2一侧设置有与所述腔体51连通的气嘴9。所述腔体51内设置一制冷装置6,所述旧料出料管道2通过所述腔体51。
所述旧料输送管道7通过一旋风分离器70与所述箱体相连,通过所述旋风分离器70对通入箱体中的粉料进行初步分离,以过滤其中的较大颗粒和边角较大的废料,保证旧料输送漏斗中废料的均匀。旧料落下后通过护罩3的开口30进入到护罩3内靠近气嘴9附近,通过气嘴9喷射的气流扬起旧料,护罩3在开口30上端设置向内弯折的挡板31和旧料输送管道2的开口形成供旧料通过的通道,由于护罩3的设置,旧料需要通过开口30后再进入气嘴9防止了大量旧料被扬起堵塞在旧料通过的通道。
使用时,通过所述旧料输送管道2把粉碎后的边角料(即旧料)输送入所述箱体1,压缩气源启动,压缩空气通过气嘴把箱体1中的旧料扬起,旧料撞击到护罩3后落入出料管道2上端的开口中,由于细小的颗粒容易被扬起,因此落入到出料管入口处的旧料颗粒大小基本相近,因此在输送螺杆8中的旧料更加均匀。旧料在通过输送螺杆8输送后和新料出料管道4中的新料进行混合后进入挤出机。
在所述腔体51中插入一制冷装置6,压缩空气经制冷装置6后降温,通过气嘴9排出,在扬起旧料的同时对旧料进行降温,减少旧料在输送螺杆8中摩擦发热,在输送过程中的热分解的危险性更小,并且所述旧料出料管道2通过所述腔体51内部,使得制冷装置6能够同时对腔体2中的出料管道2进行降温,更加减小了旧料在输送螺杆8中热分解的危险。

1.流延膜回收装置,包括与挤出机连通的旧料出料管道(2)和与所述旧料出料管道(2)相邻的新料出料管道(4),其特征在于:还包括箱体(1),在所述箱体(1)上侧连通旧料输送管道(7),所述旧料出料管道(2)设置于所述箱体(1)内部,在所述旧料出料管道(2)内设置有用于输送粉料的输送螺杆(8),所述输送螺杆(8)包括依次连接的螺纹间距逐渐缩小的第一部(80)、螺纹间距逐渐扩大的第二部(81)和螺纹间距逐渐缩小的第三部(82),所述旧料出料管道(2)具有扩大的开口,在所述旧料出料管道(2)外设置有护罩(3),所述护罩(3)设置开口(30),所述箱体(1)下方设置底座(5),在所述底座(5)上设置腔体(51),所述腔体(51)和一压缩气源连接,在所述护罩(3)内位于所述旧料出料管道(2)一侧设置有与所述腔体(51)连通的气嘴(9),在所述腔体(51)内设置一制冷装置(6),所述旧料出料管道(2)通过所述腔体(51),所述旧料输送管道(7)通过一旋风分离器(70)与所述箱体(1)相连,所述第三部(82)和所述第二部(81)的螺纹方向相反。
