转轴开合式管轴砂磨器，属砂磨管子表面的工具。
背景技术
现实中，把管子及轴杆表面砂打干净的方法是采用砂布来回擦，这很不方便，对于成批量的需砂磨的管子进行砂打时，效率更低，效果也差。
发明内容
本发明的目的是发明一种方便套夹住管轴进行砂打的工具。
转轴开合式管轴砂磨器，由砂布、内管套、外管套、转轴、销子组成，砂布层分布在内外管套的内壁上，砂布可更换。内外管套由带弹性的金属或塑料制成，两半圆管套的两端形成相对耳孔，让转轴穿过耳孔，转轴一边为帽头，一边为穿孔，用销子穿过转轴上小孔便锁住，这样，两管套可绕转轴转动，形成可调节包容不同大小直径的圆形开合面，需砂打管轴时，打开两管套，将一定大小的砂布放入内外管套内壁中，当两内外管套合拢时，可夹住砂布的两端头，防止砂布移动。将两管套包住管子，用手握住管套沿管轴轴向循环拉动，直到把管子砂打干净为止。

 图中，1为砂布，2为内管套，3为外管套，4为转轴，5为销子。
具体实施方案：转轴开合式管轴砂磨器，由砂布（1）、内管套（2）、外管套（3）、转轴（4）、销子（5）组成，砂布层分布在内外管套的内壁上，两管套则通过转轴组合成可调节的圆形开合面。
 使用时，打开管套包住管轴，用手握住管套沿管轴轴向循环拉动即可。

1.转轴开合式管轴砂磨器，由砂布、内管套、外管套、转轴、销子组成，其特征在于砂布层分布在内外管套的内壁上。
2.根据权利要求书1所述的转轴开合式管轴砂磨器，其特征在于两半圆管套的两端形成相对耳孔，让转轴穿过耳孔。
3.根据权利要求书2所述的转轴开合式管轴砂磨器，其特征在于当两内外管套合拢时，可夹住砂布的两端头，防止砂布移动。
