Abstract

本发明公开了一种船体外板成型方法,其利用数控水火弯板机对船体外板进行初步弯曲成型加工;而对初加工后的外板进行人工画出进一步加工的火线,利用视觉传感器扫描获得画出的进一步加工的火线参数;再控制数控水火弯板机得到的火线进行加工,从而完成船体外板成型加工。所述成型方法集合了两种成型方法的优点,在保证加工效率和加工质量的同时能够适应各种空间曲面的加工需要。

一种船体外板成型方法
技术领域
本发明专利涉及一种钣金成型方法,尤其是一种船体外板的成型方法。
背景技术
目前,船体外板成型方法主要有人工冷热加工成型和水火弯板机加工成型两种。人工冷热加工成型方法,适应范围广,任何形状简单或是复杂的空间曲面都能够加工,但其对操作者的身体伤害比较大、加工效率低、安全性差,而且加工质量完全由操作人员决定,加工质量的稳定性难控制,直接受操作人员的技术水平限制;此外,成熟的火工人员难于培养,直接制约对船厂加工能力,从而制约船厂的造船周期及能力。中国专利200620056651.3 公开了一种水火弯板机,通过水火弯板机加工成型,其通过控制系统中预设的经验函数计算火线,而后控制水火弯板机的火焰枪按计算的火线加工,受经验函数的限制,其无法同时满足适应各种复杂的曲面加工要求,往往只能对相对较简单的曲面形状进行成型加工,而对于较为复杂的曲面板,其成型合格率则比较低,通常还是需要进行人工二次加工,其加工效率仍然较低,仍然依赖操作人员的经验。
发明内容
本发明旨在克服上述现有技术的缺陷,给出一种船体外板成型方法以提高加工的效率及合格率。
本发明所述的船体外板成型方法,包括如下步骤:
A、使用数控水火弯板机对外板进行初步加工;
B、人工对初步加工后的外板进行检测,并在外板表面画出需要加工的火线;
C、采用视觉传感器对画有火线的钢板进行扫描,得到火线参数;
D、控制数控水火弯板机按照视觉传感器扫描得到的火线进行加工,完成船体外板成型。
本发明所述的船体外板成形方法,综合利用了人工冷热加工和数控水火弯板机的优点,其通过水火弯板机对外板进行初步加工成型,而通过人工划出精加工火线,水火弯板机扫描获取外板上的精加工火线,并通过控制机构控制水火弯板机的火焰枪按精加工火线运动,对外板精加工,实现外板的成型加工。其整个加工过程,对外板的加热成型操作完全由水火弯板机自动实现,操作简单、加工质量稳定,易保证加工精度,操作安全。而且,精加工火线由人工划线,机器扫描获得,任何不同曲面的外板,均可获得恰当的加工火线,其克服了数控水火弯板机,根据经验函数计算火线,无法适合任意曲面的问题。其在保证加工效率和加工质量的同时能够适应各种曲面的加工需要。
具体实施方式
 一种船体外板成型方法,首先,使用数控水火弯板机按需加工成型的曲面形状对外板进行初步弯曲成型加工;人工对初步加工后的外板进行检测,根据检测结果在外板表面画出需要进一步加工的火线;而后,采用视觉传感器对画有火线的钢板进行扫描,根据扫描信息得到进一步加工的火线参数;而后,控制数控水火弯板机得到的火线进行加工,从而完成船体外板成型加工。

1.一种船体外板成型方法,包括如下步骤:
A、使用数控水火弯板机对外板进行初步加工;
B、人工对初步加工后的外板进行检测,并在外板表面画出需要加工的火线;
C、采用视觉传感器对画有火线的钢板进行扫描,得到火线参数;
D、控制数控水火弯板机按照视觉传感器扫描得到的火线进行加工,完成船体外板成型。
