[0002]目前家庭中果蔬主要采用手工清洗方式,通过双手搓洗、水冲,或将果蔬在水中浸泡、冲洗。这样清洗效率低,清洁效果差,费时费力费水,而且很难将农药洗掉。
[0003]目前大量洗菜机涌入市场,这些洗菜机的主要原理为:电机带动有筛孔的内桶在外桶内做正、反两个方向的转动,依靠正、反向转动激荡水流运动,使果蔬之间产生摩擦,从而达到清洗目的。但这种洗菜机存在诸多问题:一是靠内桶转动带动水流动,水流的速度较慢,在内桶中不能形成较大的水流来冲击水果蔬菜,清洗效果不好;二是由于清洗过程中,内桶频繁正、反转运动,果蔬之间,果蔬与内桶壁之间产生大量摩擦碰撞,使果蔬在清洗过程中损坏。

[0006] 基于洗菜机的发展趋势及市场上所售洗菜机的不足,本发明依照果蔬自身特点,将其分类,提供一种针对不同类型果蔬配备相应内桶的具有去除农药、清洁力强、不损伤果蔬外观的节能环保洗菜机。
[0007] 本发明所述的多内桶可选择式洗菜机,该洗菜机包括控制面板、外壳、外桶、内桶、波轮、过滤网、电机、超声波发生器、臭氧发生器、臭氧输送管路、循环栗、栗进水管和栗排水管;控制面板装于外壳上,外桶置于外壳内,内桶置于外桶内,波轮装于外桶底部,内桶壁面及底部均设有漏水孔,过滤网装于内桶底部,水流通过栗进水管进水外桶和内桶;电机装于外桶与外壳之间,电机带动波轮旋转,从而带动水流旋转;超声波发生器置于外桶壁外侧,通过超声波振荡水流,增强清洁力;臭氧发生器置于外桶底部,臭氧输送管路连接臭氧发生器与外桶内部,运送臭氧至外桶内部;循环栗置于外桶与外壳之间,循环栗口设有过滤网,抽吸外桶内含有臭氧的水流,并通过栗排水管从内桶顶部喷淋而出,增强水的对流冲洗效果;内桶分为毛刷式内桶,桶壁带有竹炭纤维布的内桶和网篮式内桶三种。
[0008] 毛刷式内桶针对表面泥土较多且不平整的果蔬,例如马铃薯、红薯、胡萝卜等;桶壁带有竹炭纤维布的内桶针对表面光滑但怕磕碰的果蔬,例如小番茄、番茄、苹果等;网篮式内桶针对叶子类蔬菜,例如菠菜、生菜、芹菜等。

[0031] 如附图所示设计一多内桶可选择式洗菜机,该洗菜机包括控制面板、外壳、外桶、内桶、波轮、过滤网、电机、超声波发生器、臭氧发生器、臭氧输送管路、循环栗、栗进水管和栗排水管;控制面板装于外壳上,外桶置于外壳内,内桶置于外桶内,波轮装于外桶底部,内桶壁面及底部均设有漏水孔,过滤网装于内桶底部,水流通过栗进水管进水外桶和内桶;电机装于外桶与外壳之间,电机带动波轮旋转,从而带动水流旋转;超声波发生器置于外桶壁外侧,通过超声波振荡水流,增强清洁力;臭氧发生器置于外桶底部,臭氧输送管路连接臭氧发生器与外桶内部,运送臭氧至外桶内部;循环栗置于外桶与外壳之间,循环栗口设有过滤网,抽吸外桶内含有臭氧的水流,并通过栗排水管从内桶顶部喷淋而出,增强水的对流冲洗效果;内桶分为毛刷式内桶,桶壁带有竹炭纤维布的内桶和网篮式内桶三种。桶壁带有竹炭纤维布的内桶底部为波浪型,其波浪直径为4厘米,竹炭纤维布厚度为1厘米;毛刷式内桶边缘及底部均匀装有一束一束的毛刷,毛刷束直径为2厘米,毛刷长度为1厘米。所述的栗排水管对称设置6条,每条栗排水管在内桶顶部设置6个喷嘴。
[0032] 所述的控制面板可以操控水洗时间、漂洗次数、水位、及超声波振荡时间。针对所洗果蔬量,水位分为高、中、低三档。针对比较脆弱的果蔬,可适当减少振荡时间,以免损坏果蔬。
[0033] 使用上述设计的多内桶可选择式洗菜机清洗四个中等大小马铃薯:首先选择毛刷式内桶,将内桶边缘缺口对应喷嘴位置,放置于外桶上,旋转内桶,使其卡稳,把需要洗的马铃薯放入内桶中。通过控制面板选择清洗两分钟、水位选择中档、超声波振荡20秒、漂洗三次、按开始键。水流通过进水口进入外桶和内桶中,当水位达到标准后,波轮开始转动,波轮的正转,反转,带动水流冲洗内桶中的马铃薯,此时臭氧发生器开始提供臭氧,循环栗开始工作,不断从外桶底部抽水,并从内桶上方射出,喷洒在被洗的马铃薯上,一分钟后,开始排水,进入第一次漂洗,当水位达到标准,除波轮、臭氧发生器、循环栗开始工作外,超声波发生器也开始工作,通过水流与超声波的震动作用,将残留污垢彻底清洗,由于马铃薯是污垢较多的蔬菜,所以选择漂洗三次。第二次与第三次漂洗仅波轮与臭氧发生器工作。清洗完毕,取出马铃薯与内桶,并把内桶底部过滤网取出,冲洗。整个清洗工作完成。马铃薯在毛刷及超声波的振荡作用下得到外观上的彻底清洗,在臭氧的作用下,将农药及细菌清除,从而达到真正的彻底清洗。

[0035] 使用实施例1设计的多内桶可选择式洗菜机清洗一斤圣女小番茄:首先选择带有竹炭纤维布的内桶,将内桶边缘缺口对应喷嘴位置,放置于外桶上,旋转内桶,使其卡稳,把需要洗的小番茄放入内桶中。通过控制面板选择清洗一分钟、水位选择中档、超声波振荡10秒,漂洗2次,按开始键。水流通过进水口进入外桶和内桶中,当水位达到标准后,波轮开始转动,波轮的正转,反转,带动水流冲洗内桶中的小番茄,此时臭氧发生器开始提供臭氧,循环栗开始工作,不断从外桶底部抽水,并从内桶上方射出,喷洒在被洗的马铃薯上,一分钟后,开始排水,进入第一次漂洗,当水位达到标准,除波轮、臭氧发生器、循环栗开始工作外,超声波发生器也开始工作,通过水流与超声波的震动作用,将残留污垢彻底清洗,由于小番茄表面肉眼观察较洁净,所以选择漂洗二次。第二次漂洗仅波轮与臭氧发生器工作。清洗完毕,取出小番茄与内桶,并把内桶底部过滤网取出,冲洗。整个清洗工作完成。小番茄是相对脆弱的果蔬,在放有组碳纤维布的内桶中,组碳纤维布起到缓冲作用,可减少小番茄与桶壁之间的碰撞,因此在保证清洁度的前提下保证了小番茄的外观完好。本实验其余结构与实施例1、2相似,不再赘述。
Claims (7)
1.一种多内桶可选择式洗菜机,该洗菜机包括控制面板、外壳、外桶、内桶、波轮、过滤网、电机、超声波发生器、臭氧发生器、臭氧输送管路、循环栗、栗进水管和栗排水管,其特征在于,控制面板装于外壳上,外桶置于外壳内,内桶置于外桶内,波轮装于外桶底部,内桶壁面及底部均设有漏水孔,过滤网装于内桶底部,水流通过栗进水管进入外桶和内桶;电机装于外桶与外壳之间,电机带动波轮旋转,从而带动水流旋转;超声波发生器置于外桶壁外侦牝通过超声波振荡水流,增强清洁力;臭氧发生器置于外桶底部,臭氧输送管路连接臭氧发生器与外桶内部,运送臭氧至外桶内部;循环栗置于外桶与外壳之间,循环栗口设有过滤网,抽吸外桶内含有臭氧的水流,并通过栗排水管从内桶顶部喷淋而出,增强水的对流冲洗效果;内桶分为毛刷式内桶,桶壁带有竹炭纤维布的内桶和网篮式内桶三种。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种多内桶可选择式洗菜机,其特征在于,所述的桶壁带有竹炭纤维布的内桶底部为波浪型,其波浪直径为2-4厘米,竹炭纤维布厚度为0.5-2厘米。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种多内桶可选择式洗菜机,其特征在于,所述的毛刷式内桶边缘及底部均匀装有一束一束的毛刷,毛刷束直径为1-3厘米,毛刷长度为1厘米。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种多内桶可选择式洗菜机,其特征在于,所述的控制面板可以操控水洗时间、漂洗次数、水位、及超声波振荡时间。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种多内桶可选择式洗菜机,其特征在于,所述的栗排水管对称设置两条或多条,每条栗排水管在内桶顶部设置4-8个喷嘴。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种多内桶可选择式洗菜机,其特征在于,内桶边缘设有能够挂在外桶上的边缘,边缘对应喷嘴设有缺口,便于内桶实现更换。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种多内桶可选择式洗菜机,其特征在于,所述超声波发生器在外桶壁外侧,对称放置。
