Abstract

本发明属于医学及畜牧兽医领域，提供一种制作长期使用的寄生虫卵玻片标本的装置，该装置由中空的透明玻片和硅胶塞组成。透明玻片中间包含一个方形空隙，空隙与一条隧道相通，隧道内放置一个圆柱形硅胶塞。该装置相当于一个可以在显微镜下观察的微型虫卵标本储存瓶，既可以长期保存虫卵标本，也可以在显微镜下观察，适合于寄生虫学教学科研使用。

技术领域
本发明属于医学及畜牧兽医领域，涉及一种制作长期使用的寄生虫卵玻片标本的装置，可用于制作寄生虫卵观察标本，尤其可在人体和动物寄生虫学教学及科研中使用。
背景技术
检获虫卵是诊断寄生虫病的主要依据，在寄生虫学教学过程中虫卵的形态特征是该门课程必须掌握的重点难点。在寄生虫学实验教学中，特别是一些比较难采集到的寄生虫卵，常常需要制作一些可保存的虫卵玻片标本供实验教学长期使用。到目前为止，国内外都有学者对长期使用的寄生虫卵标本制作方法进行了研究，然而这些制作方法中存在着浪费虫卵、制作周期长、较短时间出现标本不透明及虫卵破裂等诸多不足，导致标本短期报废。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的不足，本发明的目的是提供一种制作长期使用的寄生虫卵玻片标本的装置，制作的虫卵标本可长期使用保存，以满足寄生虫学教学科研过程中的应用需求，取得较好的使用效果和效率。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：制作长期使用的寄生虫卵玻片标本的装置的尺寸是75×25×2mm，透明材质，中间包含一个15×15×0.3mm的方形空隙，方形空隙上壁厚0.2mm，下壁厚1.5mm。空隙与一条直径1mm长5mm的隧道相通，隧道内放置一个直径1mm长4mm的圆柱形硅胶塞。
该装置使用时，用注射器吸取虫卵保存液沿隧道注入方形空隙，然后用硅胶塞将隧道封闭，就可在显微镜下观察使用了。
本发明的有益效果是，制作长期使用的寄生虫卵玻片标本的装置相当于一个可以在显微镜下观察的微型虫卵标本储存瓶，制作周期短，制作后可立即使用，既可以长期保存虫卵标本，也可以在显微镜下观察，并可以多次重复使用，适合应用于寄生虫学教学科研。

具体实施方式
如图所示，制作长期使用的寄生虫卵玻片标本的装置使用时，用注射器吸取已备好的虫卵保存液，沿隧道（3）缓慢注入空隙（2），直至将空隙（2）完全填满，将硅胶塞（4）放入隧道（3）即可完成制作。制作后可立即观察，符合要求的标本可在硅胶塞（4）外用树脂封闭；不符合要求的标本可取出硅胶塞重新制作。 

Claims (3)

1.一种制作长期使用的寄生虫卵玻片标本的装置，由中空的透明玻片和硅胶塞组成。
2.根据权利要求1 所述的制作长期使用的寄生虫卵玻片标本的装置，透明玻片中间包含一个15×15×0.3mm的方形空隙，空隙与一条直径1mm长5mm的隧道相通，隧道内放置一个直径1mm长4mm的圆柱形硅胶塞。
3.根据权利要求2 所述的制作长期使用的寄生虫卵玻片标本的装置，方形空隙上壁厚0.2mm，下壁厚1.5mm。
