Abstract

本发明公开一种旋耕机的锁档装置，所述的旋耕机的锁档装置包含一驱动枢轴，所述的驱动枢轴上设有一锁档部，所述的锁档部包含一中空的圆筒状的锁档套筒，所述的锁档套筒的侧壁上设有一楔形的锁档凸片，所述的锁档凸片的边缘设有由锁档通孔组成的锁档通孔阵列。本发明的旋耕机的锁档装置利用驱动枢轴上的可拆卸的锁档部，使用者可以直接将档位线的连接销钉与锁档凸片的边缘上的锁档通孔阵列相配合，而不必始终拉紧档位线，大大降低了使用者的操作强度。该旋耕机的锁档装置结构简单，操作方便，实用性强。

技术领域
 本发明涉及一种农用机械，更确切地说，是一种旋耕机的锁档装置。
背景技术
旋耕机是与拖拉机配套完成耕耙作业的耕耘机械，因其具有碎土能力强、耕后地表平坦等特点，而得到了广泛的应用。为了调节旋耕刀的转速，需要人工来进行换挡，操作者需要始终拉紧档位线，手部极容易疲劳，影响使用者的操作，且很不安全。
发明内容
本发明主要是解决现有技术所存在的技术问题，从而提供一种旋耕机的锁档装置。
本发明的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的：
一种旋耕机的锁档装置，所述的旋耕机的锁档装置包含一驱动枢轴，所述的驱动枢轴上设有一锁档部，所述的锁档部包含一中空的圆筒状的锁档套筒，所述的锁档套筒的侧壁上设有一楔形的锁档凸片，所述的锁档凸片的边缘设有由锁档通孔组成的锁档通孔阵列。
作为本发明较佳的实施例，所述的锁档部可拆卸地与所述的驱动枢轴相连接。
本发明的旋耕机的锁档装置利用驱动枢轴上的可拆卸的锁档部，使用者可以直接将档位线的连接销钉与锁档凸片的边缘上的锁档通孔阵列相配合，而不必始终拉紧档位线，大大降低了使用者的操作强度，且十分安全。该旋耕机的锁档装置结构简单，操作方便，实用性强。

如图1至图3所示，本发明的旋耕机的锁档装置1包含一驱动枢轴2，该驱动枢轴2上设有一锁档部3，该锁档部3包含一中空的圆筒状的锁档套筒31，该锁档套筒31的侧壁上设有一楔形的锁档凸片32，该锁档凸片32的边缘设有由锁档通孔33组成的锁档通孔阵列。
该锁档部3可拆卸地与该驱动枢轴2相连接。
不局限于此，任何不经过创造性劳动想到的变化或替换，都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此，本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求书所限定的保护范围为准。

1.一种旋耕机的锁档装置，其特征在于，所述的旋耕机的锁档装置（1）包含一驱动枢轴（2），所述的驱动枢轴（2）上设有一锁档部（3），所述的锁档部（3）包含一中空的圆筒状的锁档套筒（31），所述的锁档套筒（31）的侧壁上设有一楔形的锁档凸片（32），所述的锁档凸片（32）的边缘设有由锁档通孔（33）组成的锁档通孔阵列。
2.根据权利要求1所述的旋耕机的锁档装置，其特征在于，所述的锁档部（3）可拆卸地与所述的驱动枢轴（2）相连接。
