本发明提供一种新型传动齿轮,包括齿轮体,齿轮体上设有外齿牙,外齿牙和外齿槽相间隔,齿轮体包括左半轮、右半轮,左半轮和右半轮上分别设有凸起和卡槽,左半轮和右半轮通过凸起和卡槽固定连接,齿轮孔中心位置开设内孔,内孔沿圆周均匀开设内齿槽,内孔端面设有多个油孔,油孔上设有过滤网,油孔形成的油道将外齿槽与内齿槽联通,齿轮体表面设有镀镍层。本发明传动灵活、能有效减少磨损、齿轮体表面上设有镀镍防锈层,能延长齿轮的使用寿命;当齿轮磨损需要更换时,直接拆换齿轮更换即可,解决了齿轮磨损带来的修理困难,节约了成本、节约了维修时间。

本发明涉及一种机械传动部件,尤其涉及一种传动灵活且方便拆卸的新型传动齿轮。
背景技术
齿轮是人们生活中常见的机械部件,通过相互咬合传动,现有的齿轮一般只有外齿轮,靠外齿轮与其他传动件运动,运动过程中会产生热量,导致齿轮磨损,使齿轮寿命变短;另外,齿轮是易损件,需要经常更换,一般在更换齿轮时,首先需要将其他一些部件拆下,才可将齿轮取出,增加了维修成本,延长了维修时间。
发明内容
本发明要解决的问题是提供一种磨损小、寿命长、传动灵活且拆卸方便的新型传动齿轮。
本发明的技术方案如下:一种新型传动齿轮,包括齿轮体,所述齿轮体上设有外齿牙,所述外齿牙和外齿槽相间隔,其特征在于:所述齿轮体包括左半轮、右半轮,所述左半轮和右半轮上分别设有凸起和卡槽,所述左半轮和右半轮通过凸起和卡槽固定连接,所述齿轮孔中心位置开设内孔,所述内孔沿圆周均匀开设内齿槽,所述内孔端面设有多个油孔,所述油孔形成的油道将外齿槽与内齿槽联通。
进一步,所述油孔上设有过滤网。
进一步,所述齿轮体表面设有镀镍层。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明传动灵活、能有效减少磨损、齿轮体表面上设有镀镍防锈层,能延长齿轮的使用寿命;当齿轮磨损需要更换时,直接拆换齿轮更换即可,解决了齿轮磨损带来的修理困难,节约了成本、节约了维修时间。

如图所示:一种新型传动齿轮,包括齿轮体1,所述齿轮体1上设有外齿牙2,所述外齿牙2和外齿槽3相间隔,其特征在于:所述齿轮体1包括左半轮4、右半轮5,所述左半轮4和右半轮5上分别设有凸起6和卡槽7,所述左半轮4和右半轮5通过凸起6和卡槽7固定连接,所述齿轮体1中心位置开设内孔8,所述内孔8沿圆周均匀开设内齿槽9,所述内孔8端面设有多个油孔10,所述油孔10形成的油道11将外齿槽3与内齿槽9联通。所述油孔10上设有过滤网。所述齿轮体1表面设有镀镍层。
工作方式:使用时,将齿轮的外齿槽3和内齿槽9分别和其他传动件连接,往油孔10内注入油,油经油道11流入外齿槽3和内齿槽9,润滑了与齿轮相对运动的其他传动件,减少了发热和磨损。当齿轮磨损需要更换时,直接将左半轮4和右半轮5的凸起6和卡槽7拆开,解决了齿轮磨损带来的修理困难,节约了成本、节约了维修时间。
