 本发明涉及一种皮革加工设备,更确切地说,是一种皮革打孔机的打孔机头。
背景技术
皮革打孔机是一种专门用于皮革切割的加工机械,一般利用杆状的机头来对送料台上的皮革进行快速钻孔。现有的打孔机的机头采用单弹簧,刀轴复位速度较慢。
发明内容
本发明主要是解决现有技术所存在的技术问题,从而提供一种皮革打孔机的打孔机头。
本发明的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的:
一种皮革打孔机的打孔机头,所述的皮革打孔机的打孔机头包含一驱动长杆,所述的驱动长杆的底部设有一圆形的衬盘和一圆筒状的中空的减震胶筒,所述的驱动长杆包含一长杆主体,所述的长杆主体的顶部设有一对连接凸缘,所述的长杆主体上设有一第一复位弹簧,所述的长杆主体的底部设有一可拆卸的刀轴,所述的刀轴上设有一第二复位弹簧。
作为本发明较佳的实施例,所述的减震胶筒的外侧壁上设有由防滑凹纹组成的防滑凹纹阵列。
作为本发明较佳的实施例,所述的衬盘包含一圆盘状的衬盘主体,所述的衬盘主体的中央设有一中空的刀轴引导柱。
本发明的皮革打孔机的打孔机头利用第一复位弹簧和第二复位弹簧,这种双弹簧的结构达到缩短了刀轴的复位速度,提高了打孔机的打孔效率。另外,由于驱动长杆的底部设有衬盘和减震胶筒,能消除皮革打孔处的细微皱折,提高孔的圆度和精度,实用性强。

该减震胶筒4的外侧壁上设有由防滑凹纹41组成的防滑凹纹阵列。
该衬盘3包含一圆盘状的衬盘主体31,该衬盘主体31的中央设有一中空的刀轴引导柱32。
