Abstract

一种抗冻的PVC管材的配方及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述PVC管材由以重量计的以下成分组成:聚录乙烯60-100份;增强剂2-13份;抗氧剂3-6份;抗冻剂1-4份;碳酸钙20-40份;石蜡4-8份。所述抗氧剂为B561,所述抗冻剂为甲醇,所述增强剂为DH-22。本发明使用了抗氧剂和抗冻剂,能够有效的保护PVC管材不会因环境的恶劣使得管材断裂。本发明使用了增强剂能够提高管材的硬度。且本发明配方简单,从而节约了企业的成本。

一种抗冻的PVC管材的配方及其制备方法
技术领域:
本发明涉及一种PVC管材,特别是涉及到一种抗冻的PVC管材的配方及其制备方法。
背景技术:
当前,随着科技的发展,PVC材料也随着广泛应用于众多领域,如排水管道,门窗型材等等,因其材质轻、阻燃及耐酸碱性好、价格低廉、安装方便等优质特点,目前己逐渐取代金属管道。但在冬天寒冷的情况下,PVC管材会因环境的变化而发生断裂,从而影响管材的使用。
发明内容:
本发明要解决的技术问题是:提供一种抗冻的PVC管材的配方及其制备方法,使得PVC管材不会因天气的寒冷干燥放生断裂。
本发明的目的是这样实现的,一种抗冻的PVC管材的配方及其制备方法,其特征在于:为解决上述技术问题,本发明一种抗冻的PVC管材的配方及其制备方法,通过以下步骤予以实现:
所述PVC管材由以重量计的以下成分组成:聚氯乙烯60-100份;增强剂2-13份;抗氧剂3-6份;抗冻剂1-4份;碳酸钙20-40份;石蜡4-8份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,该PVC管材配方组成配比包括:
聚氯乙烯70份;增强剂6份;抗氧剂5份;抗冻剂3份;碳酸钙30份;石蜡7份。
上述的PVC管材配方,所述抗氧剂为B561。
上述的PVC管材配方,所述抗冻剂为甲醇。
上述的PVC管材配方,所述增强剂为DH-22。
本发明还公开了一种抗冻的PVC管材的配方及其制备方法,该方法包括如下步骤:
(1)按重量份数将各组份投入高速混合机中初混5-8min,混合搅拌均匀,在双螺杆挤出机中将经过初混的物料挤出造粒。
(2)烘干,将挤出机制得的颗粒烘干,烘干温度为160-180℃.
(3)将已烘干的混合料投入到管材挤出机中,再通过单螺杆挤出机挤出管材,所述单螺杆挤出机机筒的温度为150-180℃,模具的温度为160-190℃,模口温度为160-175℃。
有益效果:
本发明使用了抗氧剂和抗冻剂,能够有效的保护PVC管材不会因环境的恶劣使得管材断裂。本发明使用了增强剂能够提高管材的硬度。且本发明配方简单,制备方法简单,容易操作,节约了企业的成本。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1
一种抗冻的PVC管材的配方及其制备方法,制备步骤如下:
将以下各原料组合按质量份数配比混合,聚氯乙烯70份;增强剂6份;抗氧剂5份;抗冻剂3份;碳酸钙30份;石蜡7份。上述的PVC管材配方,所述抗氧剂为B561。上述的PVC管材配方,所述抗冻剂为甲醇。上述的PVC管材配方,所述增强剂为DH-22。按质量份数将各组份投入高速混合机中初混5-8min,混合搅拌均匀,在双螺杆挤出机中将经过初混的物料挤出造粒。烘干,将挤出机制得的颗粒烘干,烘干温度为160-180℃。将已烘干的混合料投入到管材挤出机中,再通过单螺杆挤出机挤出管材,所述单螺杆挤出机机筒的温度为150-180℃,模具的温度为160-190℃,模口温度为160-175℃。
实施例2
一种抗冻的PVC管材的配方及其制备方法,制备步骤如下:

1.一种抗冻的PVC管材的配方及其制备方法,其特征在于所述PVC管材由以重量计的以下成分组成:聚录乙烯60-100份;增强剂2-13份;抗氧剂3-6份;抗冻剂1-4份;碳酸钙20-40份;石蜡4-8份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗冻的PVC管材的配方及其制备方法,其特征在于所述PVC管材由以重量计的以下成分组成:聚氯乙烯70份;增强剂6份;抗氧剂5份;抗冻剂3份;碳酸钙30份;石蜡7份。
3.一种抗冻的PVC管材的配方及其制备方法,其特征在于上述的PVC管材配方,所述抗氧剂为B561。
4.一种抗冻的PVC管材的配方及其制备方法,其特征在于上述的PVC管材配方,所述抗冻剂为甲醇。
5.一种抗冻的PVC管材的配方及其制备方法,其特征在于上述的PVC管材配方,所述增强剂为DH-22。
6.一种抗冻的PVC管材的配方及其制备方法,其特征在于,该方法包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份数将各组份投入高速混合机中初混5-8min,混合搅拌均匀,在双螺杆挤出机中将经过初混的物料挤出造粒;
(2)烘干,将挤出机制得的颗粒烘干,烘干温度为160-180℃;
(3)将已烘干的混合料投入到管材挤出机中,再通过单螺杆挤出机挤出管材,所述单螺杆挤出机机筒的温度为150-180℃,模具的温度为160-190℃,模口温度为160-175℃。
