本发明公开了一种低硬度聚氨酯弹性体材料,由如下原料制成:1-3份羟丙基甲基纤维素,2份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,45份二乙二醇二苯甲酸酯,2份三羟甲基丙烷,180份聚酯多元醇,0.2份辛酸亚锡,8份三异丙醇胺,7份邻苯二甲酸二丁酯,31份邻苯二甲酸丁苄酯,18份二丙二醇二苯甲酸酯,3份甘油,68份甲苯二异氰酸酯,0.4份二辛酸二丁锡,11份邻苯二甲酸二辛酯,5份三乙醇胺,0.3份异辛酸铋,40份填料,0.1份羧酸铋,23份邻苯二甲酸二甲氧基乙酯,13份邻苯二甲酸二乙酯,7份二乙醇胺,2份机硅消泡剂,0.5份二月桂酸二丁锡,4份三羟甲基乙烷。本发明低硬度聚氨酯弹性体材料,其具有较好的力学性能、良好的耐溶剂性能以及切削加工性。

技术领域
本发明涉及低硬度聚氨酯弹性体材料。
背景技术
现有聚氨酯弹性体材料,其力学性能、耐溶剂性能以及切削加工性都不是很理想。 
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种低硬度聚氨酯弹性体材料,其具有较好的力学性能、良好的耐溶剂性能以及切削加工性。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种低硬度聚氨酯弹性体材料,由如下原料制成:
1-3质量份羟丙基甲基纤维素,2质量份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,45质量份二乙二醇二苯甲酸酯,2质量份三羟甲基丙烷,180质量份聚酯多元醇,0.2质量份辛酸亚锡,8质量份三异丙醇胺,7质量份邻苯二甲酸二丁酯,31质量份邻苯二甲酸丁苄酯,18质量份二丙二醇二苯甲酸酯,3质量份甘油,68质量份甲苯二异氰酸酯,0.4质量份二辛酸二丁锡,11质量份邻苯二甲酸二辛酯,5质量份三乙醇胺,0.3质量份异辛酸铋,40质量份填料,0.1质量份羧酸铋,23质量份邻苯二甲酸二甲氧基乙酯,13质量份邻苯二甲酸二乙酯,7质量份二乙醇胺,2质量份机硅消泡剂,0.5质量份二月桂酸二丁锡,4质量份三羟甲基乙烷。 
本发明的优点和有益效果在于:提供一种低硬度聚氨酯弹性体材料,其具有较好的力学性能、良好的耐溶剂性能以及切削加工性。

一种低硬度聚氨酯弹性体材料,由如下原料制成:
1质量份羟丙基甲基纤维素,2质量份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,45质量份二乙二醇二苯甲酸酯,2质量份三羟甲基丙烷,180质量份聚酯多元醇,0.2质量份辛酸亚锡,8质量份三异丙醇胺,7质量份邻苯二甲酸二丁酯,31质量份邻苯二甲酸丁苄酯,18质量份二丙二醇二苯甲酸酯,3质量份甘油,68质量份甲苯二异氰酸酯,0.4质量份二辛酸二丁锡,11质量份邻苯二甲酸二辛酯,5质量份三乙醇胺,0.3质量份异辛酸铋,40质量份填料,0.1质量份羧酸铋,23质量份邻苯二甲酸二甲氧基乙酯,13质量份邻苯二甲酸二乙酯,7质量份二乙醇胺,2质量份机硅消泡剂,0.5质量份二月桂酸二丁锡,4质量份三羟甲基乙烷。
