The control module of the electric control light adjusting film unit in the screen controller comprises a control signal input interface module, a control signal processing module and a transparency driving signal output module of the electric control light adjusting film unit. The following examples are transparent liquid crystal display screens with adjustable transparency made according to the present invention. The present disclosure is not limited to the specific designs and application scenarios set forth in the examples.
The structure of the embodiment is schematically shown in figure 1. In fig. 1, the display device comprises a transparent liquid crystal display screen 1, an electrically controlled dimming film unit 2 and a screen controller 3.
The transparent liquid crystal display 1 receives the image signal sent by the screen controller 3 to display the image. The user can see the show article behind the screen through transparent liquid crystal display when transparent liquid crystal display shows the image.
The electric control light adjusting film unit 2 is clung to the rear part of the transparent liquid crystal display screen 1. The electric control light modulation film unit 2 is formed by splicing a left electric control light modulation film and a right electric control light modulation film. In this embodiment, the image input interface module 11 of the transparent lcd control module 1 is a VGA image interface module, the image signal processing module 12 is a RTD2120L + RTD2025L microprocessor module, and the display driving signal output module 13 is an LVDS lcd interface module. The power module 2 is a 12V direct current power supply and supplies power to the transparent liquid crystal display screen control module 1 and the electric control dimming film unit control module 3 in the screen controller. The control signal input interface module 31 of the electric control light adjusting film unit control module 3 is a USB interface module, the control signal processing module 32 is an Atmega328 microprocessor chip module, and the electric control light adjusting film unit transparency driving signal output module 33 is a PWM signal modulation and boosting module.
In this embodiment, the PC outputs an image signal to the image input interface module 11 through the VGA port, the image signal converts the input image signal into an LVDS signal through the image signal processing module 12, the LVDS signal outputs a driving signal to the transparent liquid crystal display through the display screen driving signal output module 13, and finally, the picture is displayed on the transparent liquid crystal display.
In this embodiment, the PC outputs the control signal of the electronic control dimming film unit to the control signal input interface module 31 through the USB port, the control signal is converted into a PWM signal with a corresponding duty ratio through the control signal processing module 32, the PWM signal modulates the 12V dc power supply signal through the transparency driving signal output module 33 of the electronic control dimming film unit, the modulated power supply signal is boosted to 65V to form the driving signal of the electronic control dimming film unit, and the electronic control dimming film unit is driven to exhibit different opacities.
Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of the working state of the present embodiment. In this embodiment, the user can simultaneously cooperate to send two signals to the screen controller 3 through the PC, so that the transparent lcd screen with adjustable transparency can show a state that not only can ensure an excellent image display effect, but also can interactively show the rear space of the display screen. In the schematic diagram 3, the transparent liquid crystal display panel 1 and the electronically controlled dimming film unit 2 of the present embodiment are separately illustrated for clearly illustrating the light propagation path, but in the practical design of the embodiment, the electronically controlled dimming film unit 2 is closely attached to the rear portion of the transparent liquid crystal display panel 1. Fig. 3-1 shows the embodiment operating in an opaque state, fig. 3-2 shows the embodiment operating in a fully transparent state, and fig. 3-3 shows the embodiment operating in a partially transparent state.
When the present embodiment operates in the opaque state, the operation state is as shown in sub-fig. 3-1. When the embodiment works in the full transparent state, the working state is as shown in sub-figure 3-2. At this time, the left and right electrically controlled dimming films in the electrically controlled dimming film unit 322 are all in a fully transparent state.
