背景技术
目前的太阳灶结构相对复杂,尤其是调整收光部分一般采用丝杆或“花兰螺丝”,成本相对较高,对于目前采用组合灶面的太阳灶可以采用一种结构更为简单的调整收光装置来降低成本、简化结构。
发明内容
为了克服现有简易经济型钢板聚光式太阳灶的不足,简化结构,本发明提供一种结构更为简单的简易经济型钢板聚光式太阳灶。
本发明解决其技术问题的技术方案是:
一种简易经济型钢板聚光式太阳灶,它包含组合灶面和底座,其特征是:设置一个T型底座、在T型底座的中心位置垂直设置立轴,在立轴上设置立杆,在立杆上水平设置平轴,立杆下部设置固定桩;在组合灶面下部的对称位置设置两个平托,在平托)上焊接两个U型槽,将组合灶面通过平托上的两个U型槽活动放置在平轴上,在垂直于平轴的二块组合灶面的中间弹性地夹入一根弧形调整杆,且调整杆下端与立杆上的固定桩通过调整杆螺钉活动连接。
前述的简易经济型钢板聚光式太阳灶,其特征是:两个U型槽设置在两个平托的中间,两个U形槽(5)放入平轴中。
前述的简易经济型钢板聚光式太阳灶,其特征是:调整杆是一根弧形的扁条铁,弧形向内弯曲,与两块组合灶面保持弹性接触。

具体实施方式
在图1、图2、图3中,设置一个T型底座8、在T型底座8的中心位置垂直设置立轴9,在立轴9上设置立杆12,在立杆12上水平设置平轴11,立杆12下部设置固定桩6;在组合灶面1下部的对称位置设置两个平托13,在平托13上焊接两个U型槽5,将组合灶面1通过平托13上的两个U型槽5活动放置在平轴11上,在垂直于平轴的二块组合灶面1的中间弹性地夹入一根弧形调整杆4,且调整杆4下端与立杆12上的固定桩6通过调整杆螺钉7活动连接。
两个U型槽5设置在两个平托13的中间,两个U形槽5放入平轴11中。
调整杆4是一根弧形的扁条铁,弧形向内弯曲,与两块组合灶面1保持弹性接触。

1.一种简易经济型钢板聚光式太阳灶,它包含组合灶面(1)和底座,其特征是:设置一个T型底座(8)、在T型底座(8)的中心位置垂直设置立轴(9),在立轴(9)上设置立杆(12),在立杆(12)上水平设置平轴(11),立杆(12)下部设置固定桩(6);在组合灶面(1)下部的对称位置设置两个平托(13),在平托(13)上焊接两个U型槽(5),将组合灶面(1)通过平托(13)上的两个U型槽(5)活动放置在平轴(11)上,在垂直于平轴的二块组合灶面(1)的中间弹性地夹入一根弧形调整杆(4),且调整杆(4)下端与立杆(12)上的固定桩(6)通过调整杆螺钉(7)活动连接。
