Abstract

本发明公开了一种低压爆破用结构膜片,采用“工”字型刻槽结构,膜片爆破后沿“工”字刻痕裂开,左右两边各有无刻痕段用于连接,爆破后膜片完全贴合在夹持器内壁上,不会飞出或掉落,且满足常温爆破压差值为0.20MPa~0.27MPaMPa,解决了传统单铰式刻痕膜片所不能达到的低压爆破且爆破后易被吹落的问题,提高了火箭发射安全性和可靠性。

一种低压爆破用结构膜片
技术领域
本发明涉及一种结构膜片,尤其涉及一种低压爆破用结构膜片,用于保险活门的隔离和防泄漏。
背景技术
膜片安装于保险活门出口,该膜片采用低压爆破,爆破后膜片贴合在组件内壁上,不得飞出或掉落,用于火箭加注推进剂后的贮存期间隔绝保险活门与外部空气,并防止保险活门发生泄漏。传统的单铰式刻痕膜片为外径104mm、厚度0.5mm的圆片,材料为铝1035,在膜片上刻痕,由刻痕深度保证使用要求,即爆破压差0.20MPa~0.27MPaMPa,爆破压差偏大,并且膜片破裂后挂连部位连接强度低,打开后在飞行中受力可能产生扭转甚至翻转回来堵塞安溢活门排气通道,可靠性不高。
发明内容
本发明解决的技术问题是:克服现有技术的不足,提供一种低压爆破用结构膜片,解决了火箭中保险活门出口膜片的低压爆破且爆破后易被吹落问题,提高了火箭发射安全性和可靠性。
本发明的技术解决方案是:一种低压爆破用结构膜片,在圆形膜片上半部和下半部外圆周位置各开有一个扇形刻痕,上扇形刻痕、下扇形刻痕相对膜片水平轴对称,在膜片垂直轴方向开有与上扇形刻痕、下扇形刻痕相连通的直线刻痕;所述上扇形刻痕、下扇形刻痕的扇形夹角为140-150°,上扇形刻痕、下扇形刻痕和直线刻痕形成“工”字型。
所述上扇形刻痕、下扇形刻痕和直线刻痕的深度和通径根据爆破试验确定。
所述直线刻痕的形状为开口30°的倒三角,深度为0.4mm,上扇形刻痕、下扇形刻痕的形状为开口30°的倒三角,其中上扇形刻痕和下扇形刻痕中间位置A处的深度为0.4mm,端点B和端点C的深度为0.35mm,且刻痕深度从中间位置A点向端点B和端点C缓慢过渡。
本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:本发明采用“工”字型刻槽结构,膜片爆破后沿“工”字刻痕裂开,左右两边各有无刻痕段用于连接,爆破后膜片完全贴合在夹持器内壁上,不会飞出或掉落,且满足常温爆破压差值为0.20MPa~0.27MPaMPa,解决了传统单铰式刻痕膜片所不能达到的低压爆破且爆破后易被吹落的问题,提高了火箭发射安全性和可靠性。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明做进一步详细的说明:
如图1所示,本发明设计的结构膜片为:在圆形膜片上半部和下半部外圆周位置各开有一个扇形刻痕,上扇形刻痕1、下扇形刻痕2相对膜片水平轴4对称,在膜片垂直轴5方向开有与上扇形刻痕1、下扇形刻痕2相连通的直线刻痕3,上扇形刻痕1、下扇形刻痕2和直线刻痕3形成“工”字型;所述上扇形刻痕1、下扇形刻痕2的扇形夹角为140-150°。
通过仿真试验给出膜片“工”字结构刻槽的通径和深度,以及用于连接的左右两边无刻痕段的尺寸;刻槽完成后,对膜片进行爆破试验,若爆破压力不满足要求,重新设计“工”字结构刻槽的宽度和深度,以及用于连接的左右两边无刻痕段的尺寸,直到爆破压差满足要求为止,最终确定出上扇形刻痕1、下扇形刻痕2和直线刻痕3的深度和通径。
实施例:本发明设计的膜片尺寸为常温爆破压差值为外径104mm、厚度0.5mm的圆片,材料为铝1035,如图2所示,直线刻痕3的形状为开口30°的倒三角,深度为0.4mm,上扇形刻痕1、下扇形刻痕2的形状为开口30°的倒三角,其中上扇形刻痕1和下扇形刻痕2中间位置A处的深度为0.4mm,端点B和端点C的深度为0.35mm,且刻痕深度从中间位置A点向端点B和端点C缓慢过渡。上扇形刻痕1和下扇形刻痕2刻痕外径为72mm;本发明设计的低压爆破用结构膜片,在0.20MPa~0.27MPaMPa爆破时膜片沿“工”字刻痕裂开,爆破后膜片完全贴合在夹持器内壁上,并无飞出或掉落;解决了火箭中保险活门出口膜片的低压爆破且爆破后被吹落问题,从而提高了火箭发射的安全性和可靠性。
本发明未详细描述内容为本领域技术人员公知技术。

1.一种低压爆破用结构膜片,其特征在于:在圆形膜片上半部和下半部外圆周位置各开有一个扇形刻痕,上扇形刻痕(1)、下扇形刻痕(2)相对膜片水平轴(4)对称,在膜片垂直轴(5)方向开有与上扇形刻痕(1)、下扇形刻痕(2)相连通的直线刻痕(3),上扇形刻痕(1)、下扇形刻痕(2)和直线刻痕(3)形成“工”字型;所述上扇形刻痕(1)、下扇形刻痕(2)的扇形夹角为140-150°。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种低压爆破用结构膜片,其特征在于:所述上扇形刻痕(1)、下扇形刻痕(2)和直线刻痕(3)的深度和宽度根据爆破试验确定。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种低压爆破用结构膜片,其特征在于:所述直线刻痕(3)的形状为开口30°的倒三角,深度为0.4mm,上扇形刻痕(1)、下扇形刻痕(2)的形状为开口30°的倒三角,其中上扇形刻痕(1)和下扇形刻痕(2)中间位置A处的深度为0.4mm,端点B和端点C的深度为0.35mm,且刻痕深度从中间位置A点向端点B和端点C缓慢过渡。
