Abstract

本发明是一种水幕式汽车尾气净化器，包括外壳体，在所述外壳体内部沿轴心线上设置有水幕喷管，所述水幕喷管一端连通水管，所述水管穿过所述外壳体的侧壁连通高压水源，在所述外壳体的底壁上设置有排水管。采用本发明技术方案，可以在汽车尾气排放处形成水幕，有效的将汽车尾气中的固体颗粒和一些溶于水的气体溶进水中，再通过排水管排出，并且结构简单，成本低廉。

技术领域
本发明涉及环保领域，具体涉及一种水幕式汽车尾气净化器。 
背景技术
目前，我国大气雾霾范围和持续时间越来越大和越来越长，严重影响人们的健康、出行等正常生活安排，其中汽车尾气中含有的固体颗粒，比较典型的是PM2.5，它是雾霾形成的主因之一，如果能在尾气中固体颗粒排放到大气前将其溶进水中，则汽车尾气对大气的污染将大大降低，而本水幕净化器能将固体颗粒溶进水中。 
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的问题，提供一种水幕式汽车尾气净化器。 
为实现上述技术目的，达到上述技术效果，本发明通过以下技术方案实现： 
一种水幕式汽车尾气净化器，包括外壳体，在所述外壳体内部沿轴心线上设置有水幕喷管，所述水幕喷管一端连通水管，所述水管穿过所述外壳体的侧壁连通高压水源，在所述外壳体的底壁上设置有排水管。
优选的，在所述水幕喷管上均匀布置有多排喷射孔，在所述水管上设置有控制阀门。 
本发明的有益效果是: 
采用本发明技术方案，可以在汽车尾气排放处形成水幕，有效的将汽车尾气中的固体颗粒和一些溶于水的气体溶进水中，再通过排水管排出，并且结构简单，成本低廉。

具体实施方式
下面将参考附图并结合实施例，来详细说明本发明。 
参照图1和图2所示，一种水幕式汽车尾气净化器，包括外壳体1，在所述外壳体1内部沿轴心线上设置有水幕喷管2，所述水幕喷管2一端连通水管3，所述水管3穿过所述外壳体1的侧壁连通高压水源4，在所述外壳体1的底壁上设置有排水管5。 
优选的，在所述水幕喷管2上均匀布置有多排喷射孔21，在所述水管3上设置有控制阀门31。 
本发明的原理： 
本净化器工作时，控制阀门31打开，高压水源4中的水流通过水管3进入水幕喷管2中，水流在通过喷射孔21喷射出来，在汽车尾气排放处形成水幕，有效的将汽车尾气中的固体颗粒和一些溶于水的气体溶进水中，再通过排水管5排出，控制阀门31可以调节流量，从而使水幕规模可控。

1.一种水幕式汽车尾气净化器，包括外壳体（1），其特征在于，在所述外壳体（1）内部沿轴心线上设置有水幕喷管（2），所述水幕喷管（2）一端连通水管（3），所述水管（3）穿过所述外壳体（1）的侧壁连通高压水源（4），在所述外壳体（1）的底壁上设置有排水管（5）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水幕式汽车尾气净化器，其特征在于，在所述水幕喷管（2）上均匀布置有多排喷射孔（21），在所述水管（3）上设置有控制阀门（31）。
