 本发明涉及一种纺织设备，更确切地说，是一种梳棉机的给棉罗拉定位装置。
背景技术
梳棉机的工作原理是将前道工序送来的棉(纤维)卷或由棉箱供给的油棉(化纤)层进行开松分梳和除杂，使所有呈卷曲块状的棉圈成为基本伸直的单纤维状，并在此过程中，除掉清花工序遗留下来的破籽、杂质和短绒，然后集成一定规格棉条、储存于棉筒内，供并条工序使用。现有的梳棉机通过给棉罗拉来进行自动给棉，这个给棉罗拉的设置角度无法调节，使用者为了达到给棉罗拉的高度，只能在给棉板上增加垫板，十分麻烦。
发明内容
本发明主要是解决现有技术所存在的技术问题，从而提供一种梳棉机的给棉罗拉定位装置。
本发明的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的：
一种梳棉机的给棉罗拉定位装置，所述的梳棉机的给棉罗拉定位装置包含一腰形的定位条板，所述的定位条板的底部设有一驱动圆筒，定位条板的顶部设有一连接圆筒，所述的连接圆筒上设有一罗拉固定轴，所述的定位条板的中部设有一弧形的调节弧槽，所述的调节弧槽的底部设有一对定位槽口。
作为本发明较佳的实施例，所述的定位槽口呈半圆形。
本发明的梳棉机的给棉罗拉定位装置利用定位条板的中部的弧形的调节弧槽，使用者可以轻松调节整个给棉罗拉的倾斜角度，再利用两个定位槽口中的一个进行定位，因此，可以实现双向定位，大大方便了给棉作业。该梳棉机的给棉罗拉定位装置结构简单，调节方便，实用性强。

如图1至图2所示，本发明的梳棉机的给棉罗拉定位装置1包含一腰形的定位条板2，该定位条板2的底部设有一驱动圆筒5，定位条板2的顶部设有一连接圆筒3，该连接圆筒3上设有一罗拉固定轴4，该定位条板2的中部设有一弧形的调节弧槽6，该调节弧槽6的底部设有一对定位槽口7。
定位槽口7呈半圆形。
