本发明公开了一种电解槽用隔膜,包含隔膜本体;所述隔膜本体由石棉制成;所述隔膜本体的两侧分别设置有金属过滤网;所述金属过滤网的每平方英寸的网孔不少于500目;本发明所述的电解槽用隔膜,由于在隔膜本体的左右两侧均设置有金属过滤网,所述金属过滤网的每平方英寸的网孔不少于500目;这种结构可以保证电解用的阴离子\阳离子的透过率,同时也能防止钙、镁离子的通过,而且还增强隔膜的强度。

一种电解槽用隔膜
技术领域
本发明涉及一种电解槽的部件,特别涉及一种强度强、性能稳定的电解槽用隔膜。 
背景技术
为防止阴、阳两极产物混合,避免可能发生的有害反应,在电解槽中,基本上都是采用隔膜将阳极室和阴极室隔开。当电解槽用来电解水时,阳极室和阴极室的电解液相同,电解槽的隔膜只需将阳极室和阴极室隔开,以保证氢、氧纯度,并防止氢氧混合发生爆炸。更多时候,电解槽中阳极室和阴极室中的电解液组成各不相同,这时隔膜还需要阻止阳极室和阴极室电解液中电解产物的相互扩散和作用。现有的隔膜是由石棉制成,这种隔膜性能不稳定,当盐水中含有钙、镁杂质时,容易在隔膜中生成氢氧化物沉淀,降低电解用的阴离子\阳离子的透过率。
发明内容
针对上述存在的技术问题,本发明的目的是:提出了一种强度强、性能稳定的电解槽用隔膜。 
本发明的技术解决方案是这样实现的:一种电解槽用隔膜,包含隔膜本体;所述隔膜本体由石棉制成;所述隔膜本体的两侧分别设置有金属过滤网。  
优选的,所述金属过滤网的每平方英寸的网孔不少于500目。
由于上述技术方案的运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:
本发明所述的电解槽用隔膜,由于在隔膜本体的左右两侧均设置有金属过滤网,所述金属过滤网的每平方英寸的网孔不少于500目;这种结构可以保证电解用的阴离子\阳离子的透过率,同时也能防止钙、镁离子的通过,而且还增强隔膜的强度。
