本发明公开一种有利于降低石油烃污染的土壤培养基,该土壤培养基的组分及其重量份为:粘土30-40份,蒙脱石10-15份,有机质50-70份,海藻糖脂2-4份,缓释肥3-5份,团粒剂0.5-0.8份,冷蒿种子2-3份,百脉根种子2-3份。本发明的土壤培养基可以降低石油烃污染对植物生长的影响。

一种有利于降低石油烃污染的土壤培养基
    技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于土壤改良的土壤培养基,尤其是一种专门用于石油烃污染的植物生长土壤培养基。
技术背景       
石油是由上千种化学性质不同的物质组成的复杂混合物,石油的开采、冶炼、使用和运输过程的污染和遗漏事故,以及含油废水的排放、污水灌溉,各种石油制品的挥发、不完全燃烧物飘落等引起一系列土壤石油污染问题。特别是石油开采过程产生的落地原油,已成为土壤矿物油污染的重要来源。许多研究表明,石油烃类进入动物体内后,对哺乳类动物及人类有致癌、致畸、致突变的作用。土壤的严重污染会导致石油烃的某些成分在粮食中积累,影响粮食的品质,并通过食物链,危害人类健康。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对石油烃污染的土壤,提供一种原料来源广泛、成本低廉、可变废为宝的人工土壤培养基。
为实现以上目的,本发明的一种有利于降低石油烃污染的土壤培养基,其组分及其重量份为:粘土30-40份,蒙脱石10-15份,有机质50-70份,海藻糖脂2-4份,缓释肥3-5份,团粒剂0.5-0.8份,冷蒿种子2-3份,百脉根种子2-3份。
所述有机质为动物性脂肪及动物粪便。
所述缓释肥为专用复合肥和过磷酸钙,所述专用复合肥和过磷酸钙体积比为1:1,所述专用复合肥为含有氮、磷、钾养分的肥料,其中氮、磷、钾的重量比为1.5:1:1。
本发明产生的有益效果为,本发明的土壤培养基可以降低石油烃污染对植物生长的影响,具有更强的耐有机污染、耐盐碱、耐瘠薄能力和养分获取能力;培养基呈弱酸性状态,适于栖息各种微生物,能抑制病原菌的繁殖,其中冷蒿及百脉根是具有超量吸收和累积石油烃的能力的植物,使用海藻糖脂能够进一步增强冷蒿对土壤的修复。

实施例1:
一种有利于降低石油烃污染的土壤培养基,其组分及其重量份为:粘土30份,蒙脱石15份,动物性脂肪30份,动物粪便30份,海藻糖脂2份,专用复合肥1份,过磷酸钙2份,团粒剂0.5份,冷蒿种子2份,百脉根种子2份。所述专用复合肥为含有氮、磷、钾养分的肥料,其中氮、磷、钾的重量比为1.5:1:1。该土壤培养基的有效持水量(体积)75%,有机质含量94g/kg,pH值5.7,电导率1.84ms/cm,土壤中石油烃的降解率为84%。
实施例2:
一种有利于降低石油烃污染的土壤培养基,其组分及其重量份为:粘土30份,蒙脱石15份,动物性脂肪20份,动物粪便30份,海藻糖脂3份,专用复合肥2份,过磷酸钙2份,团粒剂0.6份,冷蒿种子3份,百脉根种子3份。所述专用复合肥为含有氮、磷、钾养分的肥料,其中氮、磷、钾的重量比为1.5:1:1。该土壤培养基的有效持水量(体积)80%,有机质含量90g/kg,pH值5.72,电导率1.88ms/cm,土壤中石油烃的降解率为85%。
实施例3:
一种有利于降低石油烃污染的土壤培养基,其组分及其重量份为:粘土40份,蒙脱石10份,动物性脂肪30份,动物粪便40份,海藻糖脂4份,专用复合肥2份,过磷酸钙3份,团粒剂0.8份,冷蒿种子2份,百脉根种子3份。所述专用复合肥为含有氮、磷、钾养分的肥料,其中氮、磷、钾的重量比为1.5:1:1。该土壤培养基的有效持水量(体积)80%,有机质含量85g/kg,pH值5.75,电导率1.92ms/cm,土壤中石油烃的降解率为83%。

1.一种有利于降低石油烃污染的土壤培养基,其特征在于:其组分及其重量份为:粘土30份,蒙脱石15份,动物性脂肪30份,动物粪便30份,海藻糖脂2份,专用复合肥1份,过磷酸钙2份,团粒剂0.5份,冷蒿种子2份,百脉根种子2份;所述专用复合肥为含有氮、磷、钾养分的肥料,其中氮、磷、钾的重量比为1.5:1:1;该土壤培养基的有效持水量体积75%,有机质含量94g/kg,pH值5.7,电导率1.84ms/cm,土壤中石油烃的降解率为84%。
