本发明公开了用于塑料异型材挤出的密封式冷却水箱,它包括水箱进口板和水箱出口板,水箱进口板内固接有第一定位套,水箱出口板内固接有第二定位套,第一定位套向第二定位套延伸且其末端适配在第二定位套内,第一定位套位于第二定位套内的部分内壁开设有环形卡槽,环形卡槽内适配有密封胶条。本发明的有益效果是在水箱进出口板内固接有第一、第二定位套以及在第一定位套内设有密封胶条使得水箱与定型模组装时只需将定型模插入第一定位套内对接压紧即可实现可靠密封,保证了安装的直线度,方便快捷,提高了工作效率,同时第一定位套适配在第二定位套内的部分直径逐渐收缩形成一个弧面,利用弧面定位作用取得了更好的密封效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及冷却水箱,尤其涉及用于塑料异型材挤出的密封式冷却水箱。
背景技术
在目前挤出成型中,由于节能、高效、大产量的主机运用,使得型材的牵引速度不断提高,为使型材等到产品尺寸,挤出模具对涡流真空水箱中的真空度要求非常高。一般水箱定位装置与密封装置分开设计,互相之间没有相互的关联。在现实操作中,靠人工手动及眼观来核对定型模与水箱、水箱与水箱之间的直线度,很难保证。保证不了直线度,造成水箱与定型模之间有一定的缝隙,从而失去密封的作用;这就要求如何在定型模与水箱、水箱与水箱之间保持良好的密封效果,成为关系到水箱是否实用的关键因素之一。
这就要求一种实用、操作简单,能使定型模与水箱、水箱与水箱之间紧密贴合,不产生间隙的装置。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是现有的水箱与定型模、水箱与水箱之间组装时完全靠人眼直线定位,容易产生误差导致水箱与定型模之间存在缝隙进而失去密封的效果,为此提供一种结构简单、操作方便的密封式冷却水箱。
本发明的技术方案是:用于塑料异型材挤出的密封式冷却水箱,它包括水箱进口板和水箱出口板,所述水箱进口板内固接有第一定位套,所述水箱出口板内固接有第二定位套,所述第一定位套向第二定位套延伸且其末端适配在第二定位套内,第一定位套位于第二定位套内的部分内壁开设有环形卡槽,所述环形卡槽内适配有密封胶条。
上述方案的改进是所述第一定位套位于第二定位套内的部分直径逐渐收缩呈圆锥形。
本发明的有益效果是在水箱进出口板内固接有第一、第二定位套以及在第一定位套内设有密封胶条使得水箱与定型模组装时只需将定型模插入第一定位套内对接压紧即可实现可靠密封,保证了安装的直线度,方便快捷,提高了工作效率,同时第一定位套适配在第二定位套内的部分直径逐渐收缩形成一个弧面,利用弧面定位作用取得了更好的密封效果。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步说明。
如图1所示,本发明包括水箱进口板1和水箱出口板5,所述水箱进口板内固接有第一定位套2,所述水箱出口板内固接有第二定位套4,所述第一定位套向第二定位套延伸且其末端适配在第二定位套内,第一定位套位于第二定位套内的部分内壁开设有环形卡槽,所述环形卡槽内适配有密封胶条3。
第一定位套的外径当然要与水箱进口板的内径相适配,第二定位套的外径要与水箱出口板的内径相适配,第一定位套位于第二定位套内的部分要与第二定位套的内径相适配。
为了达到更好的密封效果,第一定位套位于第二定位套内的部分可以直径逐渐收缩使其外表面呈圆弧面,这时第二定位套套接在第一定位套外的部分当然也随之改变使其与第一定位套紧密配合。
安装时,将定型模从水箱进口板的位置插入第一定位套内直至超过密封胶条的位置,将另一个水箱从水箱出口板的位置插入第二定位套,利用外力压紧,就可实现水箱与定型模、水箱与水箱的紧密联接,保证安装的直线度和密封度。

1.用于塑料异型材挤出的密封式冷却水箱,它包括水箱进口板(1)和水箱出口板(5),其特征是所述水箱进口板内固接有第一定位套(2),所述水箱出口板内固接有第二定位套(4),所述第一定位套向第二定位套延伸且其末端适配在第二定位套内,第一定位套位于第二定位套内的部分内壁开设有环形卡槽,所述环形卡槽内适配有密封胶条(3)。
2.如权利要求1所述的用于塑料异型材挤出的密封式冷却水箱,其特征是所述第一定位套位于第二定位套内的部分直径逐渐收缩呈圆锥形。
