本发明公开了一种石膏模切割装置，所述的石膏模切割装置包含一卡合柄部和一可拆卸的切刀部，所述的卡合柄部包含一长条状的柄体，所述的柄体的头部设有一连接凸头，所述的柄体的尾部设有一用于安装所述的切刀部的刀槽，所述的刀槽的两侧分别设有一卡合长条，所述的刀槽中部设有一锁止通孔，所述的刀槽的上方设有一可拆卸的“T”形的夹片，所述的夹片的头部设有一定位突片。本发明的石膏模切割装置利用可拆卸的切刀部，使用者可以根据石膏模的厚度来选择合适深度的刀具，同时利用“T”形的夹片来调节整个切刀部的下切深度，防止在切割石膏的过程中伤到病人。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种医用工具，更确切地说，是一种石膏模切割装置。
背景技术
石膏模多用于骨折病人的康复和定位，当拆除石膏模时，需要利用刀具将石膏模去除，现有的方法一般就直接利用剪刀，容易伤到病人的皮肤。
发明内容
本发明主要是解决现有技术所存在的技术问题，从而提供一种石膏模切割装置。
本发明的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的：
一种石膏模切割装置，所述的石膏模切割装置包含一卡合柄部和一可拆卸的切刀部，所述的卡合柄部包含一长条状的柄体，所述的柄体的头部设有一连接凸头，所述的柄体的尾部设有一用于安装所述的切刀部的刀槽，所述的刀槽的两侧分别设有一卡合长条，所述的刀槽中部设有一锁止通孔，所述的刀槽的上部设有一对固定通孔，所述的刀槽的上方设有一可拆卸的“T”形的夹片，所述的夹片的头部设有一定位突片，所述的夹片的尾部设有一对定位通孔，一对定位螺钉贯穿所述的定位通孔和固定通孔，所述的切刀部的头部设有一贯穿的切刀长孔，一对调节螺钉贯穿所述的定位突片、切刀长孔和锁止通孔。
作为本发明较佳的实施例，所述的定位突片的头部设有一向上翘起的定位折弯。
本发明的石膏模切割装置利用可拆卸的切刀部，使用者可以根据石膏模的厚度来选择合适深度的刀具，同时利用“T”形的夹片来调节整个切刀部的下切深度，防止在切割石膏的过程中伤到病人。另外，利用向上翘起的定位折弯，能进一步限制下切深度，提高该切割装置的安全性。

如图1至图3所示，本发明的石膏模切割装置1包含一卡合柄部2和一可拆卸的切刀部3，该卡合柄部2包含一长条状的柄体21，该柄体21的头部设有一连接凸头20，该柄体21的尾部设有一用于安装该切刀部3的刀槽22，该刀槽22的两侧分别设有一卡合长条24，该刀槽22中部设有一锁止通孔23，该刀槽22的上部设有一对固定通孔25，该刀槽22的上方设有一可拆卸的“T”形的夹片4，该夹片4的头部设有一定位突片5，该夹片4的尾部设有一对定位通孔41，一对定位螺钉7贯穿定位通孔41和固定通孔25，该切刀部3的头部设有一贯穿的切刀长孔31，一对调节螺钉6贯穿该定位突片5、切刀长孔31和锁止通孔23。
该定位突片5的头部设有一向上翘起的定位折弯51。
不局限于此，任何不经过创造性劳动想到的变化或替换，都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此，本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求书所限定的保护范围为准。

1.一种石膏模切割装置，其特征在于，所述的石膏模切割装置（1）包含一卡合柄部（2）和一可拆卸的切刀部（3），所述的卡合柄部（2）包含一长条状的柄体（21），所述的柄体（21）的头部设有一连接凸头（20），所述的柄体（21）的尾部设有一用于安装所述的切刀部（3）的刀槽（22），所述的刀槽（22）的两侧分别设有一卡合长条（24），所述的刀槽（22）中部设有一锁止通孔（23），所述的刀槽（22）的上部设有一对固定通孔（25），所述的刀槽（22）的上方设有一可拆卸的“T”形的夹片（4），所述的夹片（4）的头部设有一定位突片（5），所述的夹片（4）的尾部设有一对定位通孔（41），一对定位螺钉（7）贯穿所述的定位通孔（41）和固定通孔（25），所述的切刀部（3）的头部设有一贯穿的切刀长孔（31），一对调节螺钉（6）贯穿所述的定位突片（5）、切刀长孔（31）和锁止通孔（23）。
