技术领域：
    本发明涉及机械设备领域，尤其涉及水泥加工装置领域，具体涉及一种水泥发泡机。
背景技术：
发泡机实际是引气机，它的本质是将空气引入发泡剂水溶液，它的技术核心就是以什么样最佳的方式把空气引入水溶液。发泡机本身是不可能凭空产出泡沫来的，它是将空气引入发泡剂水溶液中均匀分散，实现液气尽可能大的接触界面，以使发泡剂中的表面活性物在液膜表面形成双电层并包围空气，形成一个个气泡。
现有的发泡机在发泡时，往往都达不到使用的效果，其发泡率差，导致物料质量差，达不到使用的要求，而且浪费大量的时间，增加了成本。
发明内容：
本发明的目的是提供一种水泥发泡机，它的发泡率高，效果好，能达到使用要求，节省大量的时间，增加成本。
为了解决背景技术所存在的问题，本发明是采用如下技术方案：它包含料仓1、混合装置2、水泵3、气泵4、阀门7、搅拌装置8，它包含气泡发生装置9、隔离板10、检测装置11，料仓1的上侧安装有搅拌装置8，料仓1左侧上部设置有进料口5，料仓1左侧下部设置有出料口6，出料口6上安装有阀门7，水泵3的一端与料仓1的下侧连接，水泵3的另一端与混合装置2的底部连接，气泵4与混合装置2的底部连接，料仓1内侧底部设置有气泡发生装置9，气泡发生装置9上设置有隔离板10，检测装置11安装在料仓1内部的上端。
所述的隔离板10上均匀的设置有数个气泡发生孔10-1。
本发明通过混合装置2将发泡剂导入料仓1内，通过搅拌装置8搅拌，气泡发生装置9配合隔离板10上气泡发生孔10-1进行发泡，使得物料发泡效果好，能达到使用要求。
本发明的发泡率高，效果好，能达到使用要求，节省大量的时间，增加成本。

具体实施方式：
参看图1-图2，本具体实施方式采用如下技术方案：它包含料仓1、混合装置2、水泵3、气泵4、阀门7、搅拌装置8，它包含气泡发生装置9、隔离板10、检测装置11，料仓1的上侧安装有搅拌装置8，料仓1左侧上部设置有进料口5，料仓1左侧下部设置有出料口6，出料口6上安装有阀门7，水泵3的一端与料仓1的下侧连接，水泵3的另一端与混合装置2的底部连接，气泵4与混合装置2的底部连接，料仓1内侧底部设置有气泡发生装置9，气泡发生装置9上设置有隔离板10，检测装置11安装在料仓1内部的上端。
所述的隔离板10上均匀的设置有数个气泡发生孔10-1。
本具体实施方式通过混合装置2将发泡剂导入料仓1内，通过搅拌装置8搅拌，气泡发生装置9配合隔离板10上气泡发生孔10-1进行发泡，使得物料发泡效果好，能达到使用要求。
本具体实施方式的发泡率高，效果好，能达到使用要求，节省大量的时间，增加成本。

1.水泥发泡机，它包含料仓(1)、混合装置(2)、水泵(3)、气泵(4)、阀门(7)、搅拌装置(8)，其特征在于它包含气泡发生装置(9)、隔离板(10)、检测装置(11)，料仓(1)的上侧安装有搅拌装置(8)，料仓(1)左侧上部设置有进料口(5)，料仓(1)左侧下部设置有出料口(6)，出料口(6)上安装有阀门(7)，水泵(3)的一端与料仓(1)的下侧连接，水泵(3)的另一端与混合装置(2)的底部连接，气泵(4)与混合装置(2)的底部连接，料仓(1)内侧底部设置有气泡发生装置(9)，气泡发生装置(9)上设置有隔离板(10)，检测装置(11)安装在料仓(1)内部的上端。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水泥发泡机，其特征在于所述的隔离板(10)上均匀的设置有数个气泡发生孔(10-1)。
