本发明涉及一种热轧开坯辊自保护耐磨药芯焊丝,所述药芯焊丝由低碳钢外皮和药芯组成,其特征在于:占药芯焊丝总质量的百分比计,所述药芯焊丝中各成分含量如下:C:0.2~0.3%;Si:1.1~1.3%;Mn:1.5~1.8%;Cr:6~7%;Mo:1.4~1.6%;V:0.5~1%;W:1.2~2%;CaF2:5~6%;TiO2:4~5%;CaCO3:0.45~0.6%;SiO2:0.4~0.6%;其余为铁。优点是:本发明的药芯焊丝能保证堆焊合金的硬度在HRC55以上。

技术领域
本专利属于焊接材料B23k35技术领域,特别是涉及一种热轧开坯辊自保护耐磨药芯焊丝。
背景技术
热轧是将厚的钢坯加热到1000-1250摄氏度按一定形状进行开坯,开坯所需的轧辊就叫做热轧开坯辊。最常的见的热轧是以板坯(主要为连铸坯)为原料,经过带钢开坯辊将板坯轧制成厚度约为30-60mm的中间坯,再由下一步精轧需要的尺寸。型钢轧辊的热轧开坯辊通常由几个不同形状的孔型组成,以实现可逆轧制。由于轧制温度很高,需要对轧辊进行水冷,因此要求热轧辊具有足够的热强性,耐磨、耐冷热冲击能力。市场上现有的热轧开坯辊修复堆焊焊丝均为埋弧焊焊丝,需要配合焊剂使用。
发明内容
本专利为解决公知技术中存在的技术问题而提供一种热轧开坯辊自保护耐磨药芯焊丝,该药芯焊丝能保证堆焊合金的硬度在HRC55以上。
一种热轧开坯辊自保护耐磨药芯焊丝,所述药芯焊丝由低碳钢外皮和药芯组成,其特征在于:占药芯焊丝总质量的百分比计,所述药芯焊丝中各成分含量如下:
C:0.2~0.3%;Si:1.1~1.3%;Mn:1.5~1.8%;Cr:6~7%;Mo:1.4~1.6%;V:0.5~1%;W:1.2~2%;
CaF2:5~6%;TiO2:4~5%;CaCO3:0.45~0.6%;SiO2:0.4~0.6%;其余为铁。
本专利还可以采用以下技术方案:
优选的,以占药芯焊丝质量分数计,焊丝中各组分含量如下:C:0.25%;Si:1.2%;Mn:1.6%;Cr:6.5%;Mo:1.5%;V:0.5%;W:1.5%;CaF2:5.5%;TiO2:4.5%;CaCO3:0.5%;SiO2:0.5%;其余为铁。
本专利具有的优点和积极效果是:
(1)不需要使用焊剂或气体来进行保护,而使用焊丝本身自带的成分来保护焊接,满足热轧的工况,并有足够的热强性,耐磨性,耐冲击性能,以提高热轧开坯辊的使用寿命。
(2)本焊丝能确保堆焊合金的硬度在HRC55以上。;
(3)在满足上述硬度的前提下,调整焊丝药芯的保护成分,以确保不出现焊接气孔或出现的气孔尺寸和数量不影响钢材的表面质量。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明的进行详细的描述。下面的实施例是对为了使本领域的技术人员能够更好地理解本发明,但不对本发明作任何限制。
实施例1:
一种热轧开坯辊自保护耐磨药芯焊丝,以占药芯焊丝质量分数计,焊丝中各组分含量如下:C:0.25%;Si:1.2%;Mn:1.6%;Cr:6.5%;Mo:1.5%;V:0.5%;W:1.5%;CaF2:5.5%;TiO2:4.5%;CaCO3:0.5%;SiO2:0.5%;其余为铁。
焊丝直径:2.4mm,电流:320A,电压28V,母材为9Cr2Mo,焊前350℃预热,焊接厚度10mm,焊速600mm/分,焊后缓冷,并于560℃回火,堆焊合金的硬度为HRC56。
实施例2:
一种热轧开坯辊自保护耐磨药芯焊丝,以占药芯焊丝质量分数计,焊丝中各组分含量如下:C:0.2%;Si:1.3%;Mn:1.8%;Cr:6%;Mo:1.4%;V:1%;W:2%;CaF2:5%;TiO2:4%;CaCO3:0.5%;SiO2:0.5%;其余为铁。
焊丝直径:2.8mm,电流:380A,电压32V,母材为9Cr2Mo,焊前350℃预热,焊接厚度10mm,焊速600mm/分,焊后缓冷,并于560℃回火,堆焊合金的硬度为HRC58。
实施例3:
一种热轧开坯辊自保护耐磨药芯焊丝,以占药芯焊丝质量分数计,焊丝中各组分含量如下:C:0.3%;Si:1.1%;Mn:1.5%;Cr:7%;Mo:1.6%;V:0.4%;W:1.2%;CaF2:6%;TiO2:5%;CaCO3:0.45%;SiO2:0.6%;其余为铁。
焊丝直径:3.2mm,电流:420A,电压32V,母材为9Cr2Mo,焊前350℃预热,焊接厚度10mm,焊速600mm/分,焊后缓冷,并于560℃回火,堆焊合金的硬度为HRC55。

C:0.2~0.3%;Si:1.1~1.3%;Mn:1.5~1.8%;Cr:6~7%;Mo:1.4~1.6%;V:0.5~1%;W:1.2~2%;
CaF2:5~6%;TiO2:4~5%;CaCO3:0.45~0.6%;SiO2:0.4~0.6%;其余为铁。
