Abstract

Description
技术领域
本申请涉及锚钉插入件,并且更具体地涉及能够适应缝合线插入或其它锚钉偏轴插入的插入件。
背景技术
缝合锚钉提供缝合线到骨或其它身体组织的固定。它们通常用于将软组织诸如肌腱附接至骨,例如当此类软组织已经与骨脱离时。缝合锚钉呈许多形式,但是通常设置在插入工具的远端,然后随其植入骨中。通常,将锚钉推入或旋入预钻的骨孔中。理想的是,骨孔的轴线与插入工具的轴线对齐。如果插入工具的轴线定向为偏轴,则优选的是其具有一定的柔度,以允许锚钉与骨孔轴向对齐。难以提供在不断裂的情况下允许足够弯曲偏轴的柔度,尤其当工具为插管状以允许缝合线从其中穿过时。
发明内容
本发明以简单且优美的设计克服了现有技术的这些和其它限制。
根据本发明的锚钉插入件提供了锚钉向身体组织的孔中的插入。锚钉插入件包括插入末端以及具有第一轴线和远端的伸长轴。插入末端具有驱动末端,所述驱动末端从轴的远端朝远侧延伸以终止于锚钉接合接口中。锚钉接合接口和轴之间的弹性允许远离第一轴线弯曲。邻接构件从轴朝远侧延伸,并且具有邻近驱动末端的面向远侧的邻接表面,所述邻接表面邻接锚钉并允许向其传递轴向力。
优选地,邻接构件包括轴环,所述轴环从轴延伸并共轴容纳驱动末端。优选地,在轴环和驱动末端之间存在间隙,并且驱动末端和轴环除了它们与轴的连接以外没有互连。邻接构件因而可为更刚性的且坚硬的以施加轴向力,并且驱动构件可为较有弹性的,以适应驱动轴(第一轴线),所述驱动轴在锚钉被插入时离开插入末端的轴线,从而允许锚钉适当插入孔中,而无需向形成孔的组织施加过度的力。
在本发明的一个方面,锚钉接合接口包括六角扳手。优选地,工具插管从锚钉接合接口共轴延伸至少到达轴,例如容纳来自锚钉的缝合线或用于将锚钉插入在脊髓穿刺针上等。
在本发明的一个方面,驱动末端从轴朝远侧延伸的距离是轴环从轴朝远侧延伸的距离的约2倍。
在本发明的一个方面,锚钉附接到插入末端,驱动末端的锚钉接合接口被容纳在锚钉的互补的工具容纳凹槽内,并且邻接表面与锚钉的面向近侧的表面接合。此类锚钉限定插入轴线,并且驱动末端具有第一构型和第二位置,在第一构型中,第一轴线与插入轴线轴向对齐,在第二位置中,驱动末端弯曲,使得插入轴线不与第一轴线对齐。
根据本发明的方法提供了锚钉向身体组织的孔中的插入。所述方法包括以下步骤:a) 将锚钉设置在锚钉插入件上,锚钉插入件包括具有第一轴线的轴和从轴的远端朝远侧延伸的驱动末端,所述驱动末端在驱动末端的锚钉接合接口处与锚钉接合;b) 经由邻近驱动末端的邻接构件向缝合锚钉施加朝远侧引导的力,并且邻接构件从轴朝远侧延伸以邻接锚钉,所述力迫使锚钉进入孔中;和c) 在步骤b)的执行过程的至少一部分期间,在弹性部位处弯曲驱动末端,使得驱动末端远离第一轴线弯曲。
优选地,在步骤c)的执行过程中保持驱动末端的结构完整性。驱动末端可弯曲,或者可能非理想地扭结,但是不会碎成片或与轴脱离。
在本发明的一个方面,在执行步骤b)时,例如在将螺纹锚钉旋入组织中时,经由通过驱动末端施加的旋转力来旋转锚钉。
优选地,在步骤b)中施加的力为通过轴环施加,所述轴环从轴延伸并共轴容纳驱动末端。在本发明的一个方面,在执行步骤c)期间,驱动末端的被容纳在轴环内的部分相对于轴环移动。
在本发明的一个方面,缝合锚钉限定插入轴线,所述插入轴线在步骤c)之前与第一轴线对齐,并且在步骤c)期间远离第一轴线成一角度。

具体实施方式
图1示出了根据本发明的缝合锚钉10和缝合锚钉插入件12。缝合锚钉10包括伸长的圆柱形主体14,所述伸长的圆柱形主体14具有远端16、近端18、外螺纹20和贯穿其中的插管22。其中插管22的至少近端部分为六角形形状,以形成工具容纳凹槽24。缝合锚钉10仅仅是可使用缝合锚钉插入件12插入的缝合锚钉的一个例子。缝合线桥接件26跨越远端16附近的插管22,并且保持经过其附近的缝合线28。缝合锚钉10的结构是一般缝合锚钉的示例,但是本发明不限于任何特定类型的缝合锚钉,并且本领域技术人员会明白,根据本发明的缝合锚钉插入件12可与多种缝合锚钉结构一起使用。
现在还参见图2,缝合锚钉插入件12包括伸长轴30,所述伸长轴30具有近侧柄部32。在轴的远端36处的插入末端34包括伸长的驱动末端38,所述驱动末端38具有外部六角形形状,该形状能够与缝合锚钉插管22的近端部分24配合。插入件轴线39延伸穿过轴30和插入末端34。驱动末端38在近端40处附连至轴远端36,并延伸到远端42。轴环44也在其近端46附接至轴远端36,并共轴容纳驱动末端38。轴环44从轴远端36朝远侧延伸的长度为终止于自由远端48处的驱动末端38端部的长度的约一半。在轴环44和驱动末端38之间提供了环形间隙50。工具插管52延伸穿过驱动末端38、轴30和柄部32。在准备使用时,将锚钉10插入到插入末端34上,其中将驱动末端38插入缝合锚钉10的插管近端部分24中并与其配合,并且缝合线28穿过缝合锚钉插管22和工具插管52从缝合线桥接件26朝近侧延伸。轴环远端48邻接缝合锚钉近端18。
缝合锚钉插入件12的部件可由具有所需强度和其它性能的任何生物相容的材料制成,诸如聚合物、不锈钢、钛或者镍和钛的合金。驱动末端38具体地可采用如下材料:所述材料在弯曲负载下具有高断裂应变的强度和弹性,例如304退火不锈钢或超弹性金属诸如镍钛诺。焊接或适当的粘合剂足以将驱动末端38的近端40附接至轴30的远端36,但是对于增强的强度,可进行其它布置,诸如将近端40插入轴30中某一长度,在扩充接口之上形成焊接或粘合剂或压缩配合。
现在还参见图3,将缝合锚钉10示为插入骨56的孔54中。该孔具有轴线58,并且轴具有轴线39,所述轴线39相对于所述孔的轴线58成一角度。在典型的现有驱动器中,驱动末端38不具有穿过轴环44的延伸长度,而是仅从轴30延伸一距离,该距离与它在本发明中经过轴环40延伸距离相同,从而使施加的应力在它与轴的接口处升高。本发明的设计允许驱动末端38的长度延长,同时仍然具有经由轴环远端48的与锚钉近端18的适当邻接。间隙50优选地较小,刚好允许驱动末端38和轴环40之间的滑动,但是该间隙可扩大,以允许驱动末端38在它的长度内的弯曲增强。

Claims (17)
1.一种用于将锚钉插入身体组织的孔中的锚钉插入件,所述锚钉插入件包括:具有第一轴线和远端的伸长轴;和
插入末端,所述插入末端包括:
驱动末端,所述驱动末端从所述轴的所述远端朝远侧延伸以终止于锚钉接合接口中,所述锚钉接合接口具有与所述轴之间的弹性,所述弹性允许远离所述第一轴线弯曲,和
邻接构件,所述邻接构件从所述轴朝远侧延伸,并且具有邻近所述驱动末端的面向远侧的邻接表面,由此邻接锚钉并允许向其传递轴向力。
2.根据权利要求1所述的锚钉插入件,其中所述邻接构件包括轴环,所述轴环从所述轴延伸,并且共轴容纳所述驱动末端。
3.根据权利要求2所述的锚钉插入件,并且还包括在所述轴环和所述驱动末端之间的间隙。
4.根据权利要求4所述的锚钉插入件,其中所述间隙为环形,并且其中所述弹性使得在所述驱动末端没有断裂的情况下,所述驱动末端可远离所述第一轴线弯曲,以接近所述间隙的至少一部分并接触所述轴环。
5.根据权利要求2所述的锚钉插入件,其中所述驱动末端和所述轴环除了它们与所述轴的连接以外没有互连。
6.根据权利要求1所述的锚钉插入件,其中所述锚钉接合接口包括六角扳手。
7.根据权利要求1所述的锚钉插入件,并且还包括工具插管,所述工具插管从所述锚钉接合接口共轴延伸至少到所述轴。
8.根据权利要求2所述的锚钉插入件,其中所述驱动末端从所述轴朝远侧延伸的距离为所述轴环从所述轴朝远侧延伸的距离的约2倍。
9.根据权利要求1所述的锚钉插入件,并且还包括锚钉,所述锚钉附接到所述插入末端,所述驱动末端的所述锚钉接合接口被容纳在锚钉中的互补的工具容纳凹槽内,并且所述邻接表面与所述锚钉的面向近侧的表面接合。
10.根据权利要求9所述的锚钉插入件,其中所述锚钉限定插入轴线,并且所述驱动末端具有第一构型和第二位置,在所述第一构型中,所述第一轴线与插入轴线轴向对齐,在所述第二位置中,所述驱动末端弯曲,使得所述插入轴线不与所述第一轴线对齐。
11.一种将锚钉插入身体组织的孔中的方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:
a) 将所述锚钉设置在锚钉插入件上,所述锚钉插入件具有轴和驱动末端,所述轴具有第一轴线,所述驱动末端从所述轴的远端朝远侧延伸,所述驱动末端在所述驱动末端的锚钉接合接口处接合到所述锚钉;
b) 经由邻近所述驱动末端的邻接构件向所述缝合锚钉施加朝远侧引导的力,并且所述邻接构件从所述轴朝远侧延伸以邻接所述锚钉,所述力迫使所述锚钉进入所述孔中;以及
c) 在步骤b)的执行过程的至少一部分期间,在弹性部位处弯曲所述驱动末端,使得所述驱动末端远离所述第一轴线弯曲。
12.根据权利要求11所述的方法,并且还包括:在步骤c)的执行过程中保持所述驱动末端的结构完整性。
13.根据权利要求11所述的方法,并且还包括:在执行步骤b)时,经由通过所述驱动末端施加的旋转力来旋转所述锚钉。
14.根据权利要求11所述的方法,其中在步骤b)中施加的力为通过轴环所施加,所述轴环从所述轴延伸,并且共轴容纳所述驱动末端。
15.根据权利要求14所述的方法,其中在执行步骤c)期间,所述驱动末端的被容纳在所述轴环内的所述部分相对于所述轴环移动。
16.根据权利要求11所述的方法,其中缝合线从所述锚钉穿过,并穿过工具插管,所述工具插管从所述锚钉接合接口共轴延伸。
