本发明属于医疗用品制作领域,特别涉及该领域中的一种医用抗菌手套的制备方法。
 
背景技术
医用手套在出厂前一般都会进行消毒处理,但是从手套出厂到医生使用往往还需要一定的时间,如何对手套进行有效的抗菌处理,使其抗菌时间延长,是该领域一直在不断探索的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题就是提供一种抗菌时间较长的医用抗菌手套的制备方法。
本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种医用抗菌手套的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将手掌模板、手背模板、手腕模板、拇指模板组合成手套模板;
(2)向模板内注入经预硫化处理后的丁腈橡胶;
(3)手套成型后再将其浸泡在抗菌液内进行抗菌处理;
(4)将手套烘干形成抗菌层后,再进行辐照处理。
进一步的,步骤(3)中的浸泡时间为10—20秒。
进一步的,步骤(4)中的烘干时间为1—1.5小时,烘干温度为50—60℃。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明所公开的医用抗菌手套的制备方法,操作简单,实施成本低,制作的医用手套抗菌时间长,适于推广应用。

(4)将手套烘干形成抗菌层后,再进行辐照处理。
在上述步骤中,步骤(3)中的浸泡时间为10—20秒。步骤(4)中的烘干时间为1—1.5小时,烘干温度为50—60℃。
本实施例所公开的医用抗菌手套的制备方法,操作简单,实施成本低,制作的医用手套抗菌时间长,适于推广应用。

1.一种医用抗菌手套的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)将手掌模板、手背模板、手腕模板、拇指模板组合成手套模板;
(2)向模板内注入经预硫化处理后的丁腈橡胶;
(3)手套成型后再将其浸泡在抗菌液内进行抗菌处理;
(4)将手套烘干形成抗菌层后,再进行辐照处理。
2.根据权利要求1所述的医用抗菌手套的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(3)中的浸泡时间为10—20秒。
3.根据权利要求2所述的医用抗菌手套的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(4)中的烘干时间为1—1.5小时,烘干温度为50—60℃。
