Abstract

Description

具有防腐剂功效的动物饲料添加剂
本发明涉及一种具有防腐剂功效的新型饲料添加剂,所述饲料添加剂包含作为活性成分的丙酸,丙酸甘油酯和任选的少量碱金属盐。另一方面,本发明涉及一种所述动物饲料添加剂的制造方法,再一方面,本发明还涉及其在动物饲料中作为防霉剂的用途。
由于更多精细耕作方法的推广,化学物质使用的增加会改变土壤和植物中的微生物种群,造成生态稳固变化,近年来从动物和人类福利的角度考虑,人类食品和动物饲料中感染性霉菌和毒素产生的增加已经成为人们越来越关注的问题。相当多的研究一直致力于开发抑制霉菌生长的方法,其通常直接作用于饲料的水分含量,即水分含量越高,霉菌生长的危害越大。
丙酸是目前在动物饲料中广泛使用的有效的且久经考验的防腐剂。然而,丙酸,对皮肤和金属有腐蚀性,且其闪点低于55℃,根据,例如ADR运输法规,在分类时被标记为腐蚀性和易燃性,因而限制了终端用户储存和运输这—材料的可能性。已建立的避免列入该分类的方法是,通过加入例如碱性化合物,如氨,和/或通过加入气压下降剂,至少部分地中和酸。所述方法需要昂贵的装置以处理碱性物。
现在非常出乎意料地发现,丙酸甘油酯和丙酸的混合物可以使所述分类变得多余,而防腐剂的性能,如作为防霉剂,基本上与纯丙酸相同。因此,本发明提供了—种饲料添加剂,基本上是无腐蚀性,具有挥发性和闪点在必要运输分类以外。新型饲料添加剂包含30-80%,如40-60%或35-65%重量的丙酸;20-70%,如30%-50%或35-55%重量的丙酸甘油酯,小于4%,如小于2%,如0.5-1%重量的丙三醇,和任选的1-10%,如1-5%重量的碱金属盐,优选甲酸盐,如碳酸钾或甲酸钠,加水至100%(重量)所述水如反应水和所用原料中包含的水。所述丙酸甘油酯是单、双和丙酸三甘酯的混合物,所述混合物具有10-30%重量的丙酸单甘酯,40%-70%重量的丙酸甘油二酯和10-30%重量的丙酸三甘酯的比例,平衡至100%重量。
另一方面,本发明提供—种动物饲料添加剂的制造方法,所述方法通过将含有70-90%重量丙酸和10-30%重量甘油的混合物在温度为50-70℃下反应直到反应平衡。任选地,所述反应是在酸性催化剂,如硫酸存在下进行,例如以反应物重量的0.05-0.5%的量。所述方法还可以任选地包含用附加量的丙酸稀释得到的反应混合物的步骤,以得到具有前述量的包含丙酸和丙酸甘油酯的组合物,和/或混合所述碱金属盐的步骤。所用的酸性催化剂可以通过加入根据化学式计算的量的碱性化合物,如氢氧化铵和/或碱金属氢氧化物适当地中和。由此得到的混合物或组合物适用于作为动物饲料的防霉添加剂。
当然,本发明实施方案中的动物饲料添加剂能够通过添加例如水,甲酸,丙酸,丁酸和/或其它防霉化合物来稀释到任何合适的活性组分的浓度。当然,该饲料添加剂也可以通过加入其它饲料添加剂、防腐剂、营养素和药物制剂如相容性抗生素和维生素得到补充。
无论以任何方式,下述优选的具体实施方案对于说明书的其余部分而言仅仅是说明性而非限制性解释。在下文中,实施例1-3涉及根据本发明实施方案的动物饲料添加剂的制备,而实施例4-7涉及得到的产品与市售丙酸基饲料添加剂的比较。评价结果列于表1-3中。
实施例1
将70kg丙酸,30kg甘油和作为催化剂的200g硫酸在反应容器中混合并加热至60℃。8小时后达到反应平衡。产生的反应混合物冷却至室温,并加入所述根据硫酸计算化学当量的量的氢氧化铵。

Claims (18)

1.有效作为防腐剂的动物饲料添加剂,其特征在于,其包含30-80%重量的丙酸,20-70%重量的丙酸甘油酯和小于4%重量的甘油,加水至100%重量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的动物饲料添加剂,其特征在于,其包含40-60%重量的丙酸,30-50%重量的丙酸甘油酯。
3.根据权利要求1所述的动物饲料添加剂,其特征在于,其包括35-65%重量的丙酸,35-55%重量的丙酸甘油酯。
4.根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的动物饲料添加剂,其特征在于,其包含小于2%重量的甘油。
5.根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的动物饲料添加剂,其特征在于,其包含0.5-1%重量的甘油。
6.根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的动物饲料添加剂,其特征在于所述丙酸甘油酯是含有10-30%重量的一丙酸甘油酯,40-70%重量的二丙酸甘油酯、10-30%重量的三丙酸甘油酯且余量至100%重量的混合物。
7.根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述的动物饲料添加剂,其特征在于,其另外包含至少—种添加量为1-10%重量的碱金属盐。
8.根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述的动物饲料添加剂,其特征在于,其包含至少—种添加量为1-5%重量的碱金属盐。
9.根据权利要求7或8所述的动物饲料添加剂,其特征在于,所述碱金属盐是钾或钠的甲酸盐。
10.根据权利要求1-9中任一项所述的动物饲料添加剂,其特征在于,其用水、甲酸、丙酸和/或丁酸稀释。
11.根据权利要求1-9中任一项所述的动物饲料添加剂的制备方法,其特征在于,使含有70-90%重量丙酸和10-30%重量甘油的混合物在50-70℃的温度下进行反应,直到达到反应平衡,且任选地向得到的反应混合物中加入至少—种数量为1-10%重量的碱金属盐。
12.根据权利要求11所述的方法,其特征在于,所述反应是在酸性催化剂的存在下进行的。
13.根据权利要求12所述的方法,其特征在于,所述酸性催化剂是硫酸。
14.根据权利要求12或13所述的方法,其特征在于,所述酸性催化剂以基于反应物总量计算的0.05-0.5%重量的量存在。
15.根据权利要求12-14中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,通过添加化学计算量的碱性化合物中和所述酸性催化剂。
16.根据权利要求15所述的方法,其特征在于,所述碱性化合物是氢氧化铵和/或碱金属氢氧化物。
17.根据权利要求11-16中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,使用额外量的丙酸稀释所得到的反应混合物来获得含有30-80%重量丙酸和20-70%重量丙酸甘油酯的组合物。
