技术领域
本发明涉及一种电池及其制备方法,尤其涉及一种圆柱型锂离子电池及其制备方法。
背景技术
圆柱型锂离子电池能量密度大,循环性能好,应用范围广,但圆柱型锂离子电池在制作过程中仍然存在注液时间长,内部极片容易出现吸液不均匀和吸液后电芯内外膨胀不均匀等情况,且电芯内部卷绕紧密,电池内部发热快,尤其对于电池大电流放电和电池受到破坏时,内部热量和气体不易及时散出,极易形成电池内部热失控,引起电池的安全隐患,且影响了电池的性能发挥。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种吸液能力强、散热性好的圆柱型锂离子电池;
本发明另一目的是提供一种能够提高电池的吸液能力、并且保证电池在吸液后电芯内外膨胀均匀程度和电池散热性的圆柱型锂离子电池制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种圆柱型锂离子电池,包括圆柱电池电芯,圆柱电池电芯上设计有圆柱电池极耳,其特征是:圆柱电池电芯包括内部电芯和外部电芯,内部电芯和外部电芯之间卷入有空心钢条形成的钢桶。
此结构中,所述空心钢条宽度比电池极片宽度小1-3mm,空心钢条钢壁厚度为0.1-0.5mm,空心钢条总厚度为0.5-2mm。
一种圆柱型锂离子电池的制备方法,其特征是:圆柱电池电芯在卷绕过程中,在卷心上卷入一段空心钢条形成一个钢桶,钢条可以包住电池卷绕的内部电芯。
此方法中,圆柱电池电芯卷绕长度为极片的1/4到1/2之间时,然后卷入钢条。
本发明的优点效果在于:由于本发明的这种结构和这种制备方法,所以具有以下优点:
1.本发明电池电芯卷绕一定圈数后卷入空心钢条形成钢桶,加快了电池的吸液速度,提高了电池的生产效率。
2.本发明电池电芯卷绕一定圈数后卷入空心钢条形成钢桶,钢桶可以起到一个支撑作用,平衡了电芯内外圈的松紧平衡程度,提高了电池的吸液均匀性,能够提高电池的容量发挥和循环性能。
3.本发明电池电芯卷绕一定圈数后卷入空心钢条形成钢桶,增加了电池的散热和气体导通,提高了电池的安全性能。

下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明:
本发明如图1、2、3、4所示,一种圆柱型锂离子电池,包括圆柱电池电芯1,圆柱电池电芯1上设计有圆柱电池极耳2,其特征是:圆柱电池电芯1包括内部电芯和外部电芯,内部电芯和外部电芯之间卷入有空心钢条形成的钢桶3。在本实施例中,所述空心钢条宽度比电池极片宽度小1-3mm,空心钢条钢壁厚度为0.1-0.5mm,空心钢条总厚度为0.5-2mm。在本实施例中,圆柱电池电芯在卷绕过程中,在卷心上卷入一段空心钢条形成一个钢桶,钢条可以包住电池卷绕的内部电芯。在本实施例中,圆柱电池电芯卷绕长度为极片的1/4到1/2之间时,然后卷入钢条。
制作26650-2300-3.3V磷酸铁锂倍率型锂离子电池,在卷绕到正极片1/4时加入一个不锈钢钢条形成一个钢桶,钢材质厚0.1±0.01mm,钢桶壁厚0.5±0.05mm,钢条总长26.5±0.05mm。

1.一种圆柱型锂离子电池,包括圆柱电池电芯(1),圆柱电池电芯(1)上设计有圆柱电池极耳(2),其特征是:圆柱电池电芯(1)包括内部电芯和外部电芯,内部电芯和外部电芯之间卷入有空心钢条形成的钢桶(3),所述空心钢条宽度比电池极片宽度小1-3mm,空心钢条钢壁厚度为0.1-0.5mm,空心钢条总厚度为0.5-2mm。
2.一种制备权利要求1所述的圆柱型锂离子电池的方法,其特征是:圆柱电池电芯在卷绕过程中,在卷心上卷入一段空心钢条形成一个钢桶,钢条可以包住电池卷绕的内部电芯。
3.根据权利要求2所述的制备圆柱型锂离子电池的方法,其特征是:圆柱电池电芯卷绕长度为极片的1/4到1/2之间时,然后卷入钢条。
