可压缩的圆柱型锂离子电池中心支撑管,属电池安全技术领域。其目的是提供一种能够提高电池安全性能、且使用方便的可压缩的圆柱型锂离子电池中心支撑管。包括具有可伸缩性的椭圆形圈片(1)和由两片对称的近似半圆状的管片构成的非封闭结构的管状体(2),两片对称的近似半圆状的管片对称连接在具有可伸缩性的椭圆形圈片两端的短边外缘上。与现有技术相比,本实用新型的中心支撑管方便了植入操作,避免了刺破极片和隔膜;植入后自动膨胀伸开,将卷芯中心的圆形空腔绷紧,避免极组出现极化或内部塌陷,确保了正负极片隔膜间的贴合紧密,起到了更好的支撑作用,增强了电池的安全以及使用性能。

本实用新型涉及一种可压缩的圆柱型锂离子电池中心支撑管,属电池安全技术领域。
背景技术:
从目前世界对于移动工具能量供应来看,使用二次电池代替传统的化石类不可再生能源正在慢慢成为发展的主流,而在所有二次电池中,锂离子电池因其高的能量密度以及比目前其他所有二次电池更长的使用寿命使其成为车用二次电池的首选,在不同形状的锂离子电池中,拥有高体积能量密度、组合方便、散热性能好的圆柱型锂离子电池是车用二次电池的重要品种。
圆柱型锂离子电池在制造过程中,由于卷绕方式使得在卷绕完毕抽出卷针后,卷芯中心存在一定的空隙,同时锂离子电池在工作过程中的体积变化使得这个空腔会出现结构塌陷,造成正负极极片出现接触不紧密、极化变大和析锂等问题,此外受外力挤压时电池内部空隙处容易变形引发电池内部短路,这些因素均影响到圆柱型电池的安全性。国内外大多数电池生产商选择在卷芯中心空隙处植入中心支撑管,或者在卷绕时先在卷针上套上支撑管,连同支撑管一起卷绕。中国ZL200820074304.2专利公布的《圆柱锂离子电池无缝中心支撑管》以及中国ZL200920096546.6专利公布的《一种可提高圆柱型锂离子电池安全性能的中心针》均为硬材质,在直径上不能压缩,不能起到在电池体积膨胀时对卷芯有一个应力释放的作用。中国200510020899.4专利公布的连同支撑管卷绕的方式,支撑管同为硬材质,同时这种连同支撑管卷绕的方式对于卷绕作业来讲比较繁琐,影响生产效率。
实用新型内容:
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种能够提高电池安全性能、且使用方便的可压缩的圆柱型锂离子电池中心支撑管。
其技术方案是:一种可压缩的圆柱型锂离子电池中心支撑管,其特征在于:包括具有可伸缩性的椭圆形圈片和由两片对称的近似半圆状的管片构成的非封闭结构的管状体,两片对称的近似半圆状的管片对称连接在具有可伸缩性的椭圆形圈片两端的短边外缘上。
椭圆形圈片的的弧度为π/2~3π/4,厚度为0.10~0.20mm。
管状体的壁厚为0.10mm~0.30mm,管壁的高度与负极极片宽度等长。
管状体的直径为所用卷针直径的90%~95%,在直径方向可压缩到原来直径的60%~80%。
椭圆形圈片和管状体所用的材质,优选乙烯/丙烯共聚物热塑性弹性体、热塑性含氟弹性体、聚酯类热塑性弹性体或聚酰胺热塑性弹性体。
本实用新型有益效果:由于非封闭结构管状体的两片近似半圆状的管片对称连接在具有可伸缩性的椭圆圈片两端的外缘上,故通过压缩可使管状体的直径小于卷芯中心的空隙直径,方便了植入操作;同时,由于植入的管状体和椭圆圈片可以自动膨胀撑起卷芯,且在卷芯体积膨胀时又可压缩起到应力释放的作用,使管状体始终与卷芯内孔始终保持紧密接触,将卷芯中心的圆形空腔绷紧,从而避免了极组出现极化或内部塌陷,确保了正负极片隔膜间的贴合紧密,起到了更好的支撑作用,增强了电池的安全以及使用性能;另外,由于植入卷芯内的是软材质的中心支撑管,故又可以达到避免刺破极片和隔膜的效果,提高了产品的合格率。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示,一种可压缩的圆柱型锂离子电池中心支撑管,包括具有可伸缩性的椭圆形圈片1和由两片对称的近似半圆状的管片构成的非封闭结构的管状体2,两片对称的近似半圆状的管片对称连接在具有可伸缩性的椭圆形圈片两端的短边外缘上。
椭圆形圈片的的弧度为π/2~3π/4,厚度为0.10~0.20mm。
管状体2的壁厚为0.10mm~0.30mm,管壁的高度与负极极片宽度等长。
管状体2的直径为所用卷针直径的90%~95%,在直径方向可压缩到原来直径的60%~80%。
椭圆形圈片1和管状体2所用的材质,优选乙烯/丙烯共聚物热塑性弹性体、热塑性含氟弹性体、聚酯类热塑性弹性体或聚酰胺热塑性弹性体。

1.一种可压缩的圆柱型锂离子电池中心支撑管,其特征在于:包括具有可伸缩性的椭圆形圈片(1)和由两片对称的近似半圆状的管片构成的非封闭结构的管状体(2),两片对称的近似半圆状的管片对称连接在具有可伸缩性的椭圆形圈片两端的短边外缘上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可压缩的圆柱型锂离子电池中心支撑管,其特征在于:所述椭圆形圈片(1)的的弧度为π/2~3π/4,厚度为0.10~0.20mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的可压缩的圆柱型锂离子电池中心支撑管,其特征在于:所述管状体(2)的壁厚为0.10mm~0.30mm,管壁的高度与负极极片宽度等长。
4.根据权利要求1所述的可压缩的圆柱型锂离子电池中心支撑管,其特征在于:所述管状体(2)的直径为所用卷针直径的90%~95%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的可压缩的圆柱型锂离子电池中心支撑管,其特征在于:所述椭圆形圈片(1)和管状体(2)所用的材质,优选乙烯/丙烯共聚物热塑性弹性体、热塑性含氟弹性体、聚酯类热塑性弹性体或聚酰胺热塑性弹性体。
