Abstract

高效射流风扇,以充分发挥射流效应,提高无叶风扇的产风效率,或者在产生相同用风量的情况下降低耗能。包括由电机带动的叶轮,以及位于叶轮上方的气流通道,还包括一具有环形旋流腔的旋流环,环形旋流腔与气流通道上端相交,在旋流环的内环上沿周向间隔设置有分流肢,各分流肢内的分流气道的外端与旋流环的环形旋流腔切向相交,内端则与位于旋流环轴向中心位置的喷射腔相通,喷射腔外设置有轴向喷射咀。

高效射流风扇
技术领域
本发明涉及风风扇,特别涉及一种高效射流风扇。
背景技术
无叶风扇,又称为”戴森空气增加器”,可产生诱导气流,由于没有叶片,因此相对传统有叶风扇而言不会覆盖灰尘,而且使用更加便捷、安全。现有的无叶风扇在结构包括包射流环、由电机带动的叶轮,以及连接射流环内腔与叶轮上方空间的气流通道,呈狭窄圆环状的出风口设置在射流环轴向一侧。其工作原理是,旋转的叶轮产生向上的气流,将空气吸入风扇基座内部,气流经气流通道进入射流环内腔中,经狭窄圆环状出风口向前方喷射而出形成射流,射流速度较气流通道内的气流速度可增大15倍左右,由射流带动周边及射流环后侧的空气一同形成向前流动的气流。按照射流原理,在某一点上喷射气流将形成一个射流锥,狭窄圆环状出风口产生的射流理论上将形成环状的射流锥,但是受喷射环和出风口结构的影响,接近半幅的射流锥会被出风口外侧的喷射环外壁所遮挡,使其所卷带的空气量大为减少,射流效应受到很大影响,同时没有充分发挥效率的射流与射流环外壁面摩擦产生噪声,因此现有无叶风扇的效率和品质仍有待提高。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种高效射流风扇,以充分发挥射流效应,提高无叶风扇的产风效率,或者在产生相同用风量的情况下降低耗能。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案如下:
本发明的高效射流风扇,包括由电机带动的叶轮,以及位于叶轮上方的气流通道,其特征是:它还包括一具有环形旋流腔的旋流环,环形旋流腔与气流通道上端相交,在旋流环的内环上沿周向间隔设置有分流肢;各分流肢内的分流气道的外端与旋流环的环形旋流腔切向相交,内端则与位于旋流环轴向中心位置的喷射腔相通,喷射腔外设置有轴向喷射咀。
本发明的有益效果是,能充分发挥射流效应,可大幅地提高无叶风扇的产风效率和品质;在同样具备高使用安全性的前提下,产风量大,风速更为均匀,噪声更低,除可用于生活办公场合外,还可用于工业生产;在产生相同用风量的情况下可大幅地降低耗能,通过配置功率较小的电机可降低无叶风扇的生产成本和使用成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步说明。
参照图1、图2和图3,本发明的高效射流风扇,包括由电机13带动的叶轮12,以及位于叶轮12上方的气流通道21,它还包括一具有环形旋流腔30a的旋流环30,环形旋流腔30a与气流通道21上端相交,在旋流环30的内环上沿周向间隔设置有分流肢31。各分流肢31内的分流气道31a的外端与旋流环30的环形旋流腔30a切向相交,内端则与位于旋流环30轴向中心位置的喷射腔40相通,喷射腔40外设置有轴向喷射咀41。无叶风扇工作时,气流经气流通道21进入环形旋流腔30a内形成旋转气流加速、增压,并经分流肢31进入喷射腔40,再经轴向喷射咀41向前射而出,由于喷射咀41周边并无其他构造体阻挡,因此能形成完整的射流锥,射流效应得以充分发挥,这无疑问能大幅地提高无叶风扇的产风效率,或者在产生相同用风量的情况下大幅地降低耗能,通过配置功率较小的电机降低无叶风扇的生产成本和使用成本。
参照图2和图4,为使气流运行更为通畅,并在环形旋流腔30a内形成完美的旋流,所述气流通道21上部具有一侧弧形过渡段21a,该弧形过渡段21a与环形旋流腔30a切向相交。
图5示出的是喷射组件结构,为方便使用,所述轴向喷射咀41可在喷射腔40的两个轴向端各设置一个,轴向喷射咀41的外端配置有可拆卸的堵头42。所述喷射咀41的内壁具有螺旋状导流面,以进一步增强射流效应。
参照图2,所述环形旋流腔30a的横截面呈椭圆形。所述电机13、叶轮12组件外呈环形设置消声器14,以降低运行噪音。
以上所述只是用图解说明本发明一种高效射流风扇的基本原理和结构,并非是要将本发明局限在所示和所述的具体结构和参数范围内,故凡是所有可能被利用的相应修改以及等同物,均属于本发明所申请的专利范围。

Claims (6)

1.高效射流风扇,包括由电机(13)带动的叶轮(12),以及位于叶轮(12)上方的气流通道(21),其特征是:它还包括一具有环形旋流腔(30a)的旋流环(30),环形旋流腔(30a)与气流通道(21)上端相交,在旋流环(30)的内环上沿周向间隔设置有分流肢(31);各分流肢(31)内的分流气道(31a)的外端与旋流环(30)的环形旋流腔(30a)切向相交,内端则与位于旋流环(30)轴向中心位置的喷射腔(40)相通,喷射腔(40)外设置有轴向喷射咀(41)。
2.如权利要求1所述的高效射流风扇,其特征是:所述气流通道(21)上部具有一侧弧形过渡段(21a),该弧形过渡段(21a)与环形旋流腔(30a)切向相交。
3.如权利要求1所述的高效射流风扇,其特征是:所述喷射咀(41)的内壁具有螺旋状导流面。
4.如权利要求3所述的高效射流风扇,其特征是:所述轴向喷射咀(41)在喷射腔(40)的两个轴向端各设置一个,轴向喷射咀(41)的外端配置有可拆卸的堵头(42)。
5.如权利要求1所述的高效射流风扇,其特征是:所述环形旋流腔(30a)的横截面呈椭圆形。
6.如权利要求1所述的高效射流风扇,其特征是:所述电机(13)、叶轮(12)组件外呈环形设置消声器(14)。
