本发明涉及一种新型梳理机，包括混棉箱，混棉箱内上部设置两个打手，混棉箱内部设置运输带，运输带顶端与打手靠近，打手下部设置下料管，下料管下端设置下料口；混棉箱顶端设置气纤分离器，气纤分离器顶端设置盖，盖上设置气孔，气纤分离器中间设置隔板、第一进料管和第二进料管，隔板将气纤分离器的内室分为第一室和第二室，第一进料管伸入第一室，第二进料管伸入第二室。本发明新型梳理机，改善纤维大量飞花的现象，解决环境污染的问题，使纤维能够快速的进入混棉箱，大大提高纤维的利用率，减少劳动强，度减少生产成本，提高生产效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种新型梳理机。
背景技术
在纤维行业中梳理机是一种常用的设备，梳理机与回收风机和粗纱开松机相连，在生产中经常造成混棉气流相冲，造成纤维飞花非常大，纤维造成了极大的浪费，同时，飞花造成了车间的环境极差，同时对工人的身体也带来了极大的影响，工人吸入纤维容易造成肺部损伤。并且，由于气流原因，粗纱开松机，也容易被缠绵，给生产造成了极大的阻碍，大大的降低了生产效率。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种新型梳理机，改善纤维大量飞花的现象，解决环境污染的问题，使纤维能够快速的进入混棉箱，大大提高纤维的利用率，减少劳动强，度减少生产成本，提高生产效率。
一种新型梳理机，包括混棉箱，混棉箱内上部设置两个打手，混棉箱内部设置运输带，运输带顶端与打手靠近，打手下部设置下料管，下料管下端设置下料口；混棉箱顶端设置气纤分离器，气纤分离器顶端设置盖，盖上设置气孔，气纤分离器中间设置隔板、第一进料管和第二进料管，隔板将气纤分离器的内室分为第一室和第二室，第一进料管伸入第一室，第二进料管伸入第二室。
隔板将气纤分离器分为两个室，第一进料管的纤维通过第一室进入混棉箱，第二进料管的纤维通过第二室进入混棉箱，避免了由于两股气流和纤维相撞，造成的纤维飞花和纤维堵塞的情况。
第二进料管另一端与粗纱开松机相连。
气纤分离器两侧设置出气孔。进入气纤分离器的纤维中的气和尘杂通过出气孔排除。
出气孔的尺寸为1.5‐2mm。
第一进料管和第二进料管上均设置风机。纤维在风机的带动下通过进入气纤分离器。
使用过程：
在使用时，风机带动需要回收的纤维进入气纤分离器的第一室，粗纱开松机的纤维也在风机的带动下进入气纤分离器的第二室，然后纤维进入混棉箱，经运输带输送，经过下料管从下料口出料。
与现有技术相比，本发明具有以下有益效果：
本发明新型梳理机，改善纤维大量飞花的现象，解决环境污染的问题，使纤维能够快速的进入混棉箱，大大提高纤维的利用率，减少劳动强，度减少生产成本，提高生产效率。

实施例
如图1和图2，一种新型梳理机，包括混棉箱1，混棉箱1内上部设置两个打手11，混棉箱1内部设置运输带7，运输带7顶端与打手11靠近，打手下部设置下料管8，下料管8下端设置下料口9；混棉箱1顶端设置气纤分离器，气纤分离器顶端设置盖3，盖3上设置气孔12，气纤分离器中间设置隔板4、第一进料管5‐1和第二进料管5‐2，隔板4将气纤分离器的内室分为第一室2‐1和第二室2‐2，第一进料管5‐1伸入第一室2‐1，第二进料管5‐2伸入第二室2‐2。
第二进料管5‐2另一端与粗开松6相连。
气纤分离器两侧设置出气孔。
出气孔的尺寸为1.5mm。
第一进料管5‐1和第二进料管5‐2上均设置风机10。
使用过程：
在使用时，风机10‐1带动需要回收的纤维进入气纤分离器的第一室2‐1，粗纱开松机6的纤维也在风机10‐2的带动下进入气纤分离器的第二室2‐2，然后纤维进入混棉箱1，经运输带7输送，经过下料管8从下料口9出料。

1.一种新型梳理机，包括混棉箱（1），其特征在于，混棉箱（1）内上部设置两个打手（11），混棉箱（1）内部设置运输带（7），运输带（7）顶端与打手（11）靠近，打手（11）下部设置下料管（8），下料管（8）下端设置下料口（9）；混棉箱（1）顶端设置气纤分离器，气纤分离器顶端设置盖（3），盖（3）上设置气孔（12），气纤分离器中间设置隔板（4）、第一进料管（5-1）和第二进料管（5-2），隔板（4）将气纤分离器的内室分为第一内室（2-1）和第二内室（2-2），第一进料管（5-1）伸入第一内室（2-1），第二进料管（5-2）伸入第二内室（2-2）；第二进料管（5-2）另一端与粗纱开松机（6）相连；气纤分离器两侧设置出气孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型梳理机，其特征在于，出气孔的尺寸为1.5-2mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的新型梳理机，其特征在于，第一进料管（5-1）和第二进料管（5-2）上均设置风机（10）。
