技术领域
本发明涉及塑胶成型模,特别是涉及一种堵塞器的凸轮卡片注塑模。
背景技术
塑胶模具是用来成型物品的工具,不同的模具由不同的零件构成。它主要通过所成型材料物理状态的改变来实现物品外形的加工。随着科学技术的不断发展进步,塑料成型制品被广泛应用于现代化的商品中,例如产品的电脑、手机、汽车、数码相机、游戏机、化妆品、冰箱等。而这些产品中对各零配件的产品成型质量要求越来越高。产品的形状也各式各样,现有市场上的化妆品瓶底盖是常用产品,其体积与组装要求该塑胶件具有较高的尺寸精度和成型界面,现有的塑胶模具成型效率低,成品率低,导致大大提高了生产成本,浪费资源。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种堵塞器的凸轮卡片注塑模,能够使堵塞器的凸轮卡片迅速成型,同时加工4个堵塞器的凸轮卡片,提高塑胶模具的生产效率,同时提高了成品率,降低了生产成本,避免了资源浪费。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种堵塞器的凸轮卡片注塑模,该堵塞器的凸轮卡片注塑模包括定模、动模、进料口和冷却水流道,所述定模的定模板上安装有导套,导套内插有可活动的导柱,导柱固定于动模的动模板上,动模通过导柱进行开合运动;所述动模与定模对应咬合后形成4个成型形腔,4个成型形腔成矩形对称排布,成型形腔为扁薄腔体,成型形腔的俯视外形为圆弧的两端分别连接有2条直线的一端,2条直线的另一端连接在一起有,其中一条直线上设有一个“C”形内凹缺口,圆弧大于半圆弧,成型形腔的圆弧中心处设有圆孔。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种堵塞器的凸轮卡片注塑模,能够使堵塞器的凸轮卡片迅速成型,同时加工4个堵塞器的凸轮卡片,提高塑胶模具的生产效率,同时提高了成品率,降低了生产成本,避免了资源浪费。

本发明一种堵塞器的凸轮卡片注塑模,能够使堵塞器的凸轮卡片迅速成型,同时加工4个堵塞器的凸轮卡片,提高塑胶模具的生产效率,同时提高了成品率,降低了生产成本,避免了资源浪费。
