Abstract

本发明公开了一种髋臼锉,其包括基体和刀具,基体包括若干个医用不锈钢材质的顶端相连接圆弧形的支撑架,支撑架上设置有刀具压板,刀具的刀刃为曲线状,刀具的底侧为连接座,连接座和刀片一体连接,支撑架、连接座和刀具压板上对应设置有孔,通过锁紧螺栓将连接座固定在支撑架上。本发明的髋臼锉将刀具固定在基体上,刀具的刀刃为曲线状,既可以减小切削阻力,又可以使切削产生的碎屑沿着刀具进入到基体内部,确保切削面的平滑,提高手术的质量,刀具通过刀具压板固定在支撑架上,连接更加牢固。通过垫板调节刀具的高度,可以根据病人的情况调节切削量,使髋臼锉能够普遍适用。

技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械领域,特别是一种在进行髋关节外科手术时使用的髋臼锉。
背景技术
髋臼锉是做髋关节手术必备的医疗器械,现有的髋臼锉的刀刃有多种形式,有的是在球面上突出圆形或舌形的切削刃,有的是在球面上安装S形的刀具,第一种髋臼锉的缺点在于切削部位不连续,导致切削面粗糙,影响手术质量,第二种髋臼锉的缺点在于刀具的稳定性差,手术时容易发生移位,影响手术的质量,因此,需要对髋臼锉进行改进,使手术的质量得到提高,增加手术的成功率。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对背景技术中所述的现有技术中髋臼锉的切削面精度差,影响手术质量的问题,提供一种能够解决前述问题的髋臼锉。
能够实现本发明的发明目的的技术方案如下:
一种髋臼锉,其包括基体和刀具,基体包括若干个医用不锈钢材质的顶端相连接圆弧形的支撑架,支撑架上设置有刀具压板,刀具的刀刃为曲线状,刀具的底侧为连接座,连接座和刀片一体连接,支撑架、连接座和刀具压板上对应设置有孔,通过锁紧螺栓将连接座固定在支撑架上。
为了减小切削阻力,防止刀片磨损及变形,使切削面光洁,所述的刀刃为向顺时针方向弯曲的刀刃。
为了防止支撑架变形,影响切削精度,所述的各个支撑架之间设置有防止其变形的连杆。通过连杆可以使各个支撑架之间保持一定的间距,可以防止髋臼锉使用时,在切削阻力作用下支撑架发生变形。
为了使髋臼锉能够针对不同的患者,调节髋臼锉的切削量,所述的支撑架与连接座之间设置有调节刀刃高度的垫板。在进行手术时,先要根据病人的情况确定切削量,选择相应厚度的垫板,使髋臼锉能够应用于不同的患者。
为了防止刀具在工作过程中与支撑架发生振动,影响手术的质量,所述的垫板与连接座的接触面、垫板与支撑架的接触面均设置有防止相对滑动的花纹。通过接触面上的条纹相互咬合,可以使垫板、连接座及支撑架更加牢固地连接在一起。
本发明的髋臼锉将刀具固定在基体上,刀具的刀刃为曲线状,既可以减小切削阻力,又可以使切削产生的碎屑沿着刀具进入到基体内部,确保切削面的平滑,提高手术的质量,刀具通过刀具压板固定在支撑架上,连接更加牢固。通过垫板调节刀具的高度,可以根据病人的情况调节切削量,使髋臼锉能够普遍适用。

实施例1
如图1至图2所示的一种髋臼锉,其包括基体和刀具2,基体包括若干个医用不锈钢材质的顶端相连接圆弧形的支撑架1,支撑架1上设置有刀具压板3,刀具2的刀刃为曲线状,刀具2的底侧为连接座8,连接座8和刀片2一体连接,支撑架1、连接座8和刀具压板3上对应设置有孔,通过锁紧螺栓7将连接座8固定在支撑架1上。
实施例2
在实施例1的方案的基础上,为了减小切削阻力,防止刀片磨损及变形,使切削面光洁,所述的刀刃为向顺时针方向弯曲的刀刃。
实施例3
在实施例1和实施例2的基础上,为了防止支撑架1变形,影响切削精度,所述的各个支撑架1之间设置有防止其变形的连杆4。通过连杆4可以使各个支撑架1之间保持一定的间距,可以防止髋臼锉使用时,在切削阻力作用下支撑架发生变形。
实施例4
在实施例1至实施例3中任意一种方案的基础上,为了使髋臼锉能够针对不同的患者,调节髋臼锉的切削量,所述的支撑架1与连接座8之间设置有调节刀刃高度的垫板5。在进行手术时,先要根据病人的情况确定切削量,选择相应厚度的垫板,使髋臼锉能够应用于不同的患者。
实施例5
进一步地,为了防止刀具在工作过程中与支撑架发生振动,影响手术的质量,所述的垫板5与连接座8的接触面、垫板5与支撑架1的接触面均设置有防止相对滑动的花纹。通过接触面上的条纹相互咬合,可以使垫板5、连接座8及支撑架1更加牢固地连接在一起。

1.一种髋臼锉,其特征在于:其包括基体和刀具,基体包括若干个医用不锈钢材质的顶端相连接圆弧形的支撑架,支撑架上设置有刀具压板,刀具的刀刃为曲线状,刀具的底侧为连接座,连接座和刀片一体连接,支撑架、连接座和刀具压板上对应设置有孔,通过锁紧螺栓将连接座固定在支撑架上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的髋臼锉,其特征在于:所述的刀刃为向顺时针方向弯曲的刀刃。
3.根据权利要求1所述的髋臼锉,其特征在于:所述的各个支撑架之间设置有防止其变形的连杆。
4.根据权利要求1所述的髋臼锉,其特征在于:所述的支撑架与连接座之间设置有调节刀刃高度的垫板。
5.根据权利要求1所述的髋臼锉,其特征在于:所述的垫板与连接座的接触面、垫板与支撑架的接触面均设置有防止相对滑动的花纹。
