Abstract
本发明公开了一种旋流煤粉燃烧器,包括中心风通道、一次风通道、二次风通道和三次风通道,在中心风通道内设置一带油喷嘴的油枪管,所述中心风通道的出风口处设有稳燃罩,所述一次风通道内设有煤粉浓缩器,所述二次风通道内设有二次风旋流叶片;所述二次风通道和一次风通道之间设有一二次风隔层;一次风通道的出风口处沿圆周方向均布有将煤粉气流分成数股喷出的一次风阻塞块,二次风通道的出风口处沿圆周方向均布带导杆的二次风阻塞块,三次风通道的出风口处沿圆周方向均布带导杆的三次风阻塞块。本发明旋流煤粉燃烧器有利于降低燃烧污染物氧化氮(NOx)的排放量,提升对煤种变化的适应性,增强着火稳定性,其适用范围广。

技术领域
[0001] 本发明涉及一种燃烧器,尤其涉及一种旋流煤粉燃烧器,属于锅炉燃烧器技术领域。
背景技术
[0002] 旋流燃烧器是当前电站锅炉和工业锅炉上广泛应用的一种燃烧煤粉的装置。目前,旋流燃烧器的主要形式为双调风旋流煤粉燃烧器。双调风旋流煤粉燃烧器主要由中心风、一次风、二次风和三次风组成。随着近年来环保要求的不断提高,降低煤粉燃烧器的氮氧化物排放量已越来越急迫,现有的双调风旋流煤粉燃烧器在氮氧化物排放量上仍需要提升。此外,随着电厂燃煤来源的日益广泛,煤质愈发不稳定,现有的双调风旋流煤粉燃烧器在稳燃能力上仍需要进一步提升。
发明内容
[0003] 本发明的目的在于:提供一种旋流煤粉燃烧器,降低双调风旋流煤粉燃烧器的氮氧化物排放量,提升对煤种变化的适应性,增强着火稳定性。
[0004] 本发明的目的是通过下述技术方案来实现:一种旋流煤粉燃烧器,包括由内至外依次设置的中心风通道、一次风通道、二次风通道和三次风通道,在中心风通道内沿其中轴线设置一带油喷嘴的油枪管,所述中心风通道的出风口处设有稳燃罩,所述一次风通道内设有煤粉浓缩器,所述二次风通道内设有二次风旋流叶片;所述二次风通道和一次风通道之间设有一二次风隔层;一次风通道的出风口处沿圆周方向均布有将煤粉气流分成数股喷出的一次风阻塞块,二次风通道的出风口处沿圆周方向均布带导杆的二次风阻塞块,三次风通道的出风口处沿圆周方向均布带导杆的三次风阻塞块。

[0012]与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果:本发明旋流煤粉燃烧器中设置一定数量的阻流块将煤粉气流、二次风气流和三次风气流分成若干股喷出,并且从空气流和煤粉气流沿圆周方向基本上为交错的,同时在一次风扩口、二次风扩口出口增加一定形状和面积的阻流环,延迟空气与煤粉的混合,有利于明显降低了这个阶段的氧气浓度,降低燃烧污染物氧化氮(NOx)的排放量,提升对煤种变化的适应性,增强着火稳定性,其适用范围广。

[0017] 如图1所示,本发明旋流煤粉燃烧器包括由内至外依次设置的中心风通道10、一次风通道11、二次风通道12和三次风通道13,在中心风通道10内沿其中轴线设置一带油喷嘴的油枪管1,所述中心风通道10的出风口处设有稳燃罩2,满足点火需要。所述一次风通道11内设有煤粉浓缩器14,通过煤粉浓缩器的浓淡分离,实现浓淡燃烧。所述二次风通道12内设有二次风旋流叶片16,使通过二次风的气流产生旋转。所述二次风通道12和一次风通道11之间设有一二次风隔层15。所述中心风通道10的入风口设有中心风调节风门17,可以调节着火点位置,改变回流区大小。所述二次风通道12上设有带导杆的二次风调节风门18,所述三次风通道13上设有带导杆的三次风调节风门19。所述一次风通道11的出风口处设有一次风扩口 7,一次风扩口 7和二次风扩口 8的出风口处均设有阻流环4 ;进一步延缓了在着火和燃烧早期空气和燃料的混合,有利于抑制燃烧污染物NOx的生成。二次风通道12的出风口处设有二次风扩口 8,三次风通道13的出风口处设有三次风扩口 9,用于引导气流,及时合理地补充燃烧用空气。
[0018] 一次风通道11的出风口处沿圆周方向均布有将煤粉气流分成数股喷出的一次风阻塞块3,一次风阻塞块3为2-10个,将煤粉气流分成数股喷出。煤粉气流在流经该一次风阻塞块后被分成若干股,着火、燃烧后形成若干股独立的火焰,较之传统的火焰,向水冷壁辐射热量的面积增加了,可有效降低火焰最高温度,降低热力型氮氧化物的生成。
[0019] 具体来说,煤粉气流在流经一次风阻塞块以后形成一个明显负压区,引导热烟气回流;这个负压区不是由于旋转气流产生的负压区,是新增加的负压区,也可叫做副回流区。该副回流区的形成,使煤粉着火和挥发分燃烧阶段有更多的烟气混入,降低了着火阶段的氧气浓度,有利于抑制燃烧污染物NOx的生成。同时,副回流区引导煤粉燃烧后的热烟气回流加热煤粉气流,为煤粉着火提供了更多的热源;一次风阻塞块也增加了煤粉气流和回流热烟气的接触面积,使得煤粉气流升温更加及时迅速,提升了着火性能。另外,阻塞块形成的副回流区和主回流区一起,使得煤粉气流和回流热烟气的混合和扰动更加强烈,再进一步的提升了着火性能。
[0020] 二次风通道12的出风口处沿圆周方向均布带导杆的二次风阻塞块5,二次风阻塞块5的位置与一次风阻塞块3的位置不重合。三次风通道13的出风口处沿圆周方向均布带导杆的三次风阻塞块6。二次风阻塞块5上设置单独的二次风阻塞块导杆20,三次风阻塞块6上设置单独的三次风阻塞块导杆21 ;或者二次风阻塞块5和三次风阻塞块6为一个整块的阻塞块来设计,采用一根导杆即可调控;导杆可以合理调节阻塞块位置,控制风与燃料的混合时间。
[0021] 所述二次风、三次风空气流和一次风煤粉气流通过各自出风口处的阻塞块后,在圆周方向上呈现交错状态,延缓了在着火和燃烧早期空气和燃料的混合,明显降低了这个阶段的氧气浓度,有利于抑制燃烧污染物NOx的生成。
[0022] 在本实施例中,按照一定面积比例、出口流场等合理设计一次风通道、二次风通道及三次风通道出口处的阻塞块数量、形状、外形尺寸,并沿风流方向的外缘开有1-20个凹槽。所述一次风阻塞块3、二次风阻塞块5和三次风阻塞块6的断面形状为三角形、四边形、五边形或者流线弧型中的一种或者多种组合,阻塞块也可为有一定厚度的板,气流在流经阻塞块后被分成若干股。
[0023] 通过上述关键技术措施,通过对各调节风门的精细调整,达到最佳的燃烧状态;降低双调风旋流燃烧器的氮氧化物排放量,提升对煤种变化的适应性,增强着火稳定性。

1.一种旋流煤粉燃烧器,包括由内至外依次设置的中心风通道(10)、一次风通道(11)、二次风通道(12)和三次风通道(13 ),在中心风通道(10 )内沿其中轴线设置一带油喷嘴的油枪管(1),其特征在于:所述中心风通道(10)的出风口处设有稳燃罩(2),所述一次风通道(11)内设有煤粉浓缩器(14),所述二次风通道(12)内设有二次风旋流叶片(16);所述二次风通道(12)和一次风通道(11)之间设有一二次风隔层(15);—次风通道(11)的出风口处沿圆周方向均布有将煤粉气流分成数股喷出的一次风阻塞块(3),二次风通道(12)的出风口处沿圆周方向均布带导杆的二次风阻塞块(5 ),三次风通道(13 )的出风口处沿圆周方向均布带导杆的三次风阻塞块(6)。
2.如权利要求1所述的旋流煤粉燃烧器,其特征在于:所述中心风通道(10)的入风口设有中心风调节风门(17),所述二次风通道(12)上设有带导杆的二次风调节风门(18),所述三次风通道(13)上设有带导杆的三次风调节风门(19)。
3.如权利要求1或者2中任一所述的旋流煤粉燃烧器,其特征在于:所述一次风通道(11)的出风口处设有一次风扩口(7),二次风通道(12)的出风口处设有二次风扩口(8),三次风通道(13)的出风口处设有三次风扩口(9)。
4.如权利要求3所述的旋流煤粉燃烧器,其特征在于:一次风扩口(7)和二次风扩口(8)的出风口处均设有阻流环(4)。
5.如权利要求1所述的旋流煤粉燃烧器,其特征在于:一次风阻塞块(3)为2-10个。
6.如权利要求1所述的旋流煤粉燃烧器,其特征在于:二次风阻塞块(5)上设置二次风阻塞块导杆(20 ),三次风阻塞块(6 )上设置三次风阻塞块导杆(21)。
7.如权利要求1所述的旋流煤粉燃烧器,其特征在于:二次风阻塞块(5)和三次风阻塞块(6)为一个整块的阻塞块。
8.如权利要求6或者7中任一权利要求所述的旋流煤粉燃烧器,其特征在于:所述一次风阻塞块(3 )、二次风阻塞块(5 )和三次风阻塞块(6 )的断面形状为三角形、四边形、五边形或者流线弧型中的一种或者多种组合;并沿风流方向的外缘开有1-20个凹槽。
