本发明涉及一种液压阀，属于液压机械制造领域，具体涉及S30P板式单向阀。
背景技术
众所周知，板式单向阀只允许油液从一个方向自由流动而不得反向流动，主要用作于泵的出口处或作背压阀或旁路阀用。常规的板式单向阀结构复杂，在加工过程中阀座与阀体过盈量不好控制，加工制造难度较大，在使用过程中容易出现阀座脱落现象造成阀无法打开，阀流量减小或功能失效，导致泵或系统元件损坏，甚至人生安全事故，经济损失巨大。
发明内容
本发明的目的是：提供一种S30P板式单向阀，无泄漏，耐高压，性能稳定。
本发明的技术解决方案是：该单向阀包括阀盖1、阀体2、阀杆3和阀板4，阀盖1固定阀体2上，阀板4联接阀杆3安装在阀体2内，整体构成单向阀。
本发明结构简单，制造容易，成本低廉，性能稳定，避免阀座脱落造成的阀流量减小或功能失效现象，使用寿命长。
